本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,特别涉及动力传动装置。
背景技术
混合动力传动装置是国家新能源汽车战略中各厂商的研发重点,各大汽车公司都积极研发混合动力传动装置,其中功率分流(power split)形式的深度混合动力传动装置节能效果更明显,最具代表性产品是丰田公司的THS。THS采用单行星排的单模式分速汇矩功率分流(output split)形式,结构简单,但所需的电机转矩及功率较大,电机的转速要求较高。当处于高速混动工况,传动装置的速比大于机械点速比时,行星排出现功率循环,影响传动效率。
科力远公司的CN106042890公布了一种单模式分速汇速功率分流(compoundsplit)形式、多电动挡位的混合动力传动装置,可用于深度混合和插电混合动力传动装置。
通用公司发展了3个行星排组成的双模式纵置混合动力传动系统,采用双模式分速汇矩、分速汇速功率分流(output split、compound split)形式,减小了电机功率和转矩,两种分流模式分别适用于低速和高速工况,每个模式都不存在功率循环,提高了传动效率。通用公司双模式混合动力传动装置采用两台电机和行星机构同轴布置,因而轴向尺寸较大。US005931757A公布了3个行星排双模式混合动力传动装置,只有1个固定挡位。US2005/0137042 A1也公布了3个行星排双模式混合动力传动装置,可通过离合器、制动器等模式切换元件实现4个固定挡位。通用公司也发展了2个行星排双模式横置混合动力传动系统,采用双行星排布局,用于第二代Volt,较3个行星排的布置方式,缩短了轴向长度,便于发动机横置布局。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种传动效率高、轴向尺寸短,电机布置灵活,适合于前驱车横置发动机布置的一种双模式混合动力传动装置。
本发明的技术方案是:一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括:发动机输入轴,扭转减振器,第一齿轮,功率分流行星机构,行星机构输出齿轮,输入轴,输出轴,第二齿轮,第三齿轮,差速器,壳体,第一电机,第二电机,第二电机轴,输出齿轮,第四齿轮,离合机构,单向离合器;
来自于发动机的动力通过输入轴和扭矩减振器,传递给输入轴,输入轴上设置有单向离合器,其中单向离合器用于防止发动机反转;
功率分流行星机构包括:行星排和行星排;行星排太阳轮、行星排的太阳轮以及第一齿轮固连,行星排行星架与行星排的齿圈以及行星机构输出齿轮固连,行星排的行星架通过单向离合器与输入轴相连接;
第一电机和第二电机的定子均与壳体固连,第一电机的转子连接功率分流行星机构中行星排P1的齿圈;第二电机的转子通过第二电机轴和第三齿轮连接;
设置在输出轴上的第四齿轮和功率分流行星机构输出齿轮相啮合;通过离合机构控制第四齿轮与输出轴的接合与分离;
设置在输出轴上第二齿轮分别与第三齿轮和第一齿轮相啮合;通过离合机构控制第二齿轮与输出轴的接合与分离;
输出轴上的输出齿轮与差速器的减速齿轮相啮合,差速器将动力输出到两侧车轮。
有益效果:本发明通过定轴齿轮一方面实现第二电机的减速增扭,另一方面实现了第二电机的灵活布置。采用功率分流行星机构进行功率分流,配合两个切换离合器可实现双模式,可降低电机的转矩和功率需求;第一模式适用车辆的起步及低速行驶,第二模式适用于高速工况。两模式可实现较宽的传动比范围,传动效率高。可实现两个机械挡位,一个用于低速重载工况,降低了第二电机的转矩要求;另一个用于高速巡航工况,发动机直接驱动,减小了一次能量转化,传动效率高。设置单向离合器,防止发动机反转,在纯电动工况下,可利用第一电机和第二电机的功率同时驱动车辆。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并举实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:参见附图1,一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括:发动机输入轴1,扭转减振器2,第一齿轮3,功率分流行星机构,行星机构输出齿轮4,输入轴5,输出轴6,第二齿轮7,第三齿轮8,差速器9,壳体10,第一电机E1,第二电机E2,第二电机轴11,输出齿轮13,第四齿轮14,制动器15,第一离合器16,第二离合器17,单向离合器18;
来自于发动机的动力通过输入轴1和扭矩减振器2,传递给输入轴5,输入轴5上设置有单向离合器18,其中单向离合器18用于防止发动机反转;
