Abstract

本发明公开了一种混合动力系统,包括:中心轴、第一空心轴、第二空心轴、第一电机和第二电机、前排行星架、后排齿圈和动力输出轴,还包括设置在第一空心轴的前端的锁止器,锁止器用来对第一空心轴进行制动。采用锁止器的混合动力系统,可以锁止后排太阳轮,实现发动机直驱功能,通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低了系统的燃油消耗。

技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种混合动力系统。
背景技术
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案。采用两个或两个以上行星轮系组合,搭配两个电机进行工作。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统的燃油经济性。
然而该方案会增加混合动力系统构型复杂性,并增加了系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差。
目前的双电机双行星排同轴布置的混合动力系统方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
(1)两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
(2)同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
(3)多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
(4)该系统仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
(5)行星轮系具有多自由度的特点,进行双电机输出时自由度的限制复杂。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力系统,从而克服发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率低,同轴布置造成的动力总成轴向长度大,车型适应性差的缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统包括:中心轴,中心轴的一端设置有后排行星架,后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,中心轴的另一端与动力输入轴的端部相连接;第一空心轴,第一空心轴套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合;第二空心轴,第二空心轴套装在第一空心轴上,第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与壳体固定连接的前排齿圈,第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合;前排行星架、后排齿圈和动力输出轴,其中,后排齿圈的一端与前排行星架连接,后排齿圈的另一端与动力输出轴连接;第一电机和第二电机,其中第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧,第一电机与第一空心轴连接,第二电机与第二空心轴连接;以及锁止器,其设置于第一空心轴的前端,锁止器被用来对第一空心轴进行制动。
在一优选的实施方式中,锁止器包括齿轮套,齿轮套的外圈与壳体轴向滑动连接,齿轮套的内圈设置有内齿轮,第一空心轴的前端设置有制动齿,锁止器通过移动齿轮套与制动齿啮合,从而对第一空心轴进行制动。
在一优选的实施方式中,混合动力系统还包括第一减速齿轮、第二减速齿轮,第一空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第一空心轴齿轮,第二空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第二空心轴齿轮,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴齿轮啮合,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮啮合。
在一优选的实施方式中,电动机和发电机集成在所述壳体内。
在一优选的实施方式中,壳体上只有动力输入轴和动力输出轴上的油封。
在一优选的实施方式中,发动机通过柔性盘或离合器与中心轴连接。
与现有技术相比,根据本发明的混合动力系统具有如下有益效果:
(1)采用了锁止器,可以锁止后排太阳轮,实现发动机直驱功能。
(2)两个电机不同轴布置,以提高电机转速,缩短轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。
(3)通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明优选实施方式的混合动力系统,包括:中心轴1、第一空心轴2、第二空心轴3、第一电机41、第二电机42、前排行星架32、后排齿圈5、动力输出轴11以及锁止器6。其中,中心轴1的一端设置有后排行星架22,后排行星架22上设置有后排行星轮23,中心轴1另一端与动力输入轴11连接。第一空心轴2套装在中心轴1上,第一空心轴2的后端设有后排太阳轮21,后排太阳轮21与后排行星轮23啮合。第二空心轴3套装在第一空心轴2上,第二空心轴3的后端位置设置有与壳体7固定连接的前排齿圈34,第二空心轴3的后端设有前排太阳轮31,前排太阳轮31与前排行星轮33啮合。后排齿圈5的一端与前排行星架32连接,后排齿圈5的另一端与动力输出轴10连接。第一电机41和第二电机42平行布置在中心轴1的两侧,第一电机41与第一空心轴2连接,第二电机42与第二空心轴3连接。锁止器6设置于第一空心轴2的前端,锁止器6被用来对第一空心轴2进行制动。
上述方案中,锁止器6包括齿轮套61,齿轮套61的外圈与壳体7轴向滑动连接,齿轮套61的内圈设置有内齿轮。第一空心轴2的前端设有制动齿24,锁止器6通过移动齿轮套61与制动齿24啮合进而对第一空心轴2制动。发动机9通过所述柔性盘81连接。
混合动力系统还包括第一减速齿轮43、第二减速齿轮44,第一空心轴2的前端外壁上设置有第一空心轴2齿轮,第二空心轴3的前端外壁上设置有第二空心轴3齿轮。第一电机41通过第一减速齿轮43与第一空心轴2齿轮啮合,第二电机42通过第二减速齿轮44与第二空心轴3齿轮啮合。电动机和发电机集成在壳体7内,壳体7上只有动力输入轴11和动力输出轴10上的油封。
如图2所示,本发明的另一实施例中,锁止器6包括齿轮套61,齿轮套61的外圈与壳体7轴向滑动连接,齿轮套61的内圈设置有内齿轮。第一空心轴2的前端设有制动齿24,锁止器6通过移动齿轮套61与制动齿24啮合进而对第一空心轴2制动。发动机9通过离合器82连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:
如图1和图2所示,当需要进行发动机直驱时,锁止器6向右移动,制动齿24和齿轮套61啮合,对第一空心轴2进行制动,进而对后排太阳轮21制动,实现发动机9的直接驱动。
采用锁止器的混合动力系统,可以锁止后排太阳轮,以实现发动机直驱功能,通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低了系统的燃油消耗。

Claims (6)

1.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,该混合动力系统包括:
中心轴,所述中心轴的一端设置有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设置有后排行星轮,所述中心轴的另一端与动力输入轴的端部相连接;
第一空心轴,所述第一空心轴套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设置有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;
第二空心轴,所述第二空心轴套装在所述第一空心轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端位置设置有与壳体固定连接的前排齿圈,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合;
前排行星架、后排齿圈和动力输出轴,其中,所述后排齿圈的一端与所述前排行星架连接,所述后排齿圈的另一端与所述动力输出轴连接;
第一电机和第二电机,其中所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧,所述第一电机与所述第一空心轴连接,所述第二电机与所述第二空心轴连接;以及
锁止器,其设置于所述第一空心轴的前端,所述锁止器被用来对所述第一空心轴进行制动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述锁止器包括齿轮套,所述齿轮套的外圈与壳体轴向滑动连接,所述齿轮套的内圈设置有内齿轮,所述第一空心轴的前端设置有制动齿,所述锁止器通过移动所述齿轮套与所述制动齿啮合,从而对所述第一空心轴进行制动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括第一减速齿轮、第二减速齿轮,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第一空心轴齿轮,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设置有第二空心轴齿轮,所述第一电机通过所述第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过所述第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,电动机和发电机集成在所述壳体内。
5.根据权利要4所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述壳体上只有所述动力输入轴和所述动力输出轴上的油封。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,发动机通过柔性盘或离合器与所述中心轴连接。
