Description

Claims (11)
- 人工弁を搬送する搬送装置であって、
人工弁の第一の構成部分(component)を収容する様に構成された第1シースを備え、前記第一の構成部分は弁把握器または拡張可能な支持フレームの内の一つを有し;
前記人工弁の第二の構成部分(component)を収容する様に構成された第2シースを備え、前記第二の構成部分は前記弁把握器または前記拡張可能な支持フレームの内の他の一つを有し;及び
前記第1シース及び第2シースと動作可能に結合された制御ユニット、を備え、
長手方向軸に沿って、前記第1シースは第2シースの遠位にあり、そして第2シースは前記制御ユニットの遠位にあり、及び
前記第2シースは、(i)約5度から約60度の角度の曲がった構成を備え、及び(ii)前記人工弁の配送中及び前記搬送装置の回収中に外力に応じて前記角度±5度の範囲で曲がるように構成されている、
前記搬送装置。 - 前記第2シースが約30度から約50度の角度で曲げられている、請求項1の搬送装置。
- 前記第2シースの曲がった構成が、曲げる立体構造要素を介して制御され、前記曲げる立体構造要素は、シース構成ケーブルの近位端に取り付けられ、前記シース構成ケーブルは前記第2シースに取り付けられている、請求項2の搬送装置。
- 前記シース構成ケーブルは前記第2シースの内腔に位置し、前記シース構成ケーブルの遠位端は、前記第2シースの遠位端またはその近辺において、前記第2シースの内面に取り付けられている、請求項3の搬送装置。
- 前記第1の構成部分(component)が心臓人工弁の拡張可能な支持フレームを備え、前記拡張可能な支持フレームは前記第1シースに収容され、及び
前記第2の構成部分(component)が前記心臓人工弁の弁把握器を備え、前記弁把握器は前記第2シースに収容され、及び
前記弁把握器は前記拡張可能な支持フレームに結合されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項の搬送装置。 - 前記弁把握器はU字状部材を備え、前記第2シースの近位端への移動により前記U字状部材が露出される、請求項5の搬送装置。
- 前記弁把握器に対して半径方向外向きの力を及ぼす様に構成された形状記憶材料を含むロック部材をさらに備える、請求項5または6の搬送装置。
- 前記ロック部材が少なくとも部分的に前記第1シース内に配置される、請求項7の搬送装置。
- 前記第1の構成部分(component)が、心臓人工弁の弁把握器を備え、前記弁把握器は前記第1シースに収容され、
前記第2の構成部分(component)が、前記心臓人工弁の拡張可能な支持フレームを備え、前記拡張可能な支持フレームは前記第2シースに収容され、及び
前記弁把握器は前記拡張可能な支持フレームに結合される、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項の搬送装置。 - 前記弁把握器に対して半径方向外向きの力を及ぼす様に構成された形状記憶材料を含むロック部材をさらに備える、請求項9の搬送装置。
- 人工弁を搬送する搬送装置であって、
心臓人工弁の拡張可能な支持フレームを収容する様に構成された第1シース;
前記心臓人工弁の弁把握器を収容する様に構成された第2シースであり、前記弁把握器は拡張可能な支持フレームに結合され;及び
前記第1シース及び前記第2シースと動作可能に結合された制御ユニット、を備え、
長手方向軸に沿って、前記第1シースは前記第2シースの遠位にあり、そして前記第2シースは前記制御ユニットの遠位にあり、及び
前記第2シースは、(i)約5度から約60度の角度の曲がった構成を備え、及び(ii)前記人工弁の配送中及び前記搬送装置の回収中に外力に応じて前記角度±5度の範囲で曲がるように構成されている、前記人工弁搬送装置。
