Abstract

本发明提供一种大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱,属于动力传动技术领域。该变速箱包括发动机、2个电动机、2组行星排、2个离合器、1个制动器和液压控制系统。电动机M2工作,实现低速爬坡、高速巡航和倒挡;发动机工作、电动机M1参与调速,实现混动或电传动;闭合离合器C1,发动机和电动机M1、M2同时驱动车辆,满足车辆瞬时大扭矩的需求;若电动机M1出现故障,闭合离合器C1,改为发动机直驱,实现车辆跛行回家;电动机M2反转,实现车辆倒车功能;车辆需要制动时,电动机M2或M2和M1发电可实现能量回收。本发明可实现动力换挡,整体形式简单,双电机同侧布置,结构紧凑,承载能力大,传动效率高,能在很大程度上改善车辆动力性能,提高燃油经济性。

Description

大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱
技术领域
本发明涉及动力传动技术领域,特别是指一种大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱。
背景技术
目前能源短缺已成为全球面临的一个重要问题,而混合动力技术能有效改善车辆低速动力输出和燃油消耗,已成为汽车工业的发展方向。大功率车辆(如大巴、商用车、重型矿用自卸车等功率超过200KW以上的)在工作时,经常在低速、启停工况下工作;在该工况下,可以用电动机驱动,避免发动机在低转速下工作;在减速工况下,电动机能实现制动能量回收。
在混合动力变速箱的设计文献资料中,还未发现有适用于大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱,此混合动力变速箱能在很大程度上提高车辆的燃油经济性。
发明内容
本发明为提高大功率车辆的燃油经济性,提升车辆动力性能,提供一种大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱。
该变速箱包括发动机、电动机M1、电动机M2、行星排P1、行星排P2、离合器C1、离合器C2、制动器B2和液压控制系统,液压控制系统对变速箱提供液压控制;
其中,行星排P1包括P1排太阳轮、P1排行星轮、P1排行星架和P1排齿圈,P1排行星架与发动机相连,P1排太阳轮与电动机M1相连,或P1排太阳轮通过离合器C1与电动机M2和P1排齿圈相连;行星排P2包括P2排太阳轮、P2排行星轮、P2排行星架和P2排齿圈,P2排行星架作为输出轴,P2排太阳轮经过P1排齿圈与电动机M2相连,P2排齿圈经过离合器C2与P2排太阳轮相连,或P2排齿圈与制动器B2连接;
发动机、电动机M1、电动机M2和P2排行星架同轴输入、输出;
电动机M1、电动机M2集成在行星排P1和行星排P2的同一侧。
电动机M2单独发电或电动机M1、电动机M2同时发电;离合器C1只用于电动机M1故障和车辆需要瞬时大扭矩的工况。
该变速箱在使用过程中,分为纯电模式一档、纯电模式二挡、混动模式低速、混动模式高速、电传动模式一档、电传动模式二挡和跛行模式;
当为纯电模式一挡时,电动机M2动力输出,离合器C2断开、制动器B2结合、离合器C1断开,行星齿轮机构传动比为3.82,输出轴转速在电动机M2转速范围内实现连续变化;
当为纯电模式二挡时,电动机M2动力输出,离合器C2结合、制动器B2断开、离合器C1断开,行星齿轮机构传动比为1,输出轴转速在电动机M2转速范围内实现连续变化;
当为混动模式低速时,发动机和电动机M1工作,离合器C1断开、离合器C2断开、制动器B2结合;
当为混动模式高速时,发动机和电动机M1工作,离合器C1断开、离合器C2结合、制动器B2断开;
当为电传动模式一挡时,发动机和电动机M1、电动机M2工作,离合器C2断开、制动器B2结合、离合器C1断开,传动比为3.82;
当为电传动模式二挡时,发动机和电动机M1、电动机M2工作,离合器C2结合、制动器B2断开、离合器C1断开,传动比为1;
当为跛行模式时,在电动机M1故障时,离合器C1结合,此时为发动机直驱模式,实现车辆跛行回家。
发动机和电动机M2能共同工作,能提供更大的扭矩,并通过电动机M1调节发动机转速,使发动机一直工作在最佳燃油经济区。电动机M1主要用于发电以及发动机调速,用于混动和电传动模式。
车辆倒挡行驶时,电动机M2反转,离合器C1断开、制动器B2结合、离合器C2断开。
当车辆需要制动时,制动器B2闭合,电动机M2发电或电动机M2和电动机M1同时发电,实现能量回收。
本发明电动机M2工作时,经离合器或制动器连接,可实现3种工作模式:低速爬坡、高速巡航和倒挡;发动机和电动机共同工作时,可以提供更大的扭矩,更广的调速范围且能一直让发动机工作在最佳燃油经济区。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
一是集成化程度高,两个电动机放在行星排P1、P2的同一侧,使整体结构形式简单、紧凑,可靠性高,且提供倒挡功能;二是可实现混联形式的混合动力技术,在低速及启动工况下,可以用电机驱动,提高了车辆的燃油经济性;需要大扭矩工况下可以实现混合驱动,减速工况下实现能量回收;三是所述变速箱中离合器C1的存在,一可提高车辆的通过性、二可实现车辆跛行回家。

