Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения синтез-газа из углеводородсодержащего сырья, причем этот синтез-газ является особенно подходящим для последующего применения в производстве метанола. В этом способе сырье (100) разделяют на два потока, где один поток подвергают каталитическому парциальному окислению (КПО) (2), а другой поток подвергают реформингу с водяным паром с последующим процессом конверсии (51) водяного газа. Затем оба потока снова объединяют и в дальнейшем поток можно использовать в синтезе метанола. Предпочтительно рекомбинированный поток имеет параметр R, который означает молярное соотношение (Н-СО)/(СО+СО), в диапазоне 1,9-2,2 и предпочтительно около 2. Кроме того, изобретение относится к способу получения метанола из углеводородсодержащего сырья, в котором первый синтез-газ получают по способу изобретения, причем этот синтез-газ в дальнейшем используется для производства метанола. Кроме того, изобретение относится к способу модернизации существующего метанольного завода для процесса производства метанола согласно изобретению.
