Claims (3)
- 少なくとも3つの回転要素によって差動作用を行う差動機構におけるいずれか一つの前記回転要素がエンジンから駆動力が伝達される入力要素とされるとともに他の回転要素が第1モータに連結されて反力要素とされ、かつ残る一つの回転要素が駆動輪にトルクを出力する出力要素とされ、その駆動輪に対して駆動トルクを出力する第2モータが設けられるとともに、前記エンジンと前記入力要素とを連結しかつその連結を解くクラッチが設けられ、前記エンジンを停止した状態で前記第1モータと第2モータとのうち少なくとも第2モータの駆動力で走行するEVモードを設定することのできるハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
車速が予め定めた高速側閾値以上の場合に前記クラッチを完全係合させたEVモードを設定することを禁止し、かつ前記エンジンを停止して前記EVモードで走行している際の車速が前記高速側閾値より小さい値の予め定めた低速側閾値以下の場合に前記クラッチを解放させたEVモードを設定することを禁止するように構成されていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記差動機構は、遊星歯車機構によって構成され、前記入力要素は、前記3つの回転要素を互いに平行な直線で表す前記遊星歯車機構についての共線図において中央に位置する直線で表される回転要素であり、かつ前記反力要素は、前記共線図において他の直線で表される回転要素であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記車速が前記高速側閾値以上でかつ前記高速側閾値より大きい値の第2高速側閾値以下の場合に、前記クラッチを解放させることに要する時間が予め定めた基準値以下であることを条件として、前記クラッチを完全係合させたEVモードの設定禁止を解除して前記クラッチを完全係合させたEVモードを設定することを許可するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車の制御装置。
