Abstract
本发明公开了一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴、第二空心轴,第一电机和第二电机,双向制动器,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接;齿圈与后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架固定连接,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。本发明能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力领域,特别涉及一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力总成系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力总成系统燃油经济性。
目前,市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。比如,现有的新能源城市公交客车,应用的行星排混合动力总成系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1.两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2.该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3.该系统多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4.该系统仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成,旨在解决现有技术中动力总成轴向长度大、布置空间要求高、密封维护难度大、发动机直接驱动车辆概率低、电驱系统失效不能继续行驶的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其包括中心轴、第一空心轴、第二空心轴、齿圈、第一电机和第二电机以及双向制动器。中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合,第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;第二空心轴套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合,第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;齿圈与后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架固定连接,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力;第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴齿轮啮合,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮啮合;双向制动器,其设置在第一空心轴的前端,双向制动器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动。
优选地,上述方案中,双向制动器包括齿轮套,齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴的前端设有第一制动齿,中心轴上设有与第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,双向制动器通过移动齿轮套来与第一制动齿或第二制动齿连接进而对第一空心轴或中心轴制动。
优选地,上述方案中,齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
优选地,上述方案中,第一电机和第二电机集成在总成壳体内。
优选地,上述方案中,输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,中心轴伸出总成壳体的前端,与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
优选地,上述方案中,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧。
工作原理为:双向制动器可分别制动实心轴和第一空心轴。纯电动模式:将双向制动器锁住中心轴,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小第二电机的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本;纯发动机模式:将双向制动器锁住第一空心轴,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车;混合驱动模式:双向制动器不锁中心轴和第一空心轴,可实现发动机和第二电机混合驱动,第一电机进行发电;回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第二电机,或第一电机和第二电机同时回收制动能量。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

如图1所示,一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其包括:
中心轴4,该中心轴4的尾端设有后排行星架72,后排行星架72上设有后排行星轮54,中心轴4用来输入发动机的动力;
第一空心轴5,其套装在中心轴4上,第一空心轴5的后端设有后排太阳轮53,后排太阳轮53与后排行星轮54啮合,第一空心轴5的前端设有第一空心轴齿轮52;
第二空心轴6,其套装在第一空心轴5上,第二空心轴6的齿圈71与前排行星架62固定相连,前排行星架62上设有设有与壳体固定连接的前排行星轮63,第二空心轴6的后端设有前排太阳轮61,前排太阳轮61与前排行星轮63啮合,第二空心轴6的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮64;
齿圈71,与后排行星轮54啮合并与前排行星架62固定连接,齿圈71连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机21和第二电机22,第一电机21通过第一减速齿轮211与第一空心轴齿轮52啮合,第二电机22通过第二减速齿轮221与第二空心轴齿轮64啮合;
双向制动器10,其设置在第一空心轴5的前端,双向制动器10用来对中心轴4或第一空心轴5进行制动。
作为一种优选的实施方式,双向制动器10包括齿轮套92,齿轮套92的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体8上的内花键连接,齿轮套92的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴5的前端设有第一制动齿51,中心轴上设有与第一制动齿51并列的第二制动齿42,双向制动器10通过移动齿轮套来与第一制动齿51或第二制动齿42连接进而对第一空心轴5或中心轴4制动。
作为一种优选的实施方式,齿轮套92通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
作为一种优选的实施方式,第一电机21和第二电机22集成在总成壳体8内。
作为一种优选的实施方式,输出轴伸出总成壳体8的后端,中心轴4伸出总成壳体8的前端,与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘11或离合器连接。
作为一种优选的实施方式,第一电机22和第二电机21平行布置在中心轴4的两侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:能有效解决目前市场上所采用的双行星排混联系统的问题,并具有以下优势:
1、双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,可从成本上提升该方案的核心竞争力;
2、双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
3、双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供系统传动效率,多用发动机直接驱动车辆,故将齿轮套92与第一空心轴5相连,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高整车系统节油率;该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车。
4、齿轮套92与中心轴4相连,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该提案能减小第二电机22的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。
5、应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

Claims (6)
1.一种双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,所述中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机的动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
齿圈,与所述后排行星轮啮合并与前排行星架固定连接,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;以及
双向制动器,其设置在所述第一空心轴的前端,所述双向制动器用来对所述中心轴或所述第一空心轴进行制动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,
所述双向制动器包括齿轮套,所述齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,所述齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴的前端设有第一制动齿,所述中心轴上设有与所述第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,所述双向制动器通过移动所述齿轮套来与所述第一制动齿或所述第二制动齿连接进而对所述第一空心轴或所述中心轴制动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在所述总成壳体内。
5.根据权利要求3所述的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴伸出所述总成壳体的前端,与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧。