功率分流行星机构包括:行星排P1和行星排P2;行星排P1太阳轮、行星排P2的太阳轮以及第一齿轮3固连,行星排P1行星架与行星排P2的齿圈以及行星机构输出齿轮4固连;行星排P2的行星架与输入轴5相连接;
第一电机E1和第二电机E2不同轴布置,两个电机的定子均与壳体10固连,第一电机E1的转子连接功率分流行星机构中行星排P1的齿圈;第二电机E2的转子12通过第二电机轴11和第三齿轮8连接,第二电机轴11上设置有制动器15;
第一离合器16、第四齿轮14、第二离合器17和第二齿轮7均设置在输出轴6上;
第一离合器16的被动端与第四齿轮14相连接,第四齿轮14和功率分流行星机构输出齿轮4相啮合;当第一离合器16接合时,第四齿轮14将动力传递至输出轴6;
第二离合器17的被动端与第二齿轮7相连接,第二齿轮7分别与第三齿轮8和第一齿轮3相啮合;当第二离合器17接合时,第一齿轮3的功率和第三齿轮8的功率经第二离合器17汇合于输出轴6;
输出轴6上的输出齿轮13与差速器9的减速齿轮相啮合,差速器9将动力输出到两侧车轮。
通过采用功率分流行星机构进行功率分流,实现双模式混合驱动,并可实现纯电驱动工况,两个机械挡位、制动能量回收等功能。通过配置输出轴6和第二电机轴11,实现第一电机E1和第二电机E2不同轴布置,减小传动装置的轴向尺寸,更适合于前驱车的布置形式。
起步,采用纯电动起步方式,第一离合器16分离,第二离合器17接合,第二电机E2驱动车辆。当纯电动车速较高或者第二电机E2功率不足时,第一离合器16接合,第一电机E1参与,此时,单向离合器18防止发动机反转,两台电机共同驱动车辆。
第一模式为分速汇矩形式的功率分流模式,电机E1作为发电机,电机E2作为电动机,双行星排实现发动机功率的分流。发动机功率经过扭矩减振器2输入到功率分流行星结构的行星排P2的行星架,之后功率分成两路,一路直接通过行星排P2的太阳轮和行星排P1的太阳轮;另一路功率通过行星排P1齿圈至第一电机E1,此时第一电机E1工作在发电机工况,把此路发动机功率转化为电功率,传递给第二电机E2。第二电机E2工作在电动机工况,由于第二离合器17接合,第一离合器16分离,第二电机E2的功率经过第三齿轮8,与行星排P1太阳轮、行星排P2太阳轮固连的第一齿轮3的功率经第二离合器17汇合于输出轴6,最后经过输出齿轮13传递到差速器9。该模式适用于车辆的起步及低速行驶,功率分流形式与丰田公司的THS相同。
第二模式为分速汇速形式的功率分流模式,发动机功率经过扭矩减振器2后,输入到行星排P2的行星架,之后功率分成两路,一路直接通过行星排P2的齿圈和行星排P1的行星架以及与之固连的行星机构输出齿轮4直接输出;另一路功率依次经过行星排P1的太阳轮、行星排P2的太阳轮、第一齿轮3、第二齿轮7、第三齿轮8、第二电机轴11传递给第二电机E2,第二电机E2再将这部分功率转化为电能传递给第一电机E1,汇入行星排P1的齿圈,最后动力从行星排P2的行星架和行星排P2的齿圈,通过行星机构输出齿轮4、第四齿轮14、输出轴6、输出齿轮13、差速器9,输出到车轮。在该模式下,第二电机E2工作在发动机工况,第一电机E1工作在电动机工况,电功率从第二电机E2传递到第一电机E1。该模式适合于车辆的中高速工况,传递效率高,功率分流形式与通用公司的双模式混合动力传动系统的第二模式相同。
本传动装置可实现两个机械挡位,第一个机械挡位在第一模式和第二模式切换点,第一离合器16和第二离合器17同时接合;该机械挡位可应对在低速重载工况,降低了第二电机E2的转矩要求,并且第二电机E2可进行大功率的发电。第二个机械挡位在第二电机E2的转速为零时,接合制动器15;此时功率分流行星结构的传动比小于1,为增速工况,用于高速巡航工况,发动机直接驱动车辆,传动效率高。
倒挡,第二离合器17接合,第一离合器16分离,采用第二电机E2反转完成低速倒车。
可根据整车的要求,设置单向离合器18,防止发动机反转,在纯电动工况下,可利用第一电机E1反转或者第二电机E2正转,实现纯电动工况,此时单向离合器18制动发动机输入轴1。如果本传动系统配置在插电式混动动力车辆,还可同时利用第一电机E1和第二电机E2同时驱动车辆,增大电驱动功率。
制动能量回收,第一模式时,可直接采用第二电机E2进行制动能量回收;第二模式时,可利用第一电机E1和第二电机E2的转矩协调控制,完成制动能量回收。
下表为本实施例的操纵逻辑:

实施例2:参见附图2,一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括如实施例1所述的发动机输入轴1,扭转减振器2,第一齿轮3,功率分流行星机构,行星机构输出齿轮4,输入轴5,输出轴6,第二齿轮7,第三齿轮8,差速器9,壳体10,第一电机E1,第二电机E2,第二电机轴11,输出齿轮13,第四齿轮14,单向离合器18,同步器19,以及这些部件的连接结构;相比实施例1,本实施例取消了制动器15,第二离合器17和第一离合器16用同步器19代替;
