Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к катализатору типа ядро-оболочка, ядром которого являются молекулярное сито HZSM-5 и модифицированное молекулярное сито ZSM-5 H-типа, в котором группа H полностью или частично замещена (не)металлическими элементами, указанными в описании изобретения, или их смесью, а оболочка создаётся из одного или нескольких следующих материалов, а именно из углеродной мембраны, Silicalite-1, MCM-41, SBA-15, KIT-6, серии MSU, диоксида кремния, графена, углеродной нанотрубки, металлоорганического каркаса MOF, графита, активированного угля, мембраны из оксида металла. Когда композитный катализатор, состоящий из данного катализатора и катализатора для превращения синтез-газа в метанол, используется для одностадийной превращения синтез-газа, высока не только селективность ксилола, но и степень превращения синтез-газа. Более того, селективность п-ксилола в ксилоле тоже высока. Следовательно, настоящее изобретение также относится к композитному катализатору, состоящему из катализатора типа ядро-оболочка и катализатора для превращения синтез-газа в метанол, а также к способу его получения и применению.
