本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,特别涉及传动装置。一种双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括:发动机输入轴,扭转减震器,拉维纳行星机构行星架,拉维纳行星机构第一太阳轮,拉维纳行星机构齿圈,拉维纳行星机构第二太阳轮,第一齿轮,第一电机,第一制动器,第二电机,第二齿轮,第一离合器,第二离合器,差速器,减速齿轮,第四齿轮,第五齿轮,第六齿轮,单向离合器;本发明结构紧凑,传动效率高;可实现两个机械挡位,传动效率高;设置单向离合器,防止发动机反转,在纯电动工况下,可利用两个电机的功率同时驱动车辆。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于混合动力汽车技术领域,特别涉及传动装置。
背景技术
[0002] 混合动力传动装置是国家新能源汽车战略中各厂商的研发重点,各大汽车公司都 积极研发混合动力传动装置,其中功率分流(power split)形式的深度混合动力传动装置 节能效果更明显,最具代表性产品是丰田公司的THS JHS采用单行星排的单模式分速汇矩 功率分流(output split)形式,结构简单,但所需的电机转矩及功率较大,对电机的转速要 求较高。当处于高速混动工况,传动装置的速比大于机械点速比时,行星排出现功率循环, 影响传动效率。
[0003] 科力远公司的CN106042890公布了一种单模式分速汇速功率分流(compound split)形式、多电动挡位的混合动力传动装置,可用于深度混合和插电混合动力传动装置。 CN105172570A公布了一种双模式混合动力传动装置,两台电机不同轴布置。
[0004] 通用公司发展了 3个行星排组成的双模式纵置混合动力传动系统,采用双模式分 速汇矩、分速汇速功率分流(output split、compound split)形式,减小了电机功率和转 矩,两种分流模式分别适用于低速和高速工况,每个模式都不存在功率循环,提高了传动效 率。US005931757A公布了 3个行星排双模式混合动力传动装置,只有1个固定挡位。US2005/ 0137042 Al也公布了3个行星排双模式混合动力传动装置,可通过离合器、制动器等模式切 换元件实现4个固定挡位。通用公司也发展了 2个行星排双模式横置混合动力传动系统,采 用双行星排布局,用于第二代Volt,较3个行星排的布置方式,缩短了轴向长度,便于发动机 横置布局。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的是:提供一种传动效率高,电机布置灵活,适合于前驱车横置发动机 布置的双模式混合动力传动装置。
[0006] 本发明的技术方案是:一种双模式混合动力传动装置,它包括:发动机输入轴,扭 转减震器,拉维纳行星机构,第一齿轮,第一电机,第一制动器,第二电机,第二齿轮,第一离 合器,第二离合器,差速器,减速齿轮,第四齿轮,第五齿轮,第六齿轮,单向离合器;
[0007] 拉维纳行星机构包括:安装在拉维纳行星机构行星架上的拉维纳行星机构第一太 阳轮、拉维纳行星机构齿圈、拉维纳行星机构第二太阳轮;
[0008] 第一电机和第二电机同轴布置,两个电机的定子均与传动装置壳体固连,第一电 机的输出轴上设置有第一制动器;
[0009] 来自于发动机的动力通过发动机输入轴、扭矩减震器,传递给拉维纳行星机构行 星架,在拉维纳行星机构行星架与扭矩减震器之间设有单向离合器;拉维纳行星机构齿圈 与第六齿轮连接,第二电机的输出轴同轴空套在第一电机的输出轴外,拉维纳行星机构第 二太阳轮与第一齿轮安装在第二电机的输出轴上;拉维纳行星机构第一太阳轮与第一电机 的输出轴连接;

