Abstract

método de produção de uma composição de hidrocarboneto. a presente invenção refere-se a método de produção de uma composição de hidrocarboneto. o método compreende o fornecimento de uma matéria-prima de biomassa; a gaseificação da matéria-prima na presença de oxigênio para produzir um gás contendo monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, hidrôgenio e hidrocarbonetos, possivelmente em conjunto com componentes inertes; separadamente o aumento da relação de hidrogênio para monóxido de carbono do gás para um valor de cerca de 2; a alimentação do gás em um reator fischer-tropsch; a conversão no reator ficher-tropsch de pelo menos uma parte significativa do monóxido de carbono e do hidrogênio contidos no gás em uma composição de hidrocarboneto contendo hidrocarbonetos c ~4~-c ~90~ ; e a recuperação da composição de hidrocarboneto. de acordo com a invenção, o hidrogênio externo puro é introduzido no gás antes da alimentação no reator fischer-tropsch. através do uso de alimentação externo de hidrogênio, a capacidade de um processo de gaseificação de biomassa pode ser aumentada e a necessidade de um deslocamento de gás de água convencional para a produção de hidrogênio a partir de monóxido de carbono e vapor de água pode ser eliminada.
