Description
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関と蓄電装置から電力が供給される二つの電動機とを備え、前記内燃機関が出力する動力を使用して走行する状態と、前記内燃機関を停止させ、かつ少なくともいずれか一つの前記電動機が出力する動力を使用して走行する状態とを選択できるように構成されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記内燃機関を停止させ、かつ前記二つの電動機に前記蓄電装置から電力を供給してこれら二つの電動機を使用して走行している状態で、前記蓄電装置の蓄電残量が、前記内燃機関を始動することの判定が成立する第1基準値より大きい値に予め定められた第2基準値以下となる条件を満たすことを判断する判断手段と、
前記判断手段によって前記条件を満すことが判断された場合に、前記二つの電動機が出力する動力を使用して前記ハイブリッド車両を走行させる駆動力を、前記いずれか一つの前記電動機が出力できる設計上予め定められた最大駆動力より小さい許容駆動力に制限する駆動力制限手段と
を備えていることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記駆動力制限手段は、前記許容駆動力を前記蓄電装置の蓄電残量の低下に応じて低下させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記第2基準値は、前記ハイブリッド車両の動作状態を示す検出値に応じて変化するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記2つの電動機を内蔵し、かつ前記内燃機関から出力された駆動力を駆動輪に向けて出力するトランスアクスルと、前記2つの電動機を制御するコントローラとを更に備え、
前記検出値は、前記2つの電動機の温度と、前記コントローラの温度と、前記2つの電動機の温度もしくはコントローラの温度に基づいて推定される前記トランスアクスルの温度と、車速との少なくともいずれか一つを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 前記第2基準値は、前記2つの電動機の温度と、前記コントローラの温度と、前記2つの電動機の温度もしくはコントローラの温度に基づいて推定される前記トランスアクスルの温度とのいずれかの温度が高い場合に、その温度が低い場合より大きい値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記第2基準値は、前記車速が速い場合に、車速が遅い場合より大きい値に設定されることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力制限手段は、前記許容駆動力を、車速が速い場合に車速が遅い場合と比較して小さい値に設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力制限手段は、前記許容駆動力を、前記2つの電動機の温度と、前記コントローラの温度と、前記2つの電動機の温度もしくはコントローラの温度に基づいて推定される前記トランスアクスルの温度とのいずれかの温度が高い場合に、その温度が低い場合より小さい値に設定するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
