技术领域
本发明属于传动机械领域,涉及一种动力总成,特别是一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成。
背景技术
目前,国内外车企在致力于混动技术的研发时,技术路线各不相同,从混动程度上主要分微混、中混、强混三条技术路线。三者之中微混投资较小,强混节油效果显著且有一定补贴,在国内优势明显,中混结构较为复杂,投资较大,日系车多采用此技术。应对三种技术路线主要解决方案有三类:第一类采用48伏轻混方案,其具有制动能量回收功能,通过制动能量回收的电量供给电器系统使用,可以纯电行驶,其具有投资小、结构简单的优点,但是节油率较低,仅为5%;第二类采用ECVT方案,其充分利用行星排功率分流和动力耦合的特点,通过调节太阳轮转速从而实现CVT无级变速的工作模式,目前此方案多数应用于客车和轿车,卡车领域暂无使用,其具有节油率高的优点,最高可达15%-20%,但是其结构复杂,开发成本高、难度大;第三类采用P2方案,即在常规动力变速箱和发动机之间加入驱动电机和分离离合器,通过整车控制分离离合器可实现纯电驱动、混合动力驱动、发动机驱动等多种工作模式,该方案结构简单,开发成本底,节油率在10%左右,插电式的节油率会更高,但是其核心零部件分离离合器国内汽车零部件制造商尚无能力量产。
综上,在结合各方案利弊的情况下,研发一种能够替代ECVT方案,并且能够实现结构简单、降低开发成本、易于实现的动力总成是十分有必要的。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种节油率高、结构简单、开发成本低、易于实现的高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,其特征在于:由发动机、第一制动器、行星排、第二制动器、发电机、驱动电机、逆变器、驱动电池、两档变速箱、变速箱及输出轴构成,所述的发动机通过第一制动器与行星排的行星架刚性连接,行星排的太阳轮通过第二制动器与发电机刚性连接,行星排的齿圈通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端以及驱动电机同轴连接,所述的发电机与驱动电机均通过各自连接的逆变器连接至动力电池,所述的两档变速箱通过输出轴与驱动电机连接。
而且,所述动力总成包括但不限于以下几种工作模式:发动机直驱、纯电驱动、双电机耦合驱动、混合动力驱动、停车发电以及制动能量回收的工作模式。
而且,各所述工作模式的工作过程为:
车辆起步时,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,变速箱置于一档,可实现发电机驱动车辆起步;
双电机耦合驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即纯电爬坡,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发电机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
混合动力驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即混合动力爬坡,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输出至行星架,通过调节发电机转速来调节太阳轮转速,进而调节车速,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发动机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
纯电驱动模式:车辆正常运行过程中,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机、行星排和发电机不工作,两档变速箱在一档或二档,驱动电机驱动车辆运行;
混合动力驱动模式:车辆正常运行过程中,即混合动力行驶,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输入至行星架,通过调节发电机转速来调节太阳轮转速,进而调节车速,驱动电机输出至两档变速箱,发动机和驱动电机在两档变速箱输出端耦合,再经过变速箱后驱动车辆运行;
发动机直驱模式:车辆高速运行时,第一制动器分离,第二制动器锁止,发动机输出至行星架,太阳轮锁止,两档变速箱和变速箱均置于空挡,可实现发动机直驱模式;
停车发电模式:车辆停止,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输入至行星架,齿圈速度为0,太阳轮输出至发电机,变速箱置于空挡,可实现停车发电模式;
制动能量回收模式:车辆正常行驶动力传递路线为:电池为电机提供电能,电机对变速箱进行驱动,变速箱驱动车轮,从而驱动车辆前进,车辆制动过程中会产生反向动力从车轮经变速箱反馈到电机上,电机受反向扭矩作用经逆变器从而进行发电,实现制动能量回收。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1.本高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,结构简单,通过在输出端增加变速箱能适应车辆运行过程中遇到的多种工况,提高整车动力性,可根据使用工况调节至经济性最高的档位,从而达到节油的目的,经计算节油率接近ECVT方案。通过将单行星排与多档变速箱分置,降低了开发难度和开发、制作成本;行星排和双电机(发电机、驱动电机)集成化布置,减小轴向尺寸便于进行整车布置以匹配更多车型;通过在驱动电机和发动机耦合前增加两档AMT变速箱,可降低驱动电机功率,降低动力总成成本。
2.本发明设计科学合理,具有节油率高、结构简单、开发成本低、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成。

