Claims (30)
- 2段始動(DSA)構造部を有するジンバル形撓み部材であって、
一対のばねアームと、
前記一対のばねアーム間に位置するとともに前記一対のばねアームによって構造的に支持されるタングと、
一対の支柱であって、前記一対のばねアームと前記タングとの間にそれぞれ位置決めされ、各支柱は長手方向軸を有し、前記一対の支柱の長手方向軸は互いに対して平行であるとともにずれている、一対の支柱と、を備える、撓み部材、
スライダ取付部、並びに
前記撓み部材に取り付けられるモータであって、前記一対の支柱の軸に平行な長手方向軸を有し、前記モータの電気的起動によって前記一対の支柱が曲がり、トラッキング軸を中心に前記スライダ取付部を移動させる、モータ、
を備える、ジンバル形撓み部材。 - 前記一対のばねアーム、前記タング及び前記一対の支柱のそれぞれは、金属の層から形成される、請求項1に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記撓み部材はロードビームから片持ち式に支持され、前記ロードビームのディンプルの周りでジンバル状である、請求項1又は2に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱のうちの第1の支柱は、前記モータの近位に位置し、前記一対の支柱のうちの第2の支柱は、前記モータの遠位に位置する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記モータの両端が前記一対のばねアームにそれぞれ取り付けられる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱は、前記一対のばねアーム及び前記タングをそれぞれ接続する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記スライダ取付部は、前記タングの第1の側の表面であり、前記モータは、前記タングの第1の側とは反対の、第2の側に位置決めされる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記スライダ取付部に取り付けられるスライダを更に備える、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記モータが電気的に起動されると、前記タングは回転し、前記一対のばねアームは相対的に静止したままである、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ジンバル形撓み部材はロードビームを更に備え、前記ロードビームはディンプルを含み、前記撓み部材は前記ディンプルの周りでジンバル状であり、前記ディンプルは前記モータに当接する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ディンプルと前記モータの端子との間の接点を通じて、該端子との電気的接続がなされる、請求項10に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ジンバル形撓み部材は前記一対の支柱にそれぞれ接続される一対のモータ取付パッドを更に備え、前記一対の支柱は前記タングから分岐し、前記支柱は前記ばねアームに取着されず、前記モータは前記一対のモータ取付パッドに取り付けられる、請求項1〜5、7、8、10及び11のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記スライダ取付部は前記モータの表面である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記モータが電気的に起動されると、該モータは回転するが、前記タングは前記トラッキング軸を中心に回転しない、請求項1〜8又は10〜13のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 2段始動(DSA)構造部を有するジンバル形撓み部材であって、
一対のばねアームと、
前記ばねアーム間に位置するタングと、
一対の支柱であって、前記一対のばねアーム及び前記タングをそれぞれ接続する、一対の支柱と、を備える、撓み部材、
前記タングのスライダ取付部、並びに
前記一対のばねアームにそれぞれ取付られる両端を有するモータであって、該モータの電気的起動によって前記一対の支柱が曲がり、前記スライダ取付部を、トラッキング軸を中心に移動させる、モータ、
を備える、ジンバル形撓み部材。 - 前記ばねアーム、前記タング及び前記一対の支柱のそれぞれは、金属の層から形成される、請求項15に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱は互いに対して長手方向にずらされる、請求項15又は16に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ジンバル形撓み部材はロードビームを更に備え、該ロードビームは荷重点のディンプルを含み、前記撓み部材は前記ロードビームから片持ち式に支持され、前記ディンプルの周りでジンバル状である、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ディンプルは前記モータに当接する、請求項18に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ディンプルと前記モータの端子との間の接点を通じて、該端子との電気的接続がなされる、請求項19に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱のうちの第1の支柱は、前記モータの近位に位置し、前記一対の支柱のうちの第2の支柱は、前記モータの遠位に位置する、請求項15〜20のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記スライダ取付部は、前記タングの第1の側の表面であり、前記モータは、前記タングの第1の側とは反対の、該タングの第2の側に位置決めされる、請求項15〜21のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記モータが電気的に起動されると、前記タングは回転し、前記一対のばねアームは相対的に静止したままである、請求項15〜22のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ジンバル形撓み部材は前記一対のばねアームにそれぞれ位置する一対の導電パッドを更に備え、前記モータは一対の端子を含み、該一対の端子は、前記一対の導電パッドにそれぞれ電気的に接続される、請求項15〜23のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱のそれぞれの支柱はそれぞれの長手方向軸を有し、該支柱の長手方向軸は互いに対して平行であり、
前記モータは、前記支柱の長手方向軸と平行ではない長手方向軸を有する、請求項15〜24のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。 - 前記一対の支柱のそれぞれの支柱はそれぞれの長手方向軸を有し、該支柱の長手方向軸は互いに対して平行ではなく、
前記モータは、前記支柱の長手方向軸のいずれとも平行ではない長手方向軸を有する、請求項15〜24のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。 - 2段始動(DSA)構造部を有するジンバル形撓み部材であって、
一対のばねアームと、
前記ばねアーム間に位置するとともに前記一対のばねアームによって構造的に支持されるタングと、
一対のモータ取付パッドであって、一対の支柱によって前記タングにそれぞれ接続される、一対のモータ取付パッドと、を備える、撓み部材、
スライダ取付部、並びに
前記一対のモータ取付パッドにそれぞれ取り付けられる両端を有するモータであって、前記スライダ取付部は該モータに取り付けられ、該モータの電気的起動によって前記一対の支柱が曲がり、前記スライダ取付部を、トラッキング軸を中心に移動させる、モータ、
を備える、ジンバル形撓み部材。 - 前記タングは、前記スライダ取付部が前記モータの電気的起動によって前記トラッキング軸を中心に移動される間に該トラッキング軸を中心に回転しない、請求項27に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記ばねアーム、前記タング及び前記一対の支柱のそれぞれは、金属の層から形成される、請求項27又は28に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
- 前記一対の支柱は互いに対して長手方向にずらされる、請求項27〜29のいずれか一項に記載のジンバル形撓み部材。
