Abstract

Un sistema y un método para producir un producto de hidrocarburo líquido a partir de un proceso de Fischer-Tropsch que utiliza una alimentación de gas de síntesis producido en un reactor de reformado con base en membrana transportadora de oxígeno. El sistema y el método involucran reformar una corriente de alimentación mezclada que comprende gas natural, hidrógeno y el gas de cola de Fischer-Tropsch, en un reactor de reformado en la presencia de vapor, calor radiante a partir de elementos de membranas transportadoras de oxígeno y un catalizador de reformado para producir una corriente de gas de síntesis reformado que comprende hidrógeno, monóxido de carbono y gas de hidrocarburo sin reformar. La corriente de gas de síntesis reformado es reformada adicionalmente en un reactor de reformado con base en membrana transportadora de oxígeno y acondicionada para producir una corriente de producto de gas de síntesis que tiene de preferencia una proporción de H2/CO desde aproximadamente 1.7 hasta aproximadamente 2.2. La corriente de producto de gas de síntesis se sintetiza entonces con el uso de un proceso de Fischer Tropsch para producir el producto de hidrocarburo líquido y un gas de cola de Fischer-Tropsch.
