Abstract
Изобретение касается способа получения синтез-газа посредством автотермического риформинга, в котором остаточный газ, полученный в ходе последующего синтеза Фишера-Тропша, гидрогенизируют, а затем вводят в стадию автотермического риформинга.
Description
Настоящее изобретение касается способа получения синтез-газа, используемого для получения углеводородов путем синтеза Фишера-Тропша. В частности, изобретение касается способа получения синтез-газа посредством автотермического риформинга, в котором остаточный газ, полученный в ходе последующего процесса, в частности, в ходе синтеза Фишера-Тропша, гидрогенизируют, а затем вводят в процесс автотермического риформинга. В соответствии с более общим аспектом настоящее изобретение охватывает удаление олефинов в газе для уменьшения металлического запыливания металлических частей, находящихся в контакте с газом, в частности, для уменьшения металлического запыливания в АТР (установке автотермического риформинга), КЧО (реакторе каталитического частичного окисления) или ЧО (реакторе частичного окисления), а также в другом оборудовании, расположенном на последующих стадиях технологического процесса, через которое проходит газ.

1. Способ получения синтез-газа из углеводородного сырья с пониженной склонностью к металлическому запыливанию по меньшей мере частей камеры сгорания установки автотермического риформинга (АТР), реактора каталитического частичного окисления (КЧО) или реактора частичного окисления (ЧО), включающий стадии, на которых подают указанное углеводородное сырье в реактор АТР, КЧО или ЧО и отводят поток полученного горячего синтез-газа из АТР, КЧО или ЧО, при этом подают непосредственно в указанный реактор АТР, КЧО или ЧО гидрогенизированный остаточный газ, полученный пропусканием остаточного газа из стадии синтеза Фишера-Тропша, через стадию гидрогенизации с использованием катализатора гидрогени-
