一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,属于汽车驱动系统技术领域。本发明为了解决混合动力汽车驱动系统结构设计复杂,不能够根据行驶工况,改善整机工作情况且提升混动动力汽车燃油经济性的问题。本发明包括平行布置与发动机连接的输入轴;由一组单排行星排和一组单排双行星轮组成,S1太阳轮、C1短行星轮、C1长行星轮、C1行星架、R1外齿圈构成一组行星轮系,S2太阳轮、C2行星轮为一行星轮系,两个电机EM1电机和EM2电机,两个离合器C1离合器和C2离合器,两个制动器B1制动器和B2制动器。本发明具有结构简合理、装配简单、成本低廉,具有良好的燃油经济性和低排放等优点。

本发明涉及一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,属于汽车驱动系统技术领域。
背景技术
目前,人们日益重视对环境的保护和能源高效的利用。因此混合动力汽车因其具有低排放等优点,正在成为汽车行业的发展趋势。在国内,从政府、科研单位、汽车企业都非常重视,并且着手开展对混合动力汽车的研制和开发。汽车的混合动力传动系统按联结方式一般分为串联、并联和混联三种形式。混合动力主要通过电机的协调工作可以使发动机运行在高效率区,从而提高整个系统的效率,并且低成本、轻量化、结构紧凑。
现有的汽车的混合动力传动系统不能在发动机不提供动力时,依靠电池提供电能驱动电机单独工作,并通过变速机构实现车辆的正常行驶,且现有技术不能同时满足发动机和电机同时工作时,驱动车辆正常行驶;通过控制电机工作,可以调节发动机的工况点,降低发动机油耗,为此急需提出一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决混合动力汽车驱动系统结构设计复杂,不能够根据行驶工况,改善整机工作情况且提升混动动力汽车燃油经济性的问题,进而提供一种混合动力汽车驱动系统。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,包括发动机、EM1电机、EM2电机、C1离合器、C2 离合器、B1制动器、B2制动器、S2太阳轮、C2行星轮、S1太阳轮、C1短行星轮、C1 长行星轮、R1外齿圈、C1行星架、驱动齿轮和输入轴,所述的发动机通过输入轴与C1 行星架建立连接,C1短行星轮与C1长行星轮安装在C1行星架上;
所述的C2离合器一端与C1行星架连接,C2离合器另一端与R1外齿圈连接,所述的C1离合器一端连接R1外齿圈,C1离合器另一端连接驱动齿轮;
所述的EM1电机的转子轴与电机齿轮齿轮固定连接,电机齿轮与输出轴上的驱动齿轮进行齿轮啮合传递动力;
所述的EM2电机的转子轴连接S1太阳轮并且与B1制动器一端连接,B1制动器另一端与变速器壳体固定连接;
所述的S2太阳轮与B2制动器一端连接,B2制动器另一端与变速器壳体固定连接。

本发明的方案可以实现多种工作模式,包括纯电模式、串联模式、并联模式、ECVT模式;具备行车发电、停车发电、能量回收的功能。纯电EV模式满足车辆起动、低速、中速等工况;串联模式更适合车辆低速工况,并联模式可以满足车辆低速、中速、高速等工况;ECVT满足车辆低、中速工况。通过优化控制策略,使变速器进行不同工作模式的切换,来满足车辆行驶需求,同时让燃油消耗率处于最优区域以及电机工作在高效区。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明解决目前混合动力汽车系统存在的动力合成机构复杂、体积大、工况模式单一、效率低或者不具备纯电动模式的缺点,提供一种新的混合动力汽车驱动系统,其结构简单、布局紧凑,利用双电机、双行星排结构,以改善发动机工况,可以有效地降低油耗。增加电机相对成本有所增加,但从整车角度油耗会降低,实现新能源汽车目标,达到节能减排,满足逐步加严的排放法规。此结构具有结构简合理、装配简单、成本低廉,具有良好的燃油经济性和低排放等优点。

