本实用新型公开了一种双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,包括用于输入发动机动力的中心轴、后排太阳轮空心轴、前排太阳轮空心轴、单向制动器、第一电机、第二电机及齿圈,单向制动器用来对中心轴进行制动,第一电机通过减速齿轮和后排太阳轮空心轴连接,第二电机通过两挡减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴连接,两挡减速装置通过换挡齿轮套移动进行切换;齿圈与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。该总成能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动,应用范围广。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及新能源汽车领域,特别涉及一种双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无级变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;2、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;3、目前的系统纯电驱动模式挡位单一,适应的工况少;4、目前系统车型适配性较差。

实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动,应用范围广。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,包括:中心轴,该中心轴用于输入发动机动力,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架;后排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,后排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星架的行星轮啮合;前排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在后排太阳轮空心轴上,前排太阳轮空心轴的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架,前排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星架的行星轮啮合;单向制动器,其设置在后排太阳轮空心轴的前端位置,单向制动器用来对中心轴进行制动;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧,第一电机通过减速齿轮和后排太阳轮空心轴连接,第二电机通过两挡减速装置和前排太阳轮空心轴连接,两挡减速装置通过换挡齿轮套移动进行切换;以及齿圈,其与前排行星架的行星轮和后排行星架的行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机集成在总成壳体内,输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,中心轴的前端从总成壳体的前端伸出,中心轴的前端用来与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
优选地,靠近单向制动器的中心轴上设有中心轴齿轮,单向制动器包括制动齿轮套,制动齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,制动齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,单向制动器通过向左移动制动齿轮套与中心轴齿轮连接进而对中心轴制动。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机为高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,其最高转速不低于15000rp。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过单向制动器制动中心轴,实现纯电驱动和混合驱动。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

如图1至图3所示,根据本实用新型具体实施方式的双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,包括中心轴16、后排太阳轮空心轴10、前排太阳轮空心轴 9、单向制动器12、第一电机13、第二电机3以及齿圈5。其中中心轴16用于输入发动机1的动力,该中心轴16的尾端设有后排行星架6,后排太阳轮空心轴10套装在中心轴16上,后排太阳轮空心轴10的后端设有后排太阳轮 7,后排太阳轮7与后排行星架6上的行星轮啮合,前排太阳轮空心轴9套装在后排太阳轮空心轴10上,前排太阳轮空心轴9的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架17,前排太阳轮空心轴9的后端设有前排太阳轮8,前排太阳轮8与前排行星架17的行星轮啮合;单向制动器12设置在后排太阳轮空心轴10的前端位置,单向制动器12用来对中心轴16进行制动。第一电机13和第二电机3平行布置在中心轴16的两侧,第一电机13与后排太阳轮空心轴10通过减速齿轮连接,第二电机3和前排太阳轮空心轴9连接通过两挡减速装置连接,两挡减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,两挡减速装置通过换挡齿轮套11的移动进行切换。齿圈5与前排行星架17的行星轮和后排行星架6的行星轮啮合,齿圈5连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
作为一种优选方式,如图2所示,第一电机13和第二电机3集成在总成壳体4内,输出轴伸出总成壳体4的后端,中心轴16的前端从总成壳体的前端伸出,中心轴16的前端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘201连接。本方案中,总成壳体4只有中心轴16的前端和输出轴两处密封。
作为一种优选方式,如图3所示,第一电机13和第二电机3集成在总成壳体4内,输出轴伸出总成壳体4的后端,中心轴16的前端用来与发动机1 的曲轴通过离合器202连接。
作为一种优选方式,靠近所述单向制动器的中心轴16的位置设有中心轴齿轮14,单向制动器11包括制动齿轮套15,制动齿轮套15的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体4上的内花键连接,制动齿轮套15的内圈设有内花键齿,单向制动器11通过向左移动制动齿轮套15与中心轴齿轮14连接进而对中心轴 16实现制动。
作为一种优选方式,第一电机13和第二电机3采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,最高转速不低于15000rp。
上述方案中,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,扩大适配车型范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,结合单向制动器,可以实现如下运行模式:
1.纯电动模式,将单向制动器12向左移动将中心轴16锁住,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小双电机的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。
2.混合驱动模式:将双向制动器12移动至中间位置,可实现发动机1和第二电机3混合驱动。
综上,本实施例的双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,是一种三套轴式单向制动器的混合动力系统,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过单向制动器制动中心轴,实现纯电驱动和混合驱动。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

Claims (3)

1.一种双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴用于输入发动机动力,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架;
后排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述后排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星架的行星轮啮合;
前排太阳轮空心轴,其套装在所述后排太阳轮空心轴上,所述前排太阳轮空心轴的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架,所述前排太阳轮空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星架的行星轮啮合;
单向制动器,其设置在所述后排太阳轮空心轴的前端位置,所述单向制动器用来对所述中心轴进行制动;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧,所述第一电机通过减速齿轮和所述后排太阳轮空心轴连接,所述第二电机通过两挡减速装置和所述前排太阳轮空心轴连接,所述两挡减速装置通过换挡齿轮套移动进行切换;以及
齿圈,其与所述前排行星架的行星轮和所述后排行星架的行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
其中,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴的前端从所述总成壳体的前端伸出,所述中心轴的前端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,其特征在于,靠近所述单向制动器的中心轴上设有中心轴齿轮,所述单向制动器包括制动齿轮套,所述制动齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与所述总成壳体上的内花键连接,所述制动齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述单向制动器通过向左移动所述制动齿轮套与所述中心轴齿轮连接进而对所述中心轴制动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排两挡混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机为高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,其最高转速不低于15000rp。