[0019] 有益效果:本发明两个电机同轴布置,结构紧凑,通过两个离合器进行模式切换, 离合器布置在另一轴上,可缩短整体的轴向长度;采用拉维纳行星机构进行功率分流,配合 两个切换离合器可实现双模式功率分流,可降低两台电机的转矩和功率需求,第一模式适 用车辆的起步及低速行驶,第二模式适用于高速工况,双模式可实现较宽的传动比范围,传 动效率高;可实现两个机械挡位,一个用于低速重载工况,降低了第二电机的转矩要求;另 一个用于高速巡航工况,发动机直接驱动,减小了一次能量转化过程,传动效率高;设置单 向离合器,防止发动机反转,在纯电动工况下,可利用两个电机的功率同时驱动车辆。

[0029] 起步,采用纯电动起步方式,第一制动器9分离,第二离合器13分离,第一离合器12 接合,此时第二齿轮11能够将动力传递至第四齿轮16,第二电机E2驱动车辆。当纯电动车速 较高或者第二电机E2功率不足时,第一电机El参与,此时,单向离合器19防止发动机反转, 两台电机共同驱动车辆。
[0030] 第一模式为分速汇矩形式的功率分流模式,第一电机El作为发电机,第二电机E2 作为电动机,拉维纳行星机构实现发动机功率的分流。发动机功率经过扭转减震器2后,输 入到拉维纳行星机构行星架3,发动机功率分成两路,一路直接通过拉维纳行星机构第二太 阳轮6、第一齿轮7输出;另一路功率通过拉维纳行星机构第一太阳轮4传递至第一电机El, 此时第一电机El工作在发电机工况,把此路发动机功率转化为电功率,传递给第二电机E2。 第二电机E2工作在电动机工况,由于此时第一离合器12接合,第二离合器13分离,第二电机 E2的功率与发动机的功率在第一齿轮7汇合,最后经过第二齿轮11,第一离合器12,第四齿 轮16,减速齿轮15传递到差速器14,最后输出到两侧车轮。该模式适用于车辆的起步及低速 行驶,功率分流形式与丰田公司的THS相同。
[0031] 第二模式为分速汇速形式的功率分流模式,发动机功率经过扭转减震器2后,输入 到拉维纳行星机构行星架3。在该模式下,第一离合器12分离,第二离合器13接合,发动机功 率分成两路,一路直接通过拉维纳行星机构齿圈5输出;另一路功率经过拉维纳行星机构第 二太阳轮6传递给第二电机E2,第二电机E2再将这部分功率转化为电能传递给第一电机El, 汇入拉维纳行星机构第一太阳轮4,最后动力从拉维纳行星机构汇流后,经过第六齿轮18、 第五齿轮17、第二离合器13、第四齿轮16、减速齿轮15、差速器14,输出到两侧车轮。在该模 式下,第二电机E2工作在发动机工况,第一电机El工作在电动机工况,电功率从第二电机E2 传递到第一电机E1。该模式适合于车辆的中高速工况,传递效率高,功率分流形式与通用公 司的双模式混合动力传动系统的第二模式相同。
[0032] 本实施例可实现两个机械挡位,第一个机械挡位在第一模式和第二模式切换点, 第一离合器12和第二离合器13同时接合;该机械挡位可应对在低速重载工况,降低了第二 电机E2的转矩要求,并且第二电机E2可进行大功率的发电。第二个机械挡位在第一电机El 的转速为零时,接合第一制动器9;此时拉维纳行星结构传动比小于1,为增速工况,用于高 速巡航工况,发动机直接驱动车辆,减小了能量转换次数,传动效率高。
[0033] 倒挡,第一离合器12接合,第二离合器13分离,采用第二电机E2反转完成低速倒 车。
[0034] 单向离合器19防止发动机反转,在纯电动工况下,可利用第一电机El反转或者第 二电机E2正转,实现纯电动工况,此时单向离合器19制动发动机输入轴。如本传动系统配置 在插电式混动动力车辆,还可同时利用第一电机El和第二电机E2同时驱动车辆,可增大电 驱动功率。
[0035] 制动能量回收,第一模式时,可直接采用第二电机E2进行制动能量回收;第二模式 时,可利用第一电机El和第二电机E2的转矩协调控制,完成制动能量回收。
