Abstract
本发明公开了一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴和第二空心轴、双向制动器、第一电机、第二电机以及齿圈,中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮;第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮;双向制动器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动;第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接;齿圈共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。该系统能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1、两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2、该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3、该系统多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4、该系统仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
5、该系统不具备跛行回家功能,一旦电驱系统失效,只能拖车。
6、两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,使发动机能固定在最优油耗点进行工作,不受车速影响。

发明内容
本发明提供一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,旨在解决现有技术中动力总成轴向长度大、布置空间要求高、密封维护难度大、发动机直接驱动车辆概率低、电驱系统失效不能继续行驶的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有与壳体固定连接的前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;
跛行回家模块,包括跛行回家模块齿轮组和与之连接的跛行回家模块输出轴,跛行回家模块输出轴连接跛行减速齿轮;采用跛行回家模块,可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车。
输入轴,所述输入轴的一端连接发动机,另一端设有总输入齿轮,通过总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮或所述总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第一齿轮套切换连接,所述跛行回家模块输出轴通过跛行减速齿轮连接第一空心轴,跛行回家模块传动扭矩通过跛行减速齿轮传递;
双向制动器,其设置在所述第一空心轴的前端,所述双向制动器用来对所述中心轴或所述第一空心轴进行制动。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。
其进一步技术方案为,所述双向制动器包括第二齿轮套,所述第二齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与所述壳体上的内花键连接,所述第二齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴的前端设有第一制动齿,所述中心轴上设有与所述第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,所述双向制动器通过移动所述第二齿轮套来与所述第一制动齿或所述第二制动齿连接进而对所述第一空心轴或所述中心轴制动。
其进一步技术方案为,所述第一齿轮套、第二齿轮套通过电控方式实现滑动切换。
其进一步技术方案为,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧。通过双电机平行轴布置,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围;
其进一步技术方案为,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内。
其进一步技术方案为,所述输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述输入轴伸出壳体的前端,与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘连接。对电机、机械总成部件集中采用冷却方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑。
工作原理为:双向制动器可分别制动中心轴和第一空心轴。纯电动模式:将双向制动器锁住中心轴,实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小了电机的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本;纯发动机模式:将双向制动器锁住第一空心轴,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车;混合驱动模式:双向制动器不锁中心轴和第一空心轴,可实现发动机和第二电机混合驱动,第一电机进行发电;回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第二电机,或第一电机和第二电机同时回收制动能量。跛行回家模块具有动力传输路径切换功能,正常情况下,中心轴齿轮与总输入齿轮连接,总输入齿轮通过第一齿轮套与中心轴齿轮连接;当第一齿轮套向右滑动时,总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组连接,同时双向制动器锁住中心轴,通过跛行回家模块内部的齿轮组和跛行减速齿轮,实现减速增扭跛行回家。
本发明的技术效果为:
1、双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,降低混合动力系统的成本;
2、双电机采用平行轴布置方式,可大幅减少动力总成的轴向尺寸,在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,扩大适配车型范围;
3、双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供系统传动效率,高速时多用发动机直接驱动车辆,故将第二齿轮套与第一制动齿相连,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高整车系统节油率;本系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车。
4、本系统具备跛行回家功能,在电驱动系统失效时,可避免拖车,采用跛行回家模式继续运行;
5、第二齿轮套与第二制动齿相连,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,能减小电机的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。
6、应用范围广,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。
7、本系统采用的传动结构,通过双行星排共用齿圈,可将发动机的动力解耦,一分部传递给后桥,另一部分传递给第一电机进行发电,发动机转速不受车速影响,可以运行在最佳油耗点。

第一空心轴7,其套装在所述中心轴6上,所述第一空心轴7的后端设有后排太阳轮71,所述后排太阳轮71与所述后排行星轮73啮合,所述第一空心轴7的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮74;

双向制动器3,其设置在所述第一空心轴7的前端,所述双向制动器用来对所述中心轴6或所述第一空心轴7进行制动。双向制动器可以实现三档控制。一档:纯电动模式,将双向制动器锁住中心轴,实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小了电机的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本;二挡:纯发动机模式,将双向制动器锁住第一空心轴,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车;三档:混合驱动模式,双向制动器不锁中心轴和第一空心轴,可实现发动机和第二电机混合驱动,第一电机进行发电;回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第二电机5,或第一电机4和第二电机5同时回收制动能量。
上述实施方式中,跛行回家模块2具有动力传输路径切换功能,车辆正常行驶时,中心轴齿轮61与总输入齿轮131连接,总输入齿轮131通过第一齿轮套24与中心轴齿轮61连接;当电驱动失效时,本系统中发动机1输出的扭矩不能直接驱动车辆行驶,本系统通过将第一齿轮套24向右滑动时,总输入齿轮131与跛行回家模块齿轮组21连接,通过跛行回家模块内部的齿轮组和跛行减速齿轮23,实现减速增扭跛行回家。
其中,本实施方式中的双向制动器3包括第二齿轮套31,所述第二齿轮套31的外圈通过外花键齿与所述壳体12上的内花键连接,所述第二齿轮套31的内圈设有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴7的前端设有第一制动齿75,所述中心轴6上设有与所述第一制动齿75并列的第二制动齿62,所述双向制动器6通过移动所述第二齿轮套31来与所述第一制动齿75或所述第二制动齿62连接进而对所述第一空心轴7或所述中心轴6制动。
本实施方式中的第一齿轮套24、第二齿轮套31通过可以通过手动或电控方式实现滑动切换。
本实施方式中的第一电机4和所述第二电机5平行布置在所述中心轴6的两侧。
本实施方式中的第一电机4和所述第二电机5集成在壳体12内,输出轴10伸出所述壳体12的后端,所述输入轴13伸出壳体12的前端,与所述发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘11连接,也可以通过离合器连接。对电机、机械总成部件集中采用冷却方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑。

6.根据权利要求5所述一种带跛行回家模块的混合动力系统,其特征在于所述输出轴(10)伸出所述壳体(12)的后端,所述输入轴(13)伸出壳体(12)的前端,与所述发动机(1)的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器(11)连接。
