Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع بمصنع غاز تخليقي synthesis gas plant لإنتاج غاز التخليق، حيث يتألف مصنع غاز التخليق المذكور من نظام مفاعل لإعادة التشكيل مسخن كهربائياً يتألف من محفز أول نشط في تفاعل إعادة تشكيل الميثان methane بالبخار، و حيث يتم ترتيب نظام تفاعل لإعادة التشكيل المسخن كهربائيا لاستقبال غاز تغذية يضم هيدروكربونات و يخرج تيار غاز تخليقي أول. يتألف مصنع الغاز التخليقي الأول أيضا على محول لاحق أسفل نظام المفاعل لإعادة التشكيل المسخن كهربائياً، و حيث يحوي المحول اللاحق محفز ثاني نشط في لتخفيز تفاعلات إعادة تشكيل الميثان methane بالبخار/ الميثنة methanation و تفاعل تخول غاز الماء العكسي، و حيث يتم ترتيب المحول اللاحق المذكور لاستقبال جزء على الأقل من تيار غاز التخليق المذكور و إخراج تيار غاز التخليق الثاني. علاوة على ذلك، يتألف مصنع غاز التخليق من وسيلة لإضافة تيار غاز غني بثاني أكسيد الكربون مسخن للجزء على الأقل من تيار غاز التخليق الأول عند منبع المحول اللاحق و/أو داخل المحول اللاحق. يتعلق الاختراع أيضاً بعملية مناظرة لإنتاج غاز التخليق. الشكل 2.
