Abstract
PROCESSO E PLANTA DE HIDROGÊNIO BASEADO EM ATR. São fornecidos uma planta e um processo para produzir um gás rico em hidrogênio e captura de carbono melhorada, o referido processo compreendendo as etapas de: reformar uma alimentação de hidrocarboneto por pré-reforma opcional, reforma autotérmica (ATR), mas sem reforma primária, obtendo assim um gás de síntese; deslocar o referido gás de síntese em uma seção de deslocamento incluindo uma etapa de deslocamento de alta temperatura; remover CO2 a montante da unidade de purificação de hidrogênio, produzindo assim uma corrente rica em hidrogênio e uma corrente de gás residual, e onde pelo menos parte da corrente de gás residual é reciclada para o processo, portanto, para a ATR e para a pré-reforma opcional e/ou para a seção de deslocamento.
