Abstract
Описывается способ получения аммиака, включающий стадии: (a) обеспечение реакционного потока, содержащего моноксид углерода и водород; (b) прохождение реакционного потока и пара над катализатором конверсии водяного газа в реакторе каталитической конверсии для того, чтобы сформировать конвертированную газовую смесь, обедненную моноксидом углерода и обогащенную водородом; (c) прохождение конвертированной газовой смеси с кислородсодержащим газом над катализатором селективного окисления при входной температуре ≥ 175ºС для того, чтобы сформировать поток селективно окисленного газа, в котором по меньшей мере часть моноксида углерода была преобразована в диоксид углерода; (d) удаление по меньшей мере части диоксида углерода из потока селективно окисленного газа в блоке удаления диоксида углерода; (e) прохождение обедненного диоксидом углерода потока над катализатором конверсии оксидов углерода водородом в метан в конвертере для превращения оксида и диоксида углерода в метан для того, чтобы сформировать поток метанизированного газа, (f) опционально управление молярным отношением водород:азот в потоке метанизированного газа для того, чтобы сформировать газ для синтеза аммиака; и (g) прохождение газа для синтеза аммиака над катализатором синтеза аммиака в аммиачном конвертере для того, чтобы сформировать аммиак.
