Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de cuiseur à la vapeur (1) doté d'une coque de base (2) et d'un couvercle (3) en forme de coque séparé de celle-ci qui peut être placé sur la coque de base (2) de sorte qu'une chambre de cuisson à la vapeur fermée (4) est formée. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la forme de coque de la coque de base (2) ou du couvercle (3) est formée de sorte que l'autre composant (2, 3) est immergé dans le composant (2, 3) de réception d'au moins 50 %, en particulier d'au moins 60 %, de sa hauteur lorsque l'autre composant (2, 3) se trouve dans un état en rotation, dans lequel l'ouverture d'alimentation (10, 20) du composant (2, 3) en forme de coque est tournée à l'opposé du composant (2, 3) de réception.
