本发明涉及一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,其特征在于:由整车行走驱动单元以及罐体搅拌驱动单元构成,所述的整车行走驱动单元由发动机、扭转减震器、行星排、第一逆变器、第二逆变器、MG1电机、MG2电机、动力电池及变速箱构成;所述的罐体搅拌驱动单元由动力电池、第三逆变器、MG3电机及减速箱构成。本发明结构设计科学合理,具有能量损失小、油耗低,降低水泥搅拌车使用成本、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统。

一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统
技术领域
本发明属于动力总成领域,涉及一种驱动系统,特别是一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统。
背景技术
当前国内外水泥搅拌车主要基于传统卡车底盘,上装搅拌罐体及罐体驱动装置。整车行走驱动为发动机动力经变速箱改变扭矩,再由传动轴传递至后桥,驱动车轮产生动力。罐体驱动主要依靠液压马达,由发动机取力带动油泵运转,将液压油泵入液压马达,带动液压马达运转,从而驱动罐体进行搅拌工作。
但是现有的驱动系统存在如下问题:
1、罐体搅拌转速与液压马达输出转速相同,液压马达输出转速基于油泵转速,油泵转速与发动机转速成正比关系。进而,搅拌罐体转速与发动机转速成正比关系。当车辆满载行驶过程中,为防止水泥凝固,需启动罐体进行搅拌工作,随着发动机转速的增加,罐体搅拌转速逐渐升高。为防止水泥凝固,罐体仅需要一个很低的转速,例如(1-2)转/分,过高的转速会严重造成能量损失,增加发动机油耗。现有的驱动方式使车辆在行驶过程中罐体转速明显高于实际需求转速,造成了能量损失。
2、当搅拌车进出料时,需要提高罐体的搅拌转速,例如(10-12)转/分。进出料状态一般整车原地停放,为保证足够的罐体搅拌转速,需原地空踩油门,来提升发动机转速,这样又会造成油耗的增加。
综上所述,现有的水泥搅拌车驱动系统能量损失大、油耗高,增加了水泥搅拌车的使用成本,不利于企业的发展。因此,研发一种能量损失小、油耗低,降低水泥搅拌车使用成本的驱动系统是十分有必要的。
通过对公开专利文献的检索,并未发现与本专利申请相同的公开专利文献。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计科学合理,能量损失小、油耗低,降低水泥搅拌车使用成本、易于实现的高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,其特征在于:由整车行走驱动单元以及罐体搅拌驱动单元构成,所述的整车行走驱动单元由发动机、扭转减震器、行星排、第一逆变器、第二逆变器、MG1电机、MG2电机、动力电池及变速箱构成,所述的发动机通过扭转减震器与行星排的齿圈连接,行星排的太阳轮与MG1电机连接,行星排的行星架通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端连接,所述的MG2电机安装在输出轴上,所述的MG1电机及MG2电机分别通过第一逆变器及第二逆变器连接至动力电池;
所述的罐体搅拌驱动单元由动力电池、第三逆变器、MG3电机及减速箱构成,在所述的动力电池上通过第三逆变器连接有MG3电机,MG3电机与减速箱的输入端连接,在减速箱的输出端上安装罐体。
而且,所述的MG1电机、MG2电机及MG3电机共用一个动力电池。
而且,所述整车行走驱动单元包括但不限于以下几种工作模式:纯电驱动、混合动力驱动、发动机直驱、停车发电以及制动能量回收的工作模式。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1.本高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,罐体转速及发动机转速可分别按照各自工作需求选取,确保了各自经济运行工况的实现。同时系统可进行发电,避免了充电及续航里程等方面的担忧。
2.本发明结构设计科学合理,具有能量损失小、油耗低,降低水泥搅拌车使用成本、易于实现的优点,是一种具有较高创新性的高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统。

一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,其创新之处在于:由整车行走驱动单元以及罐体搅拌驱动单元构成,所述的整车行走驱动单元由发动机1、扭转减震器2、行星排3、第一逆变器6、第二逆变器7、MG1电机4、MG2电机5、动力电池8及变速箱9构成,所述的发动机通过扭转减震器与行星排的齿圈连接,行星排的太阳轮与MG1电机连接,行星排的行星架通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端连接,所述的MG2电机安装在输出轴上,所述的MG1电机及MG2电机分别通过第一逆变器及第二逆变器连接至动力电池;
所述的罐体搅拌驱动单元由动力电池、第三逆变器11、MG3电机10及减速箱12构成,在所述的动力电池上通过第三逆变器连接有MG3电机,MG3电机与减速箱的输入端连接,在减速箱的输出端上安装罐体13。
该驱动部分工作原理为动力电池经第三逆变器为MG3电机提供电能,MG3电机动力经减速箱增扭,驱动罐体进行搅拌运转。动力电池储存电能由整车行走驱动单元发电及能量回收补给,实现了整套系统的协同工作,同时,罐体搅拌转速与发动机转速实现解耦,提升了发动机燃油效率,为客户带来更高的效益。
所述的MG1电机、MG2电机及MG3电机共用一个动力电池。
所述整车行走驱动单元包括但不限于以下几种工作模式:纯电驱动、混合动力驱动、发动机直驱、停车发电以及制动能量回收的工作模式。
本发明实现了罐体搅拌转速与发动机转速解耦;提升了水泥搅拌车发动机燃油效率;合理的驱动方案组合,提高整车性价比。
下面针对不同工作过程,分别介绍本发明驱动系统的工作原理:
送料过程,车辆满载行驶,整车行走驱动单元根据车速及路况选择纯电驱动、混合动力驱动、发动机直驱或制动能量回收模式,罐体搅拌驱动单元由动力电池供电进行纯电驱动,调节MG3电机转速,使罐体以很小的转速旋转,满足防止水泥凝固的需求,避免了罐体转速随发动机转速提升而增加,避免了能量损失。
当动力电池电量不足时,进入混合动力驱动模式,由发动机带动MG1电机发电,电能直接供给MG3电机,确保能量供给。
进料、出料过程,车辆原地停止或间歇性移动,控制发动机熄火或处于怠速状态,MG3电机调节转速,提高罐体搅拌转速,满足进出料需求,避免了发动机高速空转带来的能量损失;当动力电池电量不足时,进入停车发电模式,由发动机带动MG1电机发电,电能直接供给MG3电机,确保能量供给。
取料过程,车辆空载行驶,罐体无搅拌需求,MG3电机停止运转,整车行走驱动单元驱动车辆前行,同时为动力电池补充电能,以备MG3电机驱动需求。

1.一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,其特征在于:由整车行走驱动单元以及罐体搅拌驱动单元构成,所述的整车行走驱动单元由发动机、扭转减震器、行星排、第一逆变器、第二逆变器、MG1电机、MG2电机、动力电池及变速箱构成,所述的发动机通过扭转减震器与行星排的齿圈连接,行星排的太阳轮与MG1电机连接,行星排的行星架通过输出轴与变速箱的输入端连接,所述的MG2电机安装在输出轴上,所述的MG1电机及MG2电机分别通过第一逆变器及第二逆变器连接至动力电池;
所述的罐体搅拌驱动单元由动力电池、第三逆变器、MG3电机及减速箱构成,在所述的动力电池上通过第三逆变器连接有MG3电机,MG3电机与减速箱的输入端连接,在减速箱的输出端上安装罐体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效水泥搅拌车驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的MG1电机、MG2电机及MG3电机共用一个动力电池。
