Abstract

本发明公开了一种具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴,中心轴尾端设置有后排行星架,后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排行星架,其上设有前排行星轮;第一电机和第二电机;锁止器,其设置于中心轴的前端,用来对后排行星架制动;前排行星齿圈,该前排行星齿圈被固定在壳体上,并且与前排行星轮啮合;以及后排行星齿圈,该后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合,并且与前排行星架相连接,后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。本发明的混合动力系统能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度。

Description

具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,以实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统的燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成了混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加了系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的双行星排的混合动力系统主要是采用前排齿圈与后排行星架连起来的构型,后排行星架通过传动轴与整车后桥连接,以输出扭矩。而采用这种布置方案,主要存在以下问题:
(1)两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
(2)该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
(3)系统多采用分体式密封方案,电机和减速器、变速器分开,结构布置不够紧凑;
(4)系统仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统,从而克服同轴布置电机尺寸大、结构布置不够紧凑的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合,第一空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第一空心轴齿轮;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排行星架,前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,第二空心轴的后端还设置有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合,第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴齿轮啮合,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮啮合;混合动力系统还包括:锁止器,其设置于中心轴的前端,锁止器用来对后排行星架制动;前排行星齿圈,该前排行星齿圈被固定在壳体上,并且与前排行星轮啮合;以及后排行星齿圈,该后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合,并且与前排行星架相连接,后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
在一优选的实施方式中,锁止器包括齿轮套,齿轮套的外圈与壳体轴向滑动连接,齿轮套的内圈设置有内齿轮,中心轴的前端设有制动齿,制动齿用于和内齿轮啮合以产生制动力。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机被集成在壳体内,输出轴伸出壳体的后端,中心轴伸出壳体前端的一段作为输入轴,输入轴的外端通过柔性盘或离合器与发动机的曲轴连接;壳体的前端还设置有输入轴密封,壳体的后端设置有输出轴密封。
在一优选的实施方式中,输出轴还与后桥连接。
在一优选的实施方式中,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧。
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统具有如下有益效果:
(1)电机的尺寸明显减小,从而减少了驱动电机的成本,提升了核心竞争力;
(2)双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大了适配车型范围;
(3)双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,能耗效率最高的模式是ECVT模式,为提供系统能耗效率,多用ECVT模式驱动车辆,从而提高了整车系统节油率;该混合动力系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车;
(4)应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

如图1所示,根据本发明优选实施方式的具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴3、第一空心轴5、第二空心轴6、第一电机4和第二电机13、锁止器23、前排行星齿圈7b以及后排行星齿圈7a。
其中,中心轴3的尾端设有后排行星架10,后排行星架10上设置有后排行星轮19,中心轴3用来输入发动机动力。第一空心轴5套装在中心轴3上,第一空心轴5的后端设有后排太阳轮9,后排太阳轮9与后排行星轮19啮合,第一空心轴5的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮21。第二空心轴6套装在第一空心轴5上,第二空心轴6的后端设置有前排行星架11,前排行星架11上设有前排行星轮18,第二空心轴6的后端设有前排太阳轮12,前排太阳轮12与前排行星轮18啮合,第二空心轴6的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮22。第一电机4和第二电机13,第一电机4通过第一减速齿轮14与第一空心轴齿轮21啮合,第二电机13通过第二减速齿轮15与第二空心轴齿轮22啮合。锁止器23设置于中心轴3的前端,锁止器23用来对后排行星架10制动。前排行星齿圈7b被固定在壳体20上,并且与前排行星轮18啮合。后排行星齿圈7a后排行星轮19啮合,并且与前排行星架11相连接,后排行星齿圈7a连接有输出轴8,输出轴8用来输出混合动力。
上述方案中,锁止器23包括齿轮套24,齿轮套24的外圈与壳体20轴向滑动连接,齿轮套24的内圈设置有内齿轮25,中心轴3的前端设有制动齿26,制动齿26用于和内齿轮25啮合产生制动力。
第一电机4和所述第二电机13集成在壳体20内,输出轴8伸出壳体20的后端,中心轴3伸出壳体20前端的一段作为输入轴17,输入轴17的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘2连接;壳体20的前端还设有输入轴密封,壳体20的后端还设有输出轴密封。输出轴8还与后桥16连接。
第一电机4和所述第二电机13平行布置在中心轴3的两侧。通过双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,从而在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更加灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大了适配车型范围。
通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,可以实现如下两种运行模式:
纯电动模式:电动机转动,带动齿圈转动,发动机不动,电动机空转,适应齿圈的转速;
ECVT模式:发动机固定转速,在最佳油耗点工作,发出的功率一部份用来发电,一部份用来驱动齿圈,发出来的电存储到电池,电动机再用电池的电来做功,驱动齿圈。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有双行星排三套轴锁止结构的混合动力系统,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设置有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端还设置有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;
其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括:
锁止器,其设置于所述中心轴的前端,所述锁止器用来对所述后排行星架制动;
前排行星齿圈,该前排行星齿圈被固定在壳体上,并且与所述前排行星轮啮合;以及
后排行星齿圈,该后排行星齿圈与所述后排行星轮啮合,并且与所述前排行星架相连接,所述后排行星齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述锁止器包括齿轮套,所述齿轮套的外圈与所述壳体轴向滑动连接,所述齿轮套的内圈设置有内齿轮,所述中心轴的前端设有制动齿,所述制动齿用于和所述内齿轮啮合以产生制动力。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机被集成在壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述中心轴伸出所述壳体前端的一段作为输入轴,所述输入轴的外端通过柔性盘或离合器与所述发动机的曲轴连接;所述壳体的前端还设置有输入轴密封,所述壳体的后端设置有输出轴密封。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述输出轴还与后桥连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧。
