Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DE HIDROGÊNIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de hidrogênio que compreende as etapas de: submeter uma mistura gasosa que compreende um hidrocarboneto e vapor, e que tem uma razão entre vapor e carbono de pelo menos 0,9:1, para pré-reforma adiabática em um pré-reformador seguida por reforma autotérmica com um gás rico em oxigênio em um reformador autotérmico, para gerar uma mistura de gás reformado, opcionalmente, adicionar vapor à mistura de gás reformado, aumentar o teor de hidrogênio da mistura de gás reformado submetendo-o a um ou mais estágios de deslocamento de água-gás em uma unidade de deslocamento de água-gás para produzir um gás reformado enriquecido com hidrogênio, resfriar o gás reformado enriquecido com hidrogênio e separar a água condensada do mesmo, passar o gás reformado enriquecido com hidrogênio desidratado resultante para uma unidade de separação de dióxido de carbono para fornecer um fluxo de gás de dióxido de carbono, passar o fluxo de gás de hidrogênio bruto para uma unidade de purificação para fornecer um gás hidrogênio purificado e um gás combustível, sendo que o gás combustível é alimentado para um ou mais aquecedores acionados usados para aquecer um ou mais fluxos de processo dentro do processo.
