Abstract

本发明公开了一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,包括:第一输出轴、前排行星齿轮组,第二输出轴、后排行星齿轮组,电动机和发电机;还包括跛行回家模块,跛行回家模块切换动力输入轴与第一输出轴或第二输出轴的连接。本混合动力总成能有效解决电驱系统失效后整车驱动的问题,使用双行星排的混合动力汽车电驱系统失效后不用拖车,可采用跛行回家模式增大发动机扭矩,实现汽车继续运行,实现汽车的跛行回家功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力驱动领域,特别涉及一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下问题:一旦电驱系统失效,发电机与电动机都不能工作,发动机启动之后由于发电机只能空转,发动机的扭矩传递不到整车后桥,只能拖车。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,能有效解决电驱系统失效后整车驱动的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,包括:前排行星齿轮组,其包括前排齿圈、前排行星架和前排太阳轮;后排行星齿轮组,其包括后排齿圈、后排行星架和后排太阳轮,后排行星架固定设置在总成壳体上;第一输出轴,第一输出轴与前排行星架连接;第二输出轴,第二输出轴连接后排太阳轮,后排齿圈的一端连接有输出轴,后排齿圈的另一端与前排齿圈连接;电动机和发电机,电动机与后排太阳轮连接,发电机与前排太阳轮连接;以及跛行回家模块,跛行回家模块切换动力输入轴与第一输出轴或第二输出轴的连接,动力输入轴用来与发动机的曲轴连接。
优选地,跛行回家模块还包括减速装置,第二输出轴通过减速装置和动力输入轴连接。
优选地,跛行回家模块包括跛行回家齿轮组、第一输出轴齿轮、齿轮套,减速装置为减速齿轮,跛行回家齿轮组通过减速齿轮和第二输出轴连接,跛行回家模块通过齿轮套的移动实现跛行回家齿轮组或第一输出轴齿轮的啮合,当跛行回家齿轮组啮合后动力经过减速齿轮后由第二输出轴传输,当第一输出轴齿轮啮合后动力通过第一输出轴传输。
优选地,动力输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,动力输入轴伸出总成壳体的前端与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
优选地,电动机和发电机集成在总成壳体内。
优选地,动力输入轴和动力输出轴伸出总成壳体的位置设有油封。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:能有效解决电驱系统失效后整车驱动的问题,使用双行星排的混合动力汽车电驱系统失效后不用拖车,可采用跛行回家模式增大发动机扭矩,实现汽车继续运行,实现汽车的跛行回家功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

如图1至图3所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,包括:
第一输出轴1和前排行星齿轮组2,前排行星齿轮组2包括前排齿圈、前排行星架和前排太阳轮,第一输出轴1与前排行星齿轮组的前排行星架连接。
还包括第二输出轴2和后排行星齿轮组5,后排行星齿轮组5包括后排齿圈、后排行星架和后排太阳轮,后排行星齿轮组5的后排行星架固定设置在总成壳体上,第二输出轴3连接后排太阳轮,后排行星齿轮组的后排齿圈一端与动力输出轴7连接,另一端与前排行星齿轮组2的前排齿圈连接。
还包括电动机和发电机,电动机与后排行星齿轮组5的后排太阳轮连接,发电机与前排行星齿轮组2的前排太阳轮连接。
还包括跛行回家模块4,跛行回家模块4切换动力输入轴6与第一输出轴1或第二输出轴3的连接。
上述方案中,动力输出轴7伸出总成壳体的后端,用来与后桥连接,动力输入轴6伸出总成壳体的前端,用来与发动机通过柔性盘或离合器连接。如此,总成壳体上只设置动力输入轴6和动力输出轴7上的油封。电动机和发电机集成在总成壳体内。
如图2所示,作为一种优选的实施例,跛行回家模块4还包括减速装置,第二输出轴3通过减速装置和动力输入轴6连接。跛行回家模块4还包括跛行回家齿轮组42、第一输出轴齿轮41、齿轮套43,减速装置为减速齿轮44,跛行回家齿轮组42通过减速齿轮44和第二输出轴3连接,通过齿轮套43的移动实现跛行回家齿轮组42或第一输出轴齿轮41的啮合,跛行回家齿轮组42啮合后动力经过减速齿轮44后由第二输出轴传输,第一输出轴齿轮41啮合后动力通过第一输出轴传输。
本实施例的混合动力总成的工作原理如下:
如图2所示:正常情况下,跛行回家模块4的齿轮套43往左边移动,第一输出轴齿轮41啮合,动力通过第一输出轴1输出,然后传输到前排行星架,经过前排齿圈传递给后排齿圈后经动力输出轴7输出,然后传递到后桥,驱动车辆。
如图3所示,发电机和电动机失效后,齿轮套43向右移动,跛行回家齿轮组42啮合,发动机动力通过动力输入轴6经过跛行回家模块4的减速齿轮44减速增扭后,由第二输出轴3输出动力,第二输出轴3与后排太阳轮相连,经过再次减速增扭后传递给后排齿圈,然后通过动力输出轴7传递后桥,驱动车辆。
综上,本实施例的带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,通过设置跛行回家模块,能有效解决电驱系统失效后整车驱动的问题,使用双行星排的混合动力汽车电驱系统失效后不用拖车,可采用跛行回家模式增大发动机扭矩,实现汽车继续运行,实现汽车的跛行回家功能。

Claims (6)

1.一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
前排行星齿轮组,其包括前排齿圈、前排行星架和前排太阳轮;
后排行星齿轮组,其包括后排齿圈、后排行星架和后排太阳轮,所述后排行星架固定设置在总成壳体上;
第一输出轴,所述第一输出轴与所述前排行星架连接;
第二输出轴,所述第二输出轴连接所述后排太阳轮,所述后排齿圈的一端连接有输出轴,所述后排齿圈的另一端与所述前排齿圈连接;
电动机和发电机,所述电动机与所述后排太阳轮连接,所述发电机与所述前排太阳轮连接;以及
跛行回家模块,所述跛行回家模块切换动力输入轴与所述第一输出轴或所述第二输出轴的连接,所述动力输入轴用来与发动机的曲轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述跛行回家模块还包括减速装置,所述第二输出轴通过减速装置和所述动力输入轴连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述跛行回家模块包括跛行回家齿轮组、第一输出轴齿轮、齿轮套,所述减速装置为减速齿轮,所述跛行回家齿轮组通过所述减速齿轮和所述第二输出轴连接,所述跛行回家模块通过所述齿轮套的移动实现所述跛行回家齿轮组或第一输出轴齿轮的啮合,当所述跛行回家齿轮组啮合后动力经过所述减速齿轮后由所述第二输出轴传输,当所述第一输出轴齿轮啮合后动力通过所述第一输出轴传输。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述动力输入轴伸出所述总成壳体的前端与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述电动机和所述发电机集成在所述总成壳体内。
6.根据权利要4所述的一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述动力输入轴和所述动力输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的位置设有油封。