本发明为提高大功率车辆的燃油经济性,提升车辆动力性能,提供一种大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱。
如图1所示,该变速箱包括发动机1、电动机M12、电动机M24、行星排P1、行星排P2、离合器C13、离合器C26、制动器B27和液压控制系统,液压控制系统对变速箱提供液压控制;
其中,行星排P1包括P1排太阳轮12、P1排行星轮、P1排行星架11和P1排齿圈5,P1排行星架11与发动机1相连,P1排太阳轮12与电动机M12相连,或P1排太阳轮12通过离合器C13与电动机M24和P1排齿圈5相连;行星排P2包括P2排太阳轮10、P2排行星轮、P2排行星架9和P2排齿圈8,P2排行星架9作为输出轴,P2排太阳轮10经过P1排齿圈5与电动机M24相连,P2排齿圈8经过离合器C26与P2排太阳轮10相连,或P2排齿圈8与制动器B27连接;

本发明变速箱中,动力由发动机1或电动机输入,通过切换离合器和制动器能使动力以不同的速比输出,满足车辆不同的工况需求。
如表1所示为本发明混合动力变速箱纯电工作时换挡过程的具体实施。
倒挡时,制动器B27闭合,电动机M24反转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮12,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;
1挡时,制动器B27闭合,电动机M24正转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮12,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;其功率流图如图2所示;
2挡时,离合器B27闭合,电动机M24正转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮12,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;

如表2所示为本发明混合动力变速箱混动模式工作时切换过程的具体实施。
低速行驶时,离合器C13断开、离合器C26断开、制动器B27闭合,发动机1正转,电动机M12调速,转矩经过P1排齿圈5输出到P2排太阳轮10,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;
高速行驶挡时,离合器C13断开、离合器C26结合、制动器B27断开,发动机1正转,电动机M12调速,其输出转矩经过P1齿圈5传递至P2排齿圈8和P2排太阳轮10,通过P2排行星架9输出;其功率流图如图3所示。

倒挡时,制动器B27闭合,电动机M24反转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮10,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;
1挡时,制动器B27闭合,电动机M24正转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮10,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;其功率流图如图4所示;
2挡时,离合器B27闭合,电动机M24正转,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮10,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;

如表4所示为本发明混合动力变速箱发动机直驱时工作过程的具体实施。
低速行驶时,离合器C13闭合、离合器C26断开、制动器B27闭合,发动机1正转,转矩经过P1排齿圈5输出到P2排太阳轮10,P2排齿圈8固定,通过P2排行星架9输出;
高速行驶挡时,离合器C13闭合、离合器C26结合、制动器B27断开,发动机1正转,其输出转矩经过P1排齿圈5传递至P2排齿圈8和P2排太阳轮10,通过P2排行星架9输出;其功率流图如图5所示。

当为电传动模式二挡时,发动机(1)和电动机M1(2)、电动机M2(4)工作,离合器C2(6)结合、制动器B2(7)断开、离合器C1(3)断开,传动比为1;
当为跛行模式时,在电动机M1(2)故障时,离合器C1(3)结合,此时为发动机(1)直驱模式,实现车辆跛行回家。
3.根据权利要求1所述的大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述电动机M1(2)用于发电以及发动机调速。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:车辆倒挡行驶时,所述电动机M2(4)反转,离合器C1(3)断开、制动器B2(7)结合、离合器C2(6)断开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的大功率车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:当车辆需要制动时,制动器B2(7)闭合,电动机M2(4)发电或电动机M2(4)和电动机M1(2)同时发电,实现能量回收。
