Claims (6)
- 送出デバイスの上に人工装具を装着する方法であって、
前記人工装具の上側フランジと下側フランジとの間に下側ディスクを装着する段階であって、該上側フランジと下側フランジのそれぞれが複数の脚を備える、段階と、
前記下側ディスクと前記人工装具の前記上側フランジとの間に上側ディスクを装着し、これによって、前記人工装具の前記上側及び下側フランジを分離する段階と
上側フランジの脚の遠位端を下側フランジの脚から互いから離れる方向に折り畳む段階と、
前記上側フランジを拡径から縮径に圧縮する段階と、
前記人工装具を制御ワイヤに接続する段階と、
前記人工装具を前記送出デバイスの中に配置する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記人工装具を前記送出デバイスの中に配置する段階がカテーテルのシースの中に前記人工装具を引き込むかまたは前記人工装具に該シースを固着するによって達成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記人口装具は患者の心房中隔の中に埋め込むためのデバイスであり、該デバイスは右心房フランジ、左心房フランジ及び中隔を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮する段階が前記上側ディスクから前記下側ディスクを分離する段階を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分離する段階が前記装荷ツール上のドアを閉じ、これによって前記下側フランジが該ドアの下側にあり、前記上側フランジが該ドアの上側にあり、かつ該ドアを上げるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記接続する段階の前に前記シースの上に強化用装荷チューブを配置する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
