Description

Claims (19)
- 移植型ステント付き器具を患者の管腔まで運搬する運搬システムであって、
近位端部及び遠位端部を備えた管状本体と、
前記管状本体の前記遠位端部から延びる複数本のワイヤとを有し、前記ワイヤの各々は、前記移植型ステント付き器具のステントに係合可能にコイル状になった遠位端部を有する、
ことを特徴とする運搬システム。 - 前記管状本体の少なくとも一部分を貫通して延びる中央ポストを更に有し、前記ワイヤの各々の前記近位端部は、前記中央ポストに取り付けられる、
請求項1記載の運搬システム。 - 前記中央ポストは、全体として前記管状本体の長手方向軸線に沿って直線的に動くことができる、
請求項2記載の運搬システム。 - 前記中央ポストは、前記運搬システムの前記近位端部から前記運搬システムの前記遠位端部に向かって延びる第1の部分と、前記第1の部分に取り外し可能に取り付けられた第2の部分とを有し、前記第2の部分は、前記複数本のワイヤから成る、

請求項13記載の運搬システム。 - 各ワイヤの前記コイル状遠位端部の外径は、該ワイヤが収納された前記スリーブの開口部よりも大きく、各ワイヤの前記遠位端部をそのコイル状形態にあるとき、そのそれぞれのスリーブ中に軸方向に動かすことができないようになっている、

請求項1記載の運搬システム。 - 前記管状本体の周りの少なくとも部分的に位置決めされたシースを更に有し、前記管状本体と前記シースは、前記ワイヤの前記コイル状端部が前記シースの遠位端部を越えて延びる第1の位置から前記ワイヤの少なくとも1本の前記コイル状端部が前記シースの前記遠位端部と接触状態にある第2の位置に互いに対して動くことができる、
請求項1記載の運搬システム。 - ステント付き人工心臓弁を患者の管腔まで運搬する運搬システムに用いられるカートリッジであって、前記カートリッジは、円筒形本体部分と、前記円筒形本体部分の遠位端部から延びる複数本のワイヤとを有し、前記複数本のワイヤの各々は、ステント付き人工弁のステントに係合可能にコイル状になった遠位端部を有し、前記カートリッジは、前記運搬システムの遠位端部に係合可能である、
ことを特徴とするカートリッジ。
