Abstract
Способ получения композиции углеводородов. Способ включает получение сырьевого материала в форме биомассы; газификацию сырьевого материала в присутствии кислорода с получением газа, содержащего монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода, водород и углеводороды, возможно совместно с инертными компонентами; отдельное увеличение отношения водорода к монооксиду углерода в газе до значения, приблизительно равного 2; подачу газа в реактор Фишера-Тропша; преобразование в реакторе Фишера-Тропша по меньшей мере значительной части монооксида углерода и водорода, содержащихся в газе, в композицию углеводородов, содержащую С-Суглеводороды; и выделение композиции углеводородов. Согласно настоящему изобретению перед подачей в реактор Фишера-Тропша в газ добавляют свежий внешний водород. За счет использования подачи внешнего водорода можно повысить производительность процесса газификации биомассы и исключить необходимость стандартной конверсии водяным паром для получения водорода из монооксида углерода и пара.
