Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成,其特征在于:由发动机、单向锁止机构、ISG电机、锁止机构、行星排、输出从动齿轮、输出主动齿轮、二档主动齿轮、二档从动齿轮、一档主动齿轮、一档从动齿轮、同步器、TM电机及输出法兰构成。本发明结构设计科学合理,具有提高系统总成效率、降低百公里油耗、提高扭矩输出及转速输出、提高总成功率密度、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成。

一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成
技术领域
本发明属于变速箱领域,涉及一种混动两档变速箱,特别是一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成。
背景技术
目前市场上客车和货车市场依然以传统变速箱为主,近几年,由于电车补贴政策的出台,纯电客车和纯电货车受到欢迎。纯电汽车的驱动主要为电机直驱、电机加减速箱以及电机加多档变速箱的方式,其未来百公里油耗、续航里程、最大功率密度将是评判新能源车品质的主要内容,基于目前的电池水平和纯电布置方案,并不能有效的解决以上问题。
目前混动变速箱所存在的问题有:1、行星排K值固定,输出法兰端的转速和扭矩受到限制,即车速和最大负载不能兼顾;2、驱动电机+行星排结构,不能有效的利用电机高效区,降低系统综合效率;3、纯电方案电池电量严重限制续航里程。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计科学合理,提高系统总成效率、降低百公里油耗、提高扭矩输出及转速输出、提高总成功率密度、易于实现的具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成,其特征在于:由发动机、单向锁止机构、ISG电机、锁止机构、行星排、输出从动齿轮、输出主动齿轮、二档主动齿轮、二档从动齿轮、一档主动齿轮、一档从动齿轮、同步器、TM电机及输出法兰构成,所述的发动机通过发动机输入轴与行星排的行星架连接,行星排上的齿圈通过动力输出轴与输出法兰连接,在所述的发动机输入轴上通过单向锁止机构安装有ISG电机,在ISG电机的输出轴上安装有锁止机构,ISG电机的输出轴与行星排的太阳轮连接,在所述行星排的齿圈上耦合有输出从动齿轮,在动力输出轴上安装有TM电机,在TM电机的输出轴上从右至左依次安装有一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮,在一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮的下方分别啮合有一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮,所述的一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮均安装有变速箱内的中间轴上,并通过中间轴上的同步器实现换挡挂接,所述的输出主动齿轮制于中间轴上,该输出主动齿轮与输出从动齿轮相啮合。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1.本具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成,主要应用于8-12m新能源公交车、公路车,25T以下货车,通过发动机、ISG电机、TM电机多功率耦合,实现停车发电、纯电模式、混动模式、发动机直驱模式,提升效率。本发明提高驱动电机的高效工作区间,调高系统总成的效率,降低百公里油耗;提高输出的最大扭矩输出和最高转速输出,覆盖车型更广;系统总成的同轴式布置,降低总成轴向安装长度和整体重量,提高总成功率密度。
2.本发明结构设计科学合理,具有提高系统总成效率、降低百公里油耗、提高扭矩输出及转速输出、提高总成功率密度、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成,其创新之处在于:由发动机1、单向锁止机构2、ISG电机3、锁止机构4、行星排5、输出从动齿轮6、输出主动齿轮12、二档主动齿轮7、二档从动齿轮13、一档主动齿轮9、一档从动齿轮14、同步器8、TM电机10及输出法兰11构成,所述的发动机通过发动机输入轴与行星排的行星架连接,行星排上的齿圈通过动力输出轴与输出法兰连接,在所述的发动机输入轴上通过单向锁止机构安装有ISG电机,在ISG电机的输出轴上安装有锁止机构,ISG电机的输出轴与行星排的太阳轮连接,在所述行星排的齿圈上耦合有输出从动齿轮,在动力输出轴上安装有TM电机,在TM电机的输出轴上从右至左依次安装有一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮,在一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮的下方分别啮合有一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮,所述的一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮均安装有变速箱内的中间轴上,并通过中间轴上的同步器实现换挡挂接,所述的输出主动齿轮制于中间轴上,该输出主动齿轮与输出从动齿轮相啮合。
工作原理:
0-20km/h阶段,TM电机直驱,同步器挂入右侧一档,动力的传递路径依次为一档主动齿轮-一档从动齿轮-输出主动齿轮-输出从动齿轮-输出法兰,此时为纯电一档工作模式,单向锁止机构锁止,TM电机处于高效工作区;
20-40km/h阶段,TM电机撤扭调速,同步器挂入左侧二档,动力的传递路径依次为二档主动齿轮-二档从动齿轮-输出主动齿轮-输出从动齿轮-输出法兰,此时为纯电二档工作模式,单向锁止机构锁止,TM电机处于高效工作区;
40-60km/h阶段,发动机加扭,功率通过行星排耦合到输出从动齿轮-输出法兰,ISG电机处于发电状态,此时为混动工作模式,发动机、ISG电机、TM电机处于高效工作区;
70-120km/h阶段,发动机加扭,提升转速,锁止结构锁止,功率通过行星排耦合到输出从动齿轮-输出法兰,ISG电机静止,TM电机随转,此时为发动机直驱工作模式,发动机处于高效工作区。
目前已完成样机的台架试验和路试实验,能有效提高最高效率点和综合效率,降低百公里油耗,提高最大功率密度。

1.一种具有同轴式混动两档变速箱的动力总成,其特征在于:由发动机、单向锁止机构、ISG电机、锁止机构、行星排、输出从动齿轮、输出主动齿轮、二档主动齿轮、二档从动齿轮、一档主动齿轮、一档从动齿轮、同步器、TM电机及输出法兰构成,所述的发动机通过发动机输入轴与行星排的行星架连接,行星排上的齿圈通过动力输出轴与输出法兰连接,在所述的发动机输入轴上通过单向锁止机构安装有ISG电机,在ISG电机的输出轴上安装有锁止机构,ISG电机的输出轴与行星排的太阳轮连接,在所述行星排的齿圈上耦合有输出从动齿轮,在动力输出轴上安装有TM电机,在TM电机的输出轴上从右至左依次安装有一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮,在一档主动齿轮及二档主动齿轮的下方分别啮合有一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮,所述的一档从动齿轮及二档从动齿轮均安装有变速箱内的中间轴上,并通过中间轴上的同步器实现换挡挂接,所述的输出主动齿轮制于中间轴上,该输出主动齿轮与输出从动齿轮相啮合。