具体实施方式一:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式提供的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,包括发动机1、EM1电机2、EM2电机3、C1离合器4、C2离合器5、B1制动器6、B2制动器7、S2太阳轮8、C2行星轮9、S1太阳轮10、C1短行星轮11、C1长行星轮12、R1外齿圈13、C1行星架14、驱动齿轮15和输入轴18,所述的发动机1通过输入轴18与C1行星架14建立连接,C1短行星轮11与C1长行星轮12安装在C1行星架14上;所述的C2离合器5一端与C1行星架14连接,C2离合器5另一端与R1外齿圈13连接,所述的C1离合器4一端连接R1外齿圈13,C1离合器4另一端连接驱动齿轮15;所述的EM1电机2的转子轴与电机齿轮19齿轮固定连接,电机齿轮19与输出轴 16上的驱动齿轮15进行齿轮啮合传递动力;所述的EM2电机3的转子轴连接S1太阳轮10并且与B1制动器6一端连接,B1制动器6另一端与变速器壳体固定连接;所述的S2 太阳轮8与B2制动器7一端连接,B2制动器7另一端与变速器壳体固定连接。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
1、纯电动模式
纯电动EM1模式1档:C1离合器4、C2离合器5、B1制动器6、B2制动器7都不工作。动力由EM1电机2提供,传递经过输出轴16到差速器17,实现EM1电机2驱动整车,并且经过输出轴16以及差速器17二级速比的调节,可有效降低EM1电机2转速并且提供扭矩的传递。由于纯电动模式采用EM1电机2驱动,而通过电机控制方式变化可以改变EM1电机2的正反转,所以纯电模式可以用于车辆正常运行,并且可以实现倒挡功能。
纯电动EM2模式1档:C1离合器4、B2制动器7结合工作,S2太阳轮8与变速箱壳体固定连接,根据行星排轮系运行原理,S1太阳轮10到R1外齿圈13是增速降扭的传递关系;动力由EM2电机3工作提供,此时发动机1和EM1电机2不工作,EM2电机3 动力由行星排轮系,经输出轴16至差速器17再到整车车轮。
纯电动EM2模式2档:C1离合器4、C2离合器5结合工作。根据行星排轮系运行原理,则S1太阳轮10、C1行星架14、R1外齿圈13和S2太阳轮8转速都相同。动力由 EM2电机3动力由行星排轮系,经输出轴16至差速器17再到整车车轮。
对于纯电动EM2模式下的两个档位,本结构可以提供此功能,实际应用中根据车辆及控制策略情况而定。并且本结构具备纯电动模式下双电机工作模式,纯电动EM1电机 2工作、EM2电机3同时工作情况,即与纯电动EM2模式1档、纯电动EM2模式2档工作情况相同,只是EM1电机2同时在工作为系统提供动力;此模式可以满足某些整车特定的工况。纯电动EM1模式将作为本结构的主要纯电动模式。
2、串联工作模式
串联工作模式1:C2离合器5结合工作。C1行星架14和R1外齿圈13进行固定连接,根据行星排轮系运行原理,则S1太阳轮10、C1行星架14、R1外齿圈13和S2太阳轮8转速都相同。动力由发动机1发出经过行星排到EM2电机3,转速相同,传递扭矩理论也相同,实际需要考虑行星轮系效率;EM2电机3进行发电提供EM1电机2,EM1 电机2驱动整车工作。
当EM2电机3的发电功率高于EM1电机2需求功率即整车运行需求功率时,多余电量则为整车电池包充电;当EM2电机3的发电功率小于EM1电机2需求功率即整车运行需求功率时,可以有两种方式调节;一是由电池包放电来补充所需功率;二是调节发动机工况点,增加发动机功率,使EM2电机3发电功率提高以提供EM1电机2即整车需求。两种调节方式,根据当时整车工况以及电池包电量等情况,进行选择合适方式调节。
串联工作模式2:B2制动器7结合工作,S2太阳轮8与变速箱壳体固定连接,根据行星排轮系运行原理,C1行星架14到S1太阳轮10是增速降扭的传递关系;动力由发动机1发出经过行星排到EM2电机3,转速升高扭矩降低,EM2电机3进行发电提供EM1 电机2。能量的传递方式与串联工作模式1相同,选择串联工作模式1或者串联工作模式2,因为涉及的行星排运行转速情况不同,需要根据目前变速箱行星排运行以及前后运行工况等进行分析,制定合适的控制策略。
3、并联以及发动机单独工作模式
1档:C1离合器4、B1制动器6结合工作。S1太阳轮10被固定与与变速箱壳体连接,根据行星排轮系运行原理,发动机1连接的C1行星架14到R1外齿圈13是降速增扭的传递关系;EM2电机3与S1太阳轮10连接被固定,不能工作。此时发动机1单独工作,EM1电机2不工作时,为发动机1直驱整车,与传统动力相同,一般适用于整车低速工况;EM1电机2工作时,有两种工作方式,一是发电向电池包充电,二是电池包提供电量给EM1电机2提供动力,可以改善发动机工况点或者为整车提供动力。EM1电机2的工作情况,根据整车工况以及电池情况选择合适控制策略。

4、ECVT工作模式
