Abstract

Способ получения синтез-газа для производства аммиака, включающий следующие этапы: риформинг углеводородного сырья в секции риформинга с получением синтез-газа, содержащего CH, CO, CO, Hи HO; реакцию сдвига синтез-газа в секции реакции сдвига, включающей один или более последовательных этапов реакции сдвига; при необходимости промывку синтез-газа, отходящего из секции реакции сдвига, водой; подачу технологического конденсата, полученного в результате охлаждения и/или промывки синтез-газа, отходящего из секции реакции сдвига, в десорбер технологического конденсата, в котором осуществляют удаление растворенных побочных продуктов реакции сдвига и растворенных газов из технологического конденсата с использованием пара с получением потока пара, содержащего более 99% метанола, растворенного в технологическом конденсате; добавление всего или части указанного потока пара из десорбера технологического конденсата в синтез-газ по ходу процесса после секции риформинга перед последним этапом реакции сдвига, при этом соотношение пар/углерод на этапе риформинга и на этапе реакции сдвига составляет менее 2,6.
