Description
Claims (6)
- 加熱脱硫触媒によって液体状の原燃料を脱硫する脱硫部と、
前記脱硫部によって脱硫された前記原燃料を改質することにより、水素を含有する改質ガスを生成する筒状の改質部と、
前記改質部の内周側に配置され、前記改質部を加熱するバーナと、
前記バーナの排ガスを流通させる排ガス流路と、
を備え、
前記脱硫部は、筒状に構成されており、前記改質部を取り囲むように配置され、
前記排ガス流路は、筒状に構成されて前記改質部を取り囲むように配置されており、前記脱硫部と前記改質部との間を通っていることを特徴とする水素製造装置。 - 前記脱硫部を通過する前の前記原燃料と、前記脱硫部を通過した後の前記原燃料との間で熱交換を行う熱交換部を備え、
前記熱交換部は、
前記脱硫部を通過する前の前記原燃料を流通させる第一配管と、
前記脱硫部を通過した後の前記原燃料を流通させる第二配管と、を有し、
前記第一配管と前記第二配管のうち、一方の配管は、他方の配管の内部に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記脱硫部に巻回されたヒータを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記脱硫部は、前記加熱脱硫触媒が充填される内部空間に対して前記原燃料を流入させる入口と、前記内部空間から前記原燃料を流出させる出口を有し、
前記入口は、軸方向における一方側に配置され、
前記出口は、前記軸方向における他方側に配置されると共に、前記軸方向から見て当該軸を挟んで前記入口の反対側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の水素製造装置。 - 前記脱硫部は、前記加熱脱硫触媒が充填される内部空間において軸線方向に沿って延び、前記内部空間を軸線周りの方向に仕切る複数の仕切板を備え、
前記内部空間は、前記複数の仕切板によって、前記軸線周りに複数の領域に仕切られ、
前記原燃料は、前記複数の領域のそれぞれに供給されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の水素製造装置。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか一項記載の水素製造装置と、
前記水素製造装置によって生成した前記改質ガスを用いて発電を行う燃料電池スタックと、を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。
