Abstract

本发明提供一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,属于动力传动系统技术领域。该装置包括发动机、电动机MG1和电动机MG2、行星排P1和行星排P2,制动器B1和制动器B2。电动机工作时,制动器B2闭合,两台电动机可同时工作或其中一台工作,用于车辆低速或倒挡行驶;发动机工作时,制动器B1闭合,通过电动机MG1调速,用于车辆中速和高速行驶;两台电动机还可以在车辆减速时回收能量。本发明可实现动力换挡,实现动力同轴输入输出,整体形式简单,结构紧凑,传动效率高,能在很大程度上改善车辆动力性能,提高车辆燃油经济性。

Description

一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱
技术领域
本发明涉及动力传动系统技术领域,特别是指一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱。
背景技术
目前能源短缺已成为全球面临的一个重要问题,而混合动力技术能有效改善车辆低速动力输出和燃油消耗,已成为汽车工业的发展方向。公路车辆(如城市公交车)在工作时,经常在低速、启停工况下工作,在低速及启动工况下,可以用电机驱动,在减速工况下,电机能实现制动能量回收,给电池充电,这样能大大提高车辆的燃油经济性。
在混合动力变速箱的设计文献资料中,本田、丰田、吉利和科力远等厂家均未实现变速箱同轴输入输出机构,会存在径向安装尺寸过大的问题,此混合动力变速箱能在提高车辆的燃油经济性的基础上,实现同轴输入输出,避免了径向安装尺寸过大的问题。
发明内容
本发明为提高公路车辆的燃油经济性,提升车辆动力性能,解决用于现有的城市公交车的混合动力变速箱径向安装尺寸过大的问题,提供一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱。
该变速箱包括发动机、电动机MG1、电动机MG2、制动器B1、制动器B2、行星排P1和行星排P2,其中,行星排P1包括P1排太阳轮、P1排行星轮、行星架、P1排齿圈,行星排P2包括P2排太阳轮、P2排行星轮、行星架、P2排齿圈;
行星架为行星排P1与行星排P2共用,行星架与发动机相连,或行星架与制动器B2连接,P1排太阳轮与电动机MG2相连,或P1排太阳轮与制动器B1连接,P1排齿圈与P2排齿圈及输出轴相连;P2排太阳轮与电动机MG1相连。
行星齿轮传动机构在电动机MG1和电动机MG2的同一侧。
变速箱实现动力同轴输入输出。
电动机MG1或电动机MG2工作时,制动器B1闭合或断开、制动器B2闭合,此时动力由电动机MG1和电动机MG2同时驱动或单独驱动车辆,用于车辆低速行驶;
发动机工作时,制动器B1闭合、制动器B2断开,此时由电动机MG1工作进行调速,动力由齿圈输出,用于车辆中低速及高速行驶;
车辆倒挡行驶时,电动机MG1和电动机MG2反转,制动器B1闭合、制动器B2闭合;
车辆减速行驶时,制动器B1断开、制动器B2闭合,电动机MG1和电动机MG2回收能量。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:
上述方案优点如下:一是集成化程度高,行星齿轮传动机构都在两台电动机的同一侧,实现了同轴输入输出功能,使整体结构形式简单、紧凑,可靠性高,且容易维修;二是可实现在低速及启动工况下,可以用两台电机驱动,中速状况下可以实现混合驱动,高速状况下,由发动机直接驱动,且电动机MG1能在一定范围内调速,减速工况下实现能量回收,在一定程度上提高了车辆的燃油经济性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明提供一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,如图1、图4所示,为该混合动力变速箱的原理图和结构图,该变速箱包括发动机1、电动机MG1 2、电动机MG2 3、制动器B1 4、制动器B2 5、行星排P1和行星排P2,其中,行星排P1包括P1排太阳轮11、P1排行星轮、行星架8、P1排齿圈6,行星排P2包括P2排太阳轮10、P2排行星轮、行星架8、P2排齿圈7;
行星架8为行星排P1与行星排P2共用,行星架8与发动机1相连,或行星架8与制动器B2 5连接,P1排太阳轮11与电动机MG23相连,或P1排太阳轮11与制动器B1 4连接,P1排齿圈6与P2排齿圈7及输出轴9相连;P2排太阳轮10与电动机MG1 2相连。
行星齿轮传动机构在电动机MG1 2和电动机MG2 3的同一侧。
如图1所示为本发明的混合动力变速箱原理示意图,动力由发动机或电动机输入,通过切换制动器能使动力以不同的形式输出,满足车辆的工况需求。
如表1所示为本发明混合动力变速箱工作时换挡过程的具体实施。
车辆倒车行驶时,制动器B1 4、B2 5均闭合,电动机MG1 2、MG2 3正转,其输出转矩分别传递到P1和P2排太阳轮,P1和P2排共同的行星架8固定,通过P1排齿圈6和P2排齿圈7输出,其功率流图如图2所示;
车辆低速行驶时,制动器B1 4、B2 5均闭合,电动机MG1 2、MG2 3反转,其输出转矩分别传递到P1和P2排太阳轮,P1和P2排共同的行星架8固定,通过P1排齿圈6和P2排齿圈7输出,其功率流图如图2所示;
车辆中速行驶时,制动器B1 4断开,制动器B2 5断开,电动机MG1 2正转进行调速,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮10,发动机1输出转矩传递到行星架8,最终通过P2排齿圈7输出,其功率流图如图3所示;
车辆高速行驶时,制动器B1 4闭合,制动器B2 5断开,发动机1正转,其输出转矩传递到行星架8,电动机MG1 2进行调速,其输出转矩传递到P2排太阳轮10,最终通过行星架8输出,此状态可用电动机MG2 3进行发电。

以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、电动机MG1(2)、电动机MG2(3)、制动器B1(4)、制动器B2(5)、行星排P1和行星排P2,其中,行星排P1包括P1排太阳轮(11)、P1排行星轮、行星架(8)、P1排齿圈(6),行星排P2包括P2排太阳轮(10)、P2排行星轮、行星架(8)、P2排齿圈(7);
行星架(8)为行星排P1与行星排P2共用,行星架(8)与发动机(1)相连,或行星架(8)与制动器B2(5)连接,P1排太阳轮(11)与电动机MG2(3)相连,或P1排太阳轮(11)与制动器B1(4)连接,P1排齿圈(6)与P2排齿圈(7)及输出轴(9)相连;P2排太阳轮(10)与电动机MG1(2)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述行星齿轮传动机构在电动机MG1(2)和电动机MG2(3)的同一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述变速箱实现动力同轴输入输出。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于公路车辆的混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:电动机MG1(2)或电动机MG2(3)工作时,制动器B1(4)闭合或断开、制动器B2(5)闭合,此时动力由电动机MG1(2)和电动机MG2(3)同时驱动或单独驱动车辆,用于车辆低速行驶;
发动机1工作时,制动器B1(4)闭合、制动器B2(5)断开,此时由电动机MG1(2)工作进行调速,动力由齿圈输出,用于车辆中低速及高速行驶;
车辆倒挡行驶时,电动机MG1(2)和电动机MG2(3)反转,制动器B1(4)闭合、制动器B2(5)闭合;
车辆减速行驶时,制动器B1(4)断开、制动器B2(5)闭合,电动机MG1(2)和电动机MG2(3)回收能量。
