Abstract
本发明公开了一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴和第二空心轴、第一电机、第二电机以及齿圈,中心轴的尾端设有前排行星架,前排行星架上设有前排行星轮;第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮;第一电机和第二电机同轴布置,第一电机以所述第一空心轴为动力输入轴,所述第二电机以所述第二空心轴为动力输出轴。该系统能大幅减少动力总成的径向长度,提高发动机驱动整车运行的使用概率。

技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车技术领域,具体涉及一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力系统燃油经济性。
目前市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
现有混合动力城市公交客车行星排混合动力系统具有以下缺点:
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的双行星排的混合动力系统主要是申请前排齿圈与后排行星架连起来的构型,后排行星架通过传动轴与整车后桥连接,输出扭矩。这种布置方案,主要存在以下问题:
后排行星架输出,意味着后排的齿圈要固定,目前齿圈固定的方式主要是过盈配合的方式,该方式在一定程度上会影响齿圈的精度。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统,旨在解决现有技术中齿圈与壳体过盈配合降低齿圈精度的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统,包括:中心轴,所述中心轴的一端设有前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮;所述中心轴的另一端与发动机输出端连接;第一空心轴,所述第一空心轴套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;第一输出轴和前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述前排行星齿圈还与第一输出轴的前端相连接;第二空心轴,所述第二空心轴套装在所述第一输出轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有与壳体固定连接的后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;还包括第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机以所述第一空心轴为动力输入轴,所述第二电机以所述第二空心轴为动力输出轴;还包括后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述后排行星齿圈分别连接有第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第二输出轴用来输出混合动力。
优选地,所述后排行星轮的行星架固定在壳体上,后排行星轮的轴固定在行星架上。
优选地,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内,所述第二输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述中心轴从所述壳体的前端伸出来作为输入端,该输入端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
优选地,所述第二输出轴还与后桥相连接。
本发明的优点:
1.前排齿圈与后排齿圈相连,齿圈齿参数可以一样,减少生产刀具种类。
2.该方案由齿圈输出扭矩,齿圈无需与壳体过盈配合固定,齿圈齿精度有保证。
3.该方案后排行星架固定,行星轮的轴安装在行星架上。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统,包括:中心轴1,所述中心轴1的一端设有前排行星架2,所述前排行星架2上设有前排行星轮3;所述中心轴1的另一端与发动机4输出端连接;
第一空心轴5,所述第一空心轴5套装在所述中心轴1上,所述第一空心轴5的后端设有前排太阳轮6,所述前排太阳轮6与所述前排行星轮3啮合;
第一输出轴8和前排行星齿圈7,所述前排行星齿圈7与所述前排行星轮3啮合,所述前排行星齿圈7还与第一输出轴8的前端相连接;
第二空心轴9,所述第二空心轴9套装在所述第一输出轴8上,所述第二空心轴9的后端设置有与壳体20固定连接的后排行星架10,所述后排行星架10上设有后排行星轮11,所述第二空心轴9的后端设有后排太阳轮12,所述后排太阳轮12与所述后排行星轮11啮合;
还包括第一电机15和第二电机16,所述第一电机15以所述第一空心轴5为动力输出轴,所述第二电机16以所述第二空心轴9为动力输出轴;
还包括后排行星齿圈13,所述后排行星齿圈13与所述后排行星轮11啮合,所述后排行星齿圈13分别连接有第一输出轴14和第二输出轴16,所述第二输出轴16用来输出混合动力。
作为一种优选实施例,所述后排行星轮11的行星架固定在壳体20上,所述后排行星轮11的轴设置在行星架上。
作为一种优选实施例,所述第一电机14和所述第二电机15集成在壳体20内,所述第二输出轴16伸出所述壳体的后端,中心轴1从所述壳体20的前端伸出来作为输入端,该输入端用来与所述发动机的曲轴18通过柔性盘19或离合器连接。
作为一种优选实施例,所述第二输出轴16还与后桥17相连接
通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,可以实现如下两种运行模式:
纯电动模式:电动机转动,带动齿圈转动,发动机不动,发电机空转,适应齿圈的转速;
ECVT模式:发动机固定转速,在最佳油耗点工作,发出的功率一部份用来发电,一部份用来驱动齿圈,发出来的电存储到电池,电动机再用电池的电来做功,驱动齿圈。

Claims (4)
1.一种双电机双行星排混合动力系统,包括:
中心轴,所述中心轴的一端设有前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮;所述中心轴的另一端与发动机输出端连接;
第一空心轴,所述第一空心轴套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;
第一输出轴和前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述前排行星齿圈还与第一输出轴的前端相连接;
第二空心轴,所述第二空心轴套装在所述第一输出轴上,所述第二空心轴的后端设置有与壳体固定连接的后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;
其特征在于:还包括第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机以所述第一空心轴为动力输入轴,所述第二电机以所述第二空心轴为动力输出轴;
还包括后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述后排行星齿圈分别连接有第一输出轴和第二输出轴,所述第二输出轴用来输出混合动力。
2.如权利要求1所述的双电机双行星排混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述后排行星轮的行星架固定在壳体上,后排行星轮的轴固定在行星架上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的双电机双行星排混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在壳体内,所述第二输出轴伸出所述壳体的后端,所述中心轴从所述壳体的前端伸出来作为输入端,该输入端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的双电机双行星排混合动力系统,其特征在于:所述第二输出轴还与后桥相连接。
