Claims (15)
1. Postupak proizvodnje zamjenskog zemnog plina, gdje se postupak sastoji od koraka:
(1) osiguravanja sinteznog plina koji sadrži vodik i ugljični monoksid;
(2) dobivanja sinteznog plina obogaćen vodikom;
(3) podvrgavanja sinteznog plina obogaćen vodikom reakciji metaniziranja kako bi se prevelo barem dio plina u metan, čime se dobije plin obogaćen metanom; i
(4) rekuperiranja iz plina obogaćenog metanom plina koji sadrži metan,
pri čemu se korak (2) sastoji u osiguravanju plinovitog vodika i kombiniranju plinovitog vodika sa sinteznim plinom, pri čemu:
(i) barem dio plinovitog vodika se proizvodi razgradnjom amonijaka i/ili
(ii) barem dio plinovitog vodika se proizvodi reformiranjem vodenom parom ugljikovodičnog polaznog materijala.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, pri čemu se barem dio plinovitog vodika proizvodi elektrolizom vode.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, pri čemu se barem dio plinovitog vodika proizvodi razgradnjom amonijaka kojeg se dobiva Haber-Boschovim postupkom i/ili sintezom amonijaka u čvrstom stanju.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se barem dio plinovitog vodika dobije pirolizom i/ili krekiranjem ugljikovodika, po mogućnosti, pri čemu je piroliza i/ili krekiranje ugljikovodika dio postupka proizvodnje industrijske čađe.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se barem dio plinovitog vodika proizvodi reformiranjem vodenom parom ugljikovodičnog polaznog materijala koji je metan.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se barem dio plinovitog vodika proizvodi reformiranjem vodenom parom ugljikovodičnog polaznog materijala, a barem dio plinovitog vodika se proizvodi reakcijom pretvorbe vodenog plina, te pri čemu se reakciju pretvorbe vodenog plina provodi na ugljičnom monoksidu dobivenom reformiranjem vodenom parom.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, pri čemu se ugljični dioksid dobiven u reakciji pretvorbe vodenog plina podvrgava Sabatierovoj reakciji kako bi se proizvelo metan i vodu, po mogućnosti pri čemu barem dio metana dobivenog Sabatierovom reakcijom se reciklira kako bi ga se upotrijebilo kao ugljikovodični polazni materijal u koraku reformiranja metana vodenom parom.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, pri čemu se vodik namijenjen upotrebi u Sabatierovoj reakciji proizvodi elektrolizom vode, gdje, po mogućnosti, kisik dobiven elektrolizom vode:
reagira s polaznim materijalom kako bi se proizvelo sintezni plin za korak (1); i/ili
upotrebljava u koraku reformiranja vodenom parom.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se korak (3) sastoji u podvrgavanju plina obogaćenog metanom u Sabatierovoj reakciji kako bi se prevelo barem dio bilo koje količine prisutnog ugljičnog dioksida u metan.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se toplinu koju stvaraju egzotermne reakcije u postupku rekuperira uz pomoć izmjenjivača topline, gdje se rekuperiranu toplinu upotrebljava za predgrijavanje sinteznog plina prije koraka (2) i/ili za predgrijavanje sinteznog plina obogaćenog vodikom prije koraka (3).
11. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu sintezni plin obogaćen vodikom ima omjer između ugljičnog monoksida i ugljičnog dioksida od 3 ili više, po mogućnosti 5 ili više, poželjnije 10 ili više.
12. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se sintezni plin proizvodi rasplinjavanjem i/ili obradom plazmom i/ili pirolizom i/ili izgaranjem i/ili toplinskom pretvorbom polaznog materijala, po mogućnosti pri čemu je polazni materijal otpadni materijal i/ili sadrži biomasu.
13. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se sintezni plin proizvodi u postupku obrade otpada koji se sastoji u:
(i) koraku rasplinjavanja koji se sastoji u obradi otpada u jedinici za rasplinjavanje u prisutnosti kisika i vodene pare kako bi se proizvelo plin izgaranja i čvrsti karbonizirani materijal koji nije suspendiran u zraku; i
(ii) koraku obrade plazmom koji se sastoji u podvrgavanju plina izgaranja i čvrstog karboniziranog materijala koji nije suspendiran u zraku obradi plazmom u jedinici za obradu plazmom u prisutnosti kisika i, izborno, vodene pare, pri čemu je jedinica za obradu plazmom odvojena od jedinice za rasplinjavanje.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se sintezni plin proizvodi:
(i) toplinskom obradom polaznog materijala kako bi se proizvelo sintezni plin; i
(ii) obradom sinteznog plina plazmom u jedinici za obradu plazmom u prisutnosti dodatnog ugljičnog dioksida kako bi se proizvelo refinirani sintezni plin,
pri čemu se dodatni ugljični dioksid dodaje polaznom materijalu tijekom toplinske obrade i/ili sinteznom plinu prije obrade plazmom i/ili uvodi u jedinicu za obradu plazmom.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje postupak dodatno uključuje izgaranje zamjenskog zemnog plina kao goriva, izborno u kombinaciji s barem dijelom zemnog plina.
