Abstract
Описан интегрированный способ получения стабилизированной формальдегидом мочевины, включающий стадии (a) получения синтез-газа, содержащего водород, азот, монооксид углерода, диоксид углерода и водяной пар, в блоке генерирования синтез-газа; (b) разделения синтез-газа на первый поток синтез-газа и меньший второй поток синтез-газа; (c) подвергания первого потока синтез-газа обработке в одной или многих стадиях конверсии водяного газа в одном или многих реакторах конверсии водяного газа с образованием конвертированного газа; (d) охлаждения конвертированного газа до температуры ниже точки росы и отделения конденсата с образованием высушенного конвертированного газа; (e) отделения диоксида углерода от высушенного конвертированного газа в блоке удаления диоксида углерода с образованием обедненного диоксидом углерода синтез-газа; (f) подвергания обедненного диоксидом углерода синтез-газа обработке в стадии метанирования в одном или многих метанационных реакторах с образованием аммиачного синтез-газа; (g) синтеза аммиака из аммиачного синтез-газа в блоке получения аммиака и выделения аммиака; (h) введения в реакцию части аммиака и по меньшей мере части отведенного потока диоксида углерода в блоке получения мочевины с образованием потока мочевины и (i) стабилизации мочевины смешением потока мочевины и стабилизатора, полученного с использованием формальдегида, с образованием стабилизированной мочевины, причем формальдегид получается на стадиях, включающих (1) пропускание второй части синтез-газа через скруббер для удаления из него загрязняющих примесей и получения промытого синтез-газа; (2) синтез метанола из промытого синтез-газа в блоке синтеза метанола и выделение метанола и отходящего газа из синтеза метанола; (3) объединение отходящего газа из синтеза метанола с конвертированным газом и (4) подвергание по меньшей мере части выделенного метанола окислению воздухом в блоке получения формальдегидного стабилизатора для получения формальдегида.