C1离合器4结合工作。由发动机1、EM1电机2、EM2电机3共同参与工作,通过行星排特有的调速以及扭矩传递关系进行功率分流,提供整车运行功率以及扭矩;此工作模式下,发动机1可以处于高效区和较优的工况区域,在燃油方面得到较好的油耗性能,双电机的工作,可以提供让电机同时处于高效区域。
在整车低速工况,发动机1工作提供动力,EM2电机3可以选择发电并提供给EM1 电机2,EM1电机2电动机为提供系统动力;在整车中速工况,发动机1工作提供动力, EM2电机3和EM1电机2根据整车电池组情况选择工况;在整车高速工况,发动机1工作提供动力,EM1电机2也可以选择发电并提供给EM2电机3,EM2电机3电动机为提供系统动力。
5、停车发电,在车辆停驶时,可以串联工作模式进行发电。
关于功能,可以提供纯电模式、串联模式、并联模式以及ECVT模式,根据整车的工况情况结合此结构,可以优化出满足整车工况并且处于发动机以及电机最优工况点的控制策略。
6、关于本发明结构基础上的演变结构型式,主要在于EM1电机2所在位置的区别。本发明结构EM1电机2所处位置与EM2电机3不在同一轴上布置;对于本发明结构基础上的演变结构型式,EM1电机2所处位置与EM2电机3在同一轴上布置,即双电机同轴布置。
在发动机1与输入轴18之间设置的扭转减震器视为结构演变型式。
7、各位档位速比关系
R1外齿圈13和S1太阳轮10齿轮齿数分别是ZR1和ZS1;
R1外齿圈13和S2太阳轮8齿轮齿数分别是ZR1和ZS2;
EM1电机2与输出轴16速比为:i1;
驱动齿轮15与输出轴16速比为:i2;
输出轴16与差速器17速比为:i主;
纯电动EM1模式1档速比为:K1=i1×i主
对于行星轮系部分速比关系如下:
纯电动EM2模式1档速比为:K2=(a+b)/(b+1)
纯电动EM2模式2档速比为:K3=1
并联1档发动机速比为:λ1=a/(a-1)
并联2档发动机速比为:λ2=1
并联3档发动机速比为:λ3=b/(b+1)
具体实施方式二:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式提供的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,C2行星轮9与C1长行星轮12齿数不同,且共用C1行星架14。
具体实施方式三:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式提供的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,还包括输出轴16和差速器17,驱动齿轮15与输出轴16齿轮传动连接;输出轴 16与差速器17齿轮传动连接。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)、EM1电机(2)、EM2电机(3)、C1离合器(4)、C2离合器(5)、B1制动器(6)、B2制动器(7)、S2太阳轮(8)、C2行星轮(9)、S1太阳轮(10)、C1短行星轮(11)、C1长行星轮(12)、R1外齿圈(13)、C1行星架(14)、驱动齿轮(15)和输入轴(18),所述的发动机(1)通过输入轴(18)与C1行星架(14)建立连接,C1短行星轮(11)与C1长行星轮(12)安装在C1行星架(14)上;
所述的C2离合器(5)一端与C1行星架(14)连接,C2离合器(5)另一端与R1外齿圈(13)连接,所述的C1离合器(4)一端连接R1外齿圈(13),C1离合器(4)另一端连接驱动齿轮(15);
所述的EM1电机(2)的转子轴与电机齿轮19齿轮固定连接,电机齿轮19与输出轴(16)上的驱动齿轮(15)进行齿轮啮合传递动力;
所述的EM2电机(3)的转子轴连接S1太阳轮(10)并且与B1制动器(6)一端连接,B1制动器(6)另一端与变速器壳体固定连接;
所述的S2太阳轮(8)与B2制动器(7)一端连接,B2制动器(7)另一端与变速器壳体固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征在于:C2行星轮(9)与C1长行星轮(12)齿数不同,且共用C1行星架(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征在于:还包括输出轴(16)和差速器(17),驱动齿轮(15)与输出轴(16)齿轮传动连接;输出轴(16)与差速器(17)齿轮传动连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种混合动力汽车驱动系统,其特征在于:所述的发动机(1)与输入轴(18)之间设置有扭转减震器。
