Abstract

processo e planta de hidrogênio baseados em atr. são fornecidos uma planta e um processo para a produção de um gás rico em hidrogênio, o referido processo compreendendo as etapas de: reformar uma alimentação de hidrocarboneto em uma etapa de reforma, obtendo assim um gás de síntese compreendendo ch4, co, co2, h2 e h2o; deslocar o referido gás de síntese em uma configuração de deslocamento incluindo uma etapa de deslocamento de alta temperatura; remover co2 da unidade de purificação de hidrogênio a montante, tal como uma unidade de adsorção por oscilação de pressão (psa) e reciclar o efluente gasoso da unidade de purificação de hidrogênio e misturar o mesmo com pré-aquecedor de alimentação de pré-reformador de gás natural a montante, pré-reformar, reformar pré-aquecedor de alimentação ou atr ou deslocar como alimentação para o processo.
