Abstract

本发明公开了一种三套轴式单制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,包括用于输入发动机动力的中心轴、后排太阳轮空心轴、前排太阳轮空心轴、单向制动器、第一电机、第二电机及齿圈,单向制动器用来对后排太阳轮空心轴进行制动;第一电机与后排太阳轮通过减速装置和后排太阳轮空心轴连接,第二电机与前排太阳轮通过两档减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同;齿圈与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合。本发明中双电机采用平行轴布置方式,减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,有利于降低成本、减少占用空间,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源汽车领域,具体涉及一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;2、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;3、目前的系统纯电驱动模式档位单一,适应的工况少;4、目前系统车型适配性较差。

发明内容
本发明的目的是针对解决两驱电机最高转速低和成本高、同轴布置使总成轴向长度大和布置空间要求高及车型适配性差的问题,而提供的一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其包括:用于输入发动机动力的中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架;后排太阳轮空心轴套装在中心轴上,后排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星架的行星轮啮合;前排太阳轮空心轴套装在后排太阳轮空心轴上,前排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星架的行星轮啮合,前排太阳轮空心轴上设有第一齿轮套;单向制动器设置在后排太阳轮空心轴的前端位置,与中心轴相连,单向制动器用来对后排太阳轮制动;第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧,第一电机与前排太阳轮通过减速装置和后排太阳轮空心轴连接,第二电机与后排太阳轮通过两档减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,通过第一齿轮套进行切换;以及齿圈与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
优选地,上述方案中,第一电机和第二电机集成在总成壳体内,输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,中心轴伸出总成壳体的前端,中心轴的外端用来与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
优选地,上述方案中,后排太阳轮空心轴的前端外壁上设有后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮;单向制动器包括第二齿轮套,第二齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,第二齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,单向制动器通过向右移动第二齿轮套与后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮连接,进而对后排太阳轮制动。
优选地,上述方案中,总成壳体只有中心轴和输出轴密封。
优选地,上述方案中,第一电机和第二电机采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围;通过单向制动器制动后排太阳轮,实现纯发动机驱动和混合驱动;通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其包括:用于输入发动机1动力的中心轴16,该中心轴16的尾端设有后排行星架6;后排太阳轮空心轴10,其套装在中心轴16上,后排太阳轮空心轴10的后端设有后排太阳轮7,后排太阳轮7与后排行星架6的行星轮啮合;前排太阳轮空心轴9,其套装在后排太阳轮空心轴10上,前排太阳轮空心轴9的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架17,前排太阳轮空心轴9的后端设有前排太阳轮8,前排太阳轮8与前排行星架17的行星轮啮合,前排太阳轮空心轴9上设有第一齿轮套11;单向制动器13,其设置在后排太阳轮空心轴10的前端位置,单向制动器13用来对后排太阳轮7制动;第一电机14和第二电机3,第一电机14和第二电机3平行布置在中心轴16的两侧,第一电机14与后排太阳轮7通过减速装置和后排太阳轮空心轴10连接,第二电机3与前排太阳轮8通过两档减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴9连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,通过第一齿轮套11进行切换;以及齿圈5,其与前排行星架17的行星轮和后排行星架6的行星轮啮合,齿圈5连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
作为一种优选方式,如图2所示,第一电机14和第二电机3集成在总成壳体4内,输出轴伸出总成壳体4的后端,中心轴16伸出总成壳体4的前端,中心轴16的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘201连接。
作为一种优选方式,如图3所示,第一电机14和第二电机3集成在总成壳体4内,输出轴伸出总成壳体4的后端,中心轴16伸出总成壳体4的前端,中心轴16的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过离合器202连接。
作为一种优选方式,后排太阳轮空心轴10的前端外壁上设有后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮12;单向制动器13包括第二齿轮套15,第二齿轮套15的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体4上的内花键连接,第二齿轮套15的内圈设有内花键齿,单向制动器13通过向右移动第二齿轮套15与后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮12连接,进而对后排太阳轮7制动。
作为一种优选方式,总成壳体4只有中心轴16和输出轴密封。
作为一种优选方式,第一电机14和第二电机3采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
上述方案中,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,扩大适配车型范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,结合单向制动器,可以实现如下运行模式:
1.纯发动机模式,将单向制动器13向右移动将后排太阳轮空心轴10锁住,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车。
2.混合驱动模式:将单向制动器13左移,可实现发动机1和第二电机3混合驱动。
综上,本实施例的一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围;通过单向制动器制动后排太阳轮,实现纯发动机驱动及混合驱动;通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

Claims (5)

1.一种三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,其用于输入发动机动力,所述中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架;
后排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述后排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星架的行星轮啮合;
前排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在所述后排太阳轮空心轴上,所述前排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星架的行星轮啮合,所述前排太阳轮空心轴上设有第一齿轮套;
单向制动器,其设置在所述后排太阳轮空心轴的前端位置,与中心轴相连,所述单向制动器用来对所述后排太阳轮制动;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧,所述第一电机与后排太阳轮通过减速装置和后排太阳轮空心轴连接,所述第二电机与前排太阳轮通过两档减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,通过第一齿轮套进行切换;以及
齿圈,其与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴伸出所述总成壳体的前端,所述所述中心轴的外端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述后排太阳轮空心轴的前端外壁上设有后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮;所述单向制动器包括第二齿轮套,所述第二齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与所述总成壳体上的内花键连接,所述第二齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述单向制动器通过向右移动所述第二齿轮套与后排太阳轮空心轴齿轮连接,进而对所述后排太阳轮制动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述总成壳体只有中心轴和输出轴密封。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三套轴式单向制动器双电机双行星排两档位混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