一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,其创新之处在于:由发动机1、第一制动器3、行星排、第二制动器5、发电机12、驱动电机11、逆变器6、驱动电池7、两档变速箱8、变速箱9及输出轴10构成,所述的发动机通过第一制动器与行星排的行星架4刚性连接,行星排的太阳轮2通过第二制动器与发电机刚性连接,行星排的齿圈13通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端以及驱动电机同轴连接,所述的发电机与驱动电机均通过各自连接的逆变器连接至动力电池,所述的两档变速箱通过输出轴与驱动电机连接。
变速箱相当于卡车变速箱的副箱,可根据整车要求做2档、4档或6档。
所述的动力总成可实现发动机直驱、纯电驱动、双电机耦合驱动、混合动力驱动、停车发电以及制动能量回收的工作模式。
各所述工作模式的工作过程为:
车辆起步时,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,变速箱置于一档,可实现发电机驱动车辆起步;
双电机耦合驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即纯电爬坡,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发电机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
混合动力驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即混合动力爬坡,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输出至行星架,通过调节发电机转速来调节太阳轮转速,进而调节车速,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发动机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
纯电驱动模式:车辆正常运行过程中,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机、行星排和发电机不工作,两档变速箱在一档或二档,驱动电机驱动车辆运行;
混合动力驱动模式:车辆正常运行过程中,即混合动力行驶,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输入至行星架,通过调节发电机转速来调节太阳轮转速,进而调节车速,驱动电机输出至两档变速箱,发动机和驱动电机在两档变速箱输出端耦合,再经过变速箱后驱动车辆运行;
发动机直驱模式:车辆高速运行时,第一制动器分离,第二制动器锁止,发动机输出至行星架,太阳轮锁止,两档变速箱和变速箱均置于空挡,可实现发动机直驱模式;
停车发电模式:车辆停止,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输入至行星架,齿圈速度为0,太阳轮输出至发电机,变速箱置于空挡,可实现停车发电模式;
制动能量回收模式:车辆正常行驶动力传递路线为:电池为电机提供电能,电机对变速箱进行驱动,变速箱驱动车轮,从而驱动车辆前进,车辆制动过程中会产生反向动力从车轮经变速箱反馈到电机上,电机受反向扭矩作用经逆变器从而进行发电,实现制动能量回收。
此方案经计算分析满足重卡动力性要求,在最高车速和极限加速上优于传统车,并且有明显的节油效果。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例和附图,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例和附图所公开的内容。

Claims (3)

1.一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,其特征在于:由发动机、第一制动器、行星排、第二制动器、发电机、驱动电机、逆变器、驱动电池、两档变速箱、变速箱及输出轴构成,所述的发动机通过第一制动器与行星排的行星架刚性连接,行星排的太阳轮通过第二制动器与发电机刚性连接,行星排的齿圈通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端以及驱动电机同轴连接,所述的发电机与驱动电机均通过各自连接的逆变器连接至动力电池,所述的两档变速箱通过输出轴与驱动电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,其特征在于:所述动力总成包括但不限于以下几种工作模式:发动机直驱、纯电驱动、双电机耦合驱动、混合动力驱动、停车发电以及制动能量回收的工作模式。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效多模式混合动力重型卡车动力总成,其特征在于:各所述工作模式的工作过程为:
车辆起步时,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,变速箱置于一档,可实现发电机驱动车辆起步;
双电机耦合驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即纯电爬坡,第一制动器锁止,第二制动器分离,即太阳轮输入,行星架锁止,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发电机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
混合动力驱动模式:车辆爬坡时,即混合动力爬坡,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机输出至行星架,通过调节发电机转速来调节太阳轮转速,进而调节车速,两档变速箱置于一档,变速箱同样置于一档,可实现发动机和驱动电机耦合驱动车辆爬坡;
纯电驱动模式:车辆正常运行过程中,第一制动器分离,第二制动器分离,发动机、行星排和发电机不工作,两档变速箱在一档或二档,驱动电机驱动车辆运行;
