Abstract

В способе сырьевой материал в форме биомассы газифицируют с получением сырого сингаза, содержащего монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода и водород, причем отношение водорода к монооксиду углерода лежит в диапазоне от примерно 0,5 до 1,7. Часть загрязнений удаляют с получением чистого сингаза, который подают в реактор Фишера-Тропша, где значительную часть монооксида углерода и водорода преобразуют в углеводородную композицию, содержащую С-Суглеводороды. Из реактора Фишера-Тропша извлекают углеводородную композицию, преимущественно содержащую углеводороды, которые являются твердыми или полутвердыми при температуре и давлении окружающей среды, а отходящий газ реактора Фишера-Тропша, содержащий углеводороды, которые являются газообразными при температуре и давлении окружающей среды, используют для получения газообразного водорода, причем полученный таким образом водород добавляют в чистый сингаз. За счет добавления водорода в чистый сингаз можно увеличить отношение водорода к монооксиду углерода, а за счет использования водорода, полученного из отходящего газа, значительно повышают производительность процесса.