同步器19左端与第四齿轮14相连接,右端与第二齿轮7相连接;同步器19右啮合时,第二齿轮7与输出轴6固接,该动力传动装置处于分速汇矩形式的功率分流模式,此时第一电机E1处于发电机工作状态,第二电机E2处于电动机工作状态;同步器19左啮合时,第四齿轮14与输出轴6固接,该动力传动装置处于分速汇速形式的功率分流模式,此时第一电机E1处于电动机工作状态,第二电机E2处于发电机工作状态。
本实施例可减小湿式离合器的带排功率损失,提升传动效率。本实施例无纯机械档位。

实施例3:参见附图3,一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括如实施例1所述的发动机输入轴1,扭转减振器2,第一齿轮3,功率分流行星机构,行星机构输出齿轮4,输出轴6,第二齿轮7,差速器9,壳体10,第一电机E1,第二电机E2,输出齿轮13,第四齿轮14,单向离合器18,制动器15,离合器16,离合器17,以及这些部件的连接结构;相比实施例1,本实施例第一电机E1和第二电机E2同轴布置;

Claims (4)

1.一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,其特征是:它包括:发动机输入轴(1),扭转减振器(2),第一齿轮(3),功率分流行星机构,行星机构输出齿轮(4),输入轴(5),输出轴(6),第二齿轮(7),第三齿轮(8),差速器(9),壳体(10),第一电机(E1),第二电机(E2),第二电机轴(11),输出齿轮(13),第四齿轮(14),离合机构,单向离合器(18);
来自于发动机的动力通过所述输入轴(1)和所述扭矩减振器(2),传递给所述输入轴(5),所述输入轴(5)上设置有单向离合器(18),其中所述单向离合器(18)用于防止所述发动机反转;
所述功率分流行星机构包括:行星排(P1)和行星排(P2);所述行星排(P1)太阳轮、行星排(P2)的太阳轮以及所述第一齿轮(3)固连,所述行星排(P1)行星架与所述行星排(P2)的齿圈以及所述行星机构输出齿轮(4)固连,所述行星排(P2)的行星架通过所述单向离合器(18)与所述输入轴(5)相连接;
所述第一电机(E1)和所述第二电机(E2)的定子均与所述壳体(10)固连,所述第一电机(E1)的转子连接所述功率分流行星机构中所述行星排P1的齿圈;所述第二电机(E2)的转子(12)通过所述第二电机轴(11)和所述第三齿轮(8)连接;
设置在所述输出轴(6)上的所述第四齿轮(14)和所述功率分流行星机构输出齿轮(4)相啮合;通过所述离合机构控制所述第四齿轮(14)与所述输出轴(6)的接合与分离;
设置在所述输出轴(6)上所述第二齿轮(7)分别与所述第三齿轮(8)和所述第一齿轮(3)相啮合;通过所述离合机构控制所述第二齿轮(7)与所述输出轴(6)的接合与分离;
所述输出轴(6)上的输出齿轮(13)与所述差速器(9)的减速齿轮相啮合,所述差速器(9)将动力输出到两侧车轮。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述离合机构包括:设置在输出轴(6)上的第一离合器(16)和第二离合器(17);
所述第一离合器(16)的被动端与所述第四齿轮(14)相连接,当所述第一离合器(16)接合时,所述第四齿轮(14)与所述输出轴(6)连接,将动力传递至所述输出轴(6);
所述第二离合器(17)的被动端与所述第二齿轮(7)相连接,当所述第二离合器(17)接合时,所述第二齿轮(7)与所述输出轴(6)连接固接,所述第一齿轮(3)的功率和所述第三齿轮(8)的功率通过所述第二离合器(17)汇合于所述输出轴(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,其特征是:它还包括设置在第二电机轴(11)上的制动器(15)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种前驱车双模式混合动力传动装置,其特征是:所述离合机构为同步器(19);
所述同步器(19)左端与所述第四齿轮(14)相连接,右端与所述第二齿轮(7)相连接;所述同步器(19)右啮合时,所述第二齿轮(7)与所述输出轴(6)固接,所述第一齿轮(3)的功率和所述第三齿轮(8)的功率所述第二离合器(17)汇合于所述输出轴(6);所述同步器(19)左啮合时,所述第四齿轮(14)与所述输出轴(6)连接,将动力传递至所述输出轴(6)。
