Claims (10)

1. Sødemiddelsammensætning, der omfatter mindst én aminosyre og rebaudiosid A, hvor: rebaudiosid A har en renhed på mere end 80 vægt-% på tør basis; og aminosyren er til stede i en mængde fra 100 ppm til 15.000 ppm.
2. Sødemiddelsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor rebaudiosid A har en renhed på mere end 95 vægt-% på tør basis.
3. Sødemiddelsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindst ene aminosyre er udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af asparaginsyre, arginin, glycin, glutaminsyre, prolin, threonin, theanin, cystein, cystin, alanin, valin, tyrosin, leucin, isoleucin, asparagin, serin, lysin, histidin, ornithin, methionin, carnitin, aminosmørsyre (alfa-, betaeller gamma-isomerer), glutamin, hydroxyprolin, taurin, norvalin, sarcosin, salte deraf og kombinationer deraf.
4. Sødemiddelsammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvor den mindst ene aminosyre er i D- eller L-konfigurationen.
5. Sødemiddelsammensætning ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter mindst én sød smag-forbedrende sammensætning udvalgt fra gruppen, der består af carbohydrater, polyaminosyrer og deres tilsvarende salte, sukkersyrer og deres tilsvarende salte, organiske syrer, uorganiske syrer, organiske salte, uorganiske salte, bitre forbindelser, smagsstoffer, astringerende forbindelser, polymerer, proteiner, proteinhydrolysater, overfladeaktive stoffer, emulgeringsmidler, flavonoider, alkoholer, syntetiske sødemidler og kombinationer deraf.
6. Sødet sammensætning, der omfatter en sødbar sammensætning og en sødemiddelsammensætning, hvilken sødemiddelsammensætning omfatter mindst én aminosyre og rebaudiosid A, hvor: rebaudiosid A har en renhed på mere end 80 vægt-% på tør basis; og aminosyren er til stede i en mængde fra 100 ppm til 15.000 ppm.
