Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统,包括:用于输入发动机动力的中心轴、第一空心轴、第二空心轴、第一电机、第二电机、齿圈及跛行回家模块;其中,第一电机通过减速装置和第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过两档减速装置和第二空心轴连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮通过第一齿轮套进行切换,跛行回家模块连接到第二空心轴,总输入齿轮与中心轴齿轮或总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第二齿轮套切换连接。本实用新型中双电机采用平行轴布置方式,减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,有利于降低成本、减少占用空间;能实现纯电驱动和混点驱动,应用范围广。采用跛行回家模块实现电机驱动失效后跛行回家,避免拖车。

技术领域
本实用新型属于新能源汽车领域,特别涉及一种具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成了混合动力系统构型复杂多样,并增加了系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;2、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;3、系统纯电驱动模式失效时需要拖车救援;4、目前系统车型适用性较小,难以满足不同车型的需求。

实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统,从而克服同轴布置造成的动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,应用范围小的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴,其用于输入发动机动力,中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,中心轴的前端设置有中心轴齿轮,中心轴齿轮前端设置有总输入齿轮;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星架的行星轮啮合;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排行星架固定连接在壳体上,前排太阳轮与前排行星架的行星轮啮合,第二空心轴上设置有第一齿轮套;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机通过减速装置和第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过两档减速装置和第二空心轴连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,两对齿轮通过第一齿轮套进行切换;齿圈,其分别与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴;以及跛行回家模块,该跛行回家模块包括跛行回家模块齿轮组,总输入齿轮与中心轴齿轮或总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第二齿轮套切换连接,跛行回家模块连接到第二空心轴。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机集成在壳体内,输出轴伸出壳体的后端,壳体的前端伸出有输入轴,输入轴的外端用来与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
在一优选的实施方式中,壳体上只有输入轴和输出轴密封。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
与现有技术相比,根据本实用新型的具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统具有如下有益效果:
双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围;采用跛行回家模块可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车救援;通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低了系统的燃油消耗。

如图1所示,根据本实用新型优选实施方式的具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴17、第一空心轴10、第二空心轴9、第一电机7和第二电机3、齿圈15以及跛行回家模块4。
其中,中心轴17用于输入发动1动力,中心轴17的尾端设有后排行星架11,中心轴17的前端设置有中心轴齿轮19,中心轴齿轮19前端设置有总输入齿轮18。第一空心轴10套装在中心轴17上,第一空心轴10的后端设置有后排太阳轮13,后排太阳轮13与后排行星架11的行星轮啮合。第二空心轴9套装在第一空心轴10上,第二空心轴9的后端设置有前排太阳轮14,前排行星架16与壳体固定连接。前排太阳轮14与前排行星架16的行星轮啮合,第二空心轴9上设置有第一齿轮套8。
第一电机7通过减速装置和第一空心轴10连接,第二电机3通过两档减速装置和第二空心轴9连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,两对齿轮通过第一齿轮套8进行切换。齿圈15与前排行星架16的行星轮和后排行星架11的行星轮啮合,齿圈15连接有齿圈输出轴,齿圈输出轴与输出轴12连接。
跛行回家模块4包括跛行回家模块齿轮组6,总输入齿轮18与中心轴齿轮19或总输入齿轮18与跛行回家模块齿轮组6通过第二齿轮套5切换连接,跛行回家模块4连接到第二空心轴9。
第一电机7和第二电机3平行布置在中心轴17的两侧。如图2所示,本实用新型的一个优选的实施例中,第一电机7和第二电机3集成在壳体20内,输出轴12伸出壳体20的后端,壳体20的前端伸出有输入轴,输入轴的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘201连接。
如图3所示,本实用新型的另一优选实施例中,第一电机7和第二电机3集成在总成壳20内,输出轴12伸出壳体20的后端,壳体20的前端伸出有输入轴,输入轴的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过离合器202连接。
壳体20上只有输入轴和输出轴密封。第一电机7和第二电机3采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
上述方案中,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少了动力总成的布置空间,提高了动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,扩大了适配车型范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,采用跛行回家模块可在电驱动系统失效的情况,能够跛行回家,避免拖车救援。具体实现方式为:第二齿轮套8往右移动,总输入齿轮18与跛行回家模块齿轮组6连接,发动机1动力经跛行回家模块4增扭后,通过第二空心轴9上的齿轮传输到齿圈15输出,实现减速增扭跛行回家。

1.一种具有跛行回家模块和换挡机构的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统包括:
中心轴,其用于输入发动机动力,所述中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,所述中心轴的前端设置有中心轴齿轮,所述中心轴齿轮前端设置有总输入齿轮;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星架的行星轮啮合;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排行星架固定连接在壳体上,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星架的行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴上设置有第一齿轮套;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过减速装置和所述第一空心轴连接,所述第二电机通过两档减速装置和所述第二空心轴连接,所述两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,所述两对齿轮通过第一齿轮套进行切换;
齿圈,其分别与所述前排行星架的行星轮和所述后排行星架的行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴;以及
跛行回家模块,该跛行回家模块包括跛行回家模块齿轮组,所述总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮或所述总输入齿轮与所述跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第二齿轮套切换连接,所述跛行回家模块连接到所述第二空心轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述壳体的前端伸出有输入轴,所述输入轴的外端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述壳体上只有输入轴和输出轴密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
