Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴、第二空心轴、第一电机和第二电机、跛行回家模块、输入轴以及双向制动器;其中,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接;齿圈共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。跛行回家模块包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和跛行回家模块输出轴,双向制动器设置在所述第一空心轴的前端,用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动。本实用新型的混合动力系统能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及混合动力技术领域,特别涉及一种具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,以实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统的燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成了混合动力系统构型复杂多样,并增加了系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2、同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3、多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4、仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
5、不具备跛行回家功能,一旦电驱系统失效,只能采用拖车救援。

实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,从而克服发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率低,不具有跛行功能的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,其特征在于,该混合动力系统包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,另一端设置有中心轴齿轮,后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与壳体固定连接的前排行星架,前排行星架上设置有前排行星轮,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;齿圈,其共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机与第一空心轴传动连接,第二电机与第二空心轴传动连接;跛行回家模块,其包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;输入轴,输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设置有总输入齿轮,通过第一齿轮套来实现总输入齿轮与中心轴齿轮连接或者总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的切换,跛行回家模块输出轴连接所述第二空心轴;以及双向制动器,其设置在第一空心轴的前端,双向制动器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动。
在一优选的实施方式中,双向制动器包括第二齿轮套,第二齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与壳体上的内花键连接,第二齿轮套的内圈设置有内花键齿,第一空心轴的前端设置有第一制动齿,中心轴上设置有与第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,双向制动器通过移动第二齿轮套与第一制动齿或第二制动齿连接,进而对第一空心轴或中心轴进行制动。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机与第一空心轴、第二电机与第二空心轴的连接方式为减速齿轮、传动链或传动带中的一种。
在一优选的实施方式中,第二空心轴前端设置有第三减速齿轮,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第三减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接,跛行回家模块通过第三减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
在一优选的实施方式中,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接,跛行回家模块通过第二减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一齿轮套、第二齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机集成在壳体内。
在一优选的实施方式中,输出轴伸出壳体的后端,输入轴伸出壳体的前端,并通过柔性盘或离合器与发动机连接。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧。
与现有技术相比,根据本实用新型的具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统具有如下有益效果:双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高了动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高了发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用功率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。通过双行星排共用齿圈,可将发动机的动力解耦,一部分传递给后桥,另一部分传递给第一电机进行发电。采用跛行功能切换装置,可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车救援。

如图1至所示,根据本实用新型优选实施方式的具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴4、第一空心轴5、第二空心轴6、齿圈71、第一电机21、第二电机22、跛行回家模块3、输入轴以及双向制动器10。
其中,中心轴4的尾端设置有后排行星架72,另一端设置有中心轴齿轮41,后排行星架72上设置有后排行星轮54,中心轴4用来输入发动机动力。第一空心轴5,其套装在中心轴4上,第一空心轴5的后端设有后排太阳轮53,后排太阳轮53与后排行星轮54啮合。第一空心轴5的前端设置有第一空心轴齿轮52。第二空心轴套装在第一空心轴5上,第二空心轴6的后端位置设置有与壳体8固定连接的前排行星架62,前排行星架62上设有前排行星轮63,第二空心轴6的后端设有前排太阳轮61,前排太阳轮61与前排行星轮63啮合。
齿圈71共同与前排行星轮63和后排行星轮54啮合,齿圈71连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。第一电机21与第一空心轴5传动连接,第二电机22与第二空心轴6传动连接;
跛行回家模块3包括跛行回家模块齿轮组31和与跛行回家模块齿轮组31连接的跛行回家模块输出轴32。输入轴的一端连接发动机1,另一端设置有总输入齿轮12,总输入齿轮12与中心轴齿轮41连接或总输入齿轮12与跛行回家模块齿轮组31连接通过第一齿轮套91切换,跛行回家模块输出轴32连接第二空心轴6。双向制动器10设置在第一空心轴5的前端,双向制动器10用来对中心轴4或第一空心轴5进行制动。
作为一种优选的实施方式,双向制动器10包括第二齿轮套92,第二齿轮套92的外圈通过外花键齿与壳体8上的内花键连接,第二齿轮套92的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴5的前端设有第二制动齿51,中心轴上设有与第二制动齿51并列的第一制动齿42,双向制动器通过移动第二齿轮套92与第一制动齿42或第二制动齿51连接进而对第一空心轴5或所述中心轴4进行制动。
作为一种优选的实施方式,第一电机21与第一空心轴5通过第一减速齿轮211连接,第二电机22与第二空心轴6通过第二减速齿轮221连接,如图1所示。上述连接关系,还可以有以下几种形式:第一电机21与第一空心轴5通过皮带或链条521连接;第二电机22与第二空心轴6通过链条或皮带522连接,如图2-6所示。
作为一种优选的实施方式,第二空心轴6前端设置有第三减速齿轮33,跛行回家模块输出轴32通过第三减速齿轮33与第二空心轴6连接,跛行回家模块传动扭矩通过第三减速齿轮33传递,如图3-6所示。
作为一种优选的实施方式,跛行回家模块输出轴32通过第二减速齿轮221与第二空心轴6连接,跛行回家模块3通过第二减速齿轮221传递传动扭矩。如图1、2所示。
上述方案中,第一齿轮套91、第二齿轮套92通过电控方式实现滑动切换。第一电机21和第二电机22集成在壳体8内。输出轴伸出壳体8的后端,输入轴伸出壳体8的前端,通过柔性盘11(或离合器)与发动机连接。第一电机21和第二电机22平行布置在中心轴4的两侧。
综上所述,本实用新型的混合动力系统能够有效解决目前市场上所采用的双行星排混联系统的问题,并具有以下优势:
(1)双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,可从成本上提升产品的核心竞争力;
(2)双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
(3)双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供给系统高传动效率,多用发动机直接驱动车辆,故将第二齿轮套与第一空心轴相连,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高整车系统节油率;该系统能同时应用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车;
(4)具备跛行回家功能,在电驱动系统失效时,可避免拖车救援,采用跛行回家模式继续运行;
(5)第二齿轮套92与中心轴4相连,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该提案能减小第二电机22的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。
(6)应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,其特征在于,该混合动力系统包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,另一端设置有中心轴齿轮,所述后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与壳体固定连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设置有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;
齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机与所述第一空心轴传动连接,所述第二电机与所述第二空心轴传动连接;
跛行回家模块,其包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与所述跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的跛行回家模块输出轴;
输入轴,所述输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设置有总输入齿轮,通过第一齿轮套来实现所述总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮连接或者所述总输入齿轮与所述跛行回家模块齿轮组连接的切换,所述跛行回家模块输出轴连接所述第二空心轴;以及
双向制动器,其设置在所述第一空心轴的前端,所述双向制动器用来对所述中心轴或所述第一空心轴进行制动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述双向制动器包括第二齿轮套,所述第二齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与所述壳体上的内花键连接,所述第二齿轮套的内圈设置有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴的前端设置有第一制动齿,所述中心轴上设置有与所述第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,所述双向制动器通过移动所述第二齿轮套与所述第一制动齿或所述第二制动齿连接,进而对所述第一空心轴或所述中心轴进行制动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机与所述第一空心轴、所述第二电机与所述第二空心轴的连接方式为减速齿轮、传动链或传动带中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第二空心轴前端设置有第三减速齿轮,跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第三减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块通过所述第三减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
5.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述跛行回家模块的输出轴通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块通过所述第二减速齿轮传递传动扭矩。
6.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一齿轮套、所述第二齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内。
8.根据权利要求7所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述输入轴伸出所述壳体的前端,并通过柔性盘或离合器与所述发动机连接。
