Description
Claims (10)
- 水素を含有する改質ガス中の一酸化炭素を選択酸化する選択酸化反応部と、
水を流通させて水蒸気を生成する蒸発流路と、
前記改質ガスが流通するガス流路と、
熱交換を行う熱交換部と、
を備え、
前記ガス流路は、前記選択酸化反応部と前記蒸発流路との間に配置されており、
前記改質ガスは、前記ガス流路を流通した後、前記選択酸化反応部へ流入し、
前記蒸発流路は、前記熱交換部で熱交換された前記水を流通させて前記水蒸気を生成することを特徴とする水素製造装置。 - 前記改質ガスの生成に用いられるバーナの排ガスが流通する排ガス流路を更に備え、
前記排ガス流路は、前記ガス流路の反対側で前記蒸発流路と隣接する位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記蒸発流路は、前記排ガス流路での前記排ガスの流通方向とは反対方向に前記水を流通させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記熱交換部は、前記選択酸化反応部より導出された前記改質ガスと前記蒸発流路に供給される前記水との間で熱交換を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記蒸発流路は、前記熱交換部から供給された前記水を内部に貯留することを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記蒸発流路は、前記ガス流路での前記改質ガスの流通方向と同じ方向に前記水を流通させることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。
- 原燃料と前記水蒸気とを混合させて混合ガスを生成する混合部と、
前記混合部により生成された前記混合ガスを水蒸気改質して前記改質ガスを生成する改質部と、を有し、
前記蒸発流路は、前記混合部に供給される前記水蒸気を生成することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記蒸発流路、前記ガス流路及び前記選択酸化反応部は、互いに隣接していることを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記改質ガス中の一酸化炭素をシフト反応により除去するシフト反応部と、
前記シフト反応部から前記選択酸化反応部へ向かう前記改質ガスに対して空気を供給する空気供給部と、を更に備え、
前記シフト反応部は、シフト反応後の前記改質ガスを流出させる出口を有し、
前記空気供給部は、前記出口から流出する前記改質ガスに対して、当該改質ガスの流れに対向する方向から前記空気を供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の水素製造装置。 - 請求項1〜9の何れか一項記載の水素製造装置と、
前記水素製造装置によって生成した前記改質ガスを用いて発電を行う燃料電池スタックと、を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
