技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车领域,特别是一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置。
背景技术
当今世界人类面临着能源匮乏和环境恶化两大挑战,传统汽车日益受到石油危机的严重困扰,电动汽车已成为汽车行业的发展主题。其中,混合动力汽车在节能环保、技术成熟度、整车综合性能等方面表现优异,已成为当今电动汽车产业化的方向。混合动力汽车其驱动系统有串联、并联和混联三种形式。串联能实现发动机的最优控制,但是全部能量都会经过二次转换,损失较大;并联能实现较好的传动效率,但是发动机与输出轴机械连接,不能保证发动机始终处于较优的工作区域内;而混联能结合串联和并联的优点,规避二者的缺点,是最为优化的构型方案。混合动力驱动系统设计是否优异,直接决定了整车的性能。
现有的混合动力汽车驱动系统一般虽然能通过混联驱动的方式驱动,但是结构复杂,占用空间过大,并且有些没有纯电动工作模式,加速性能差,不适宜应用在目前主流的插电式混合动力汽车之上。目前大部分混合动力汽车都是油电混合,现有技术的双电机混合动力系统的耦合以齿轮系或单个行星轮系为主。采用单个行星轮系的驱动系统,驱动模式比较单一。
中国专利申请号200610064953.X,200710078132.6及200710047241.X均为基于双行星排的混合动力驱动系统,但结构上均采用单电机,虽能实现机电耦合与无极变速功能,但驱动尺寸较大且成本较高,同时单电机对于电机的要求较高。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,以解决现有动力混合汽车驱动模式单一、驱动尺寸较大且成本较高的问题,本发明采用双排行星齿轮系的驱动系统,模式多样,结构紧凑、系统效率均衡、加速性能好。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,包括内燃机、第一电动机/发电机2、第二电动机/发电机、输出轴、第一行星齿轮系、第二行星齿轮系、制动器、第一离合器和第二离合器;
所述第一行星齿轮系包括第一太阳轮、第一行星架和第一齿圈;所述第二行星齿轮系包括第二太阳轮、第二行星架和第二齿圈;
所述第一太阳轮通过齿啮合与第一行星架相连;所述第一行星架的轴向与内燃机的驱动轴固连,第一行星架通过齿啮合与第一齿圈相连;所述第一太阳轮的轴向通过第一离合器与第二太阳轮轴向一端相连,且第一太阳轮的轴向与第一电动机/发电机固接;所述第二太阳轮通过齿啮合与第二行星架相连;所述第二行星架轴向一端通过第二离合器与第一齿圈相连,第二行星架轴向另一端与输出轴相连;所述第二行星架通过齿啮合与第二齿圈相连;所述第二电动机/发电机与第二太阳轮固接;所述制动器与内燃机的驱动轴连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点:
(1)采用双排行星齿轮系的驱动系统,模式多样,有效地提高和改善车辆的动力性、燃油经济性和排放性能。
(2)具有多种纯电动模式,使得本发明适用于插电式混合动力汽车。
(3)相比现有的单模行星式混合动力系统,能实现并联模式,内燃机和电机能同时驱动,使得加速性能好,并且能获得更好的综合传动效率和整车燃油经济性。
(4)由于混联模式的存在,可以实现电子无级变速功能,保证发动机工作在最佳燃油经济区,降低油耗。
(5)本装置的结构紧凑,两个电机可以装在同一侧的机箱里,传递部件少,节约制造和改造成本。

具体实施方式
结合图1、图2,本发明的一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,包括内燃机1、第一电动机/发电机2、第二电动机/发电机3、输出轴4、第一行星齿轮系5、第二行星齿轮系6、制动器7、第一离合器8和第二离合器9;
所述第一行星齿轮系5包括第一太阳轮51、第一行星架52和第一齿圈53;所述第二行星齿轮系6包括第二太阳轮61、第二行星架62和第二齿圈63;
所述第一太阳轮51通过齿啮合与第一行星架52相连;所述第一行星架52的轴向与内燃机1的驱动轴固连,第一行星架52通过齿啮合与第一齿圈53相连;所述第一太阳轮51的轴向通过第一离合器8与第二太阳轮61轴向一端相连,且第一太阳轮51的轴向与第一电动机/发电机2固接;所述第二太阳轮61通过齿啮合与第二行星架62相连;所述第二行星架62轴向一端通过第二离合器9与第一齿圈53相连,第二行星架62轴向另一端与输出轴4相连;所述第二行星架62通过齿啮合与第二齿圈63相连;所述第二电动机/发电机3与第二太阳轮61固接;所述制动器7与内燃机1的驱动轴连接。

所述第二电动机/发电机3的功率大于第一电动机/发电机2的功率,因为有的纯电动模式中只有第二电动机/发电机3是作为驱动电机,第二电动机/发电机3的功率大于第一电动机/发电机2的功率可以使纯电动模式的动力性更好;
所述第一电动机/发电机2和第二电动机/发电机3均为永磁同步电机;
进一步的,所述输出轴4与第二行星架62中间轴通过花键过盈配合固定连接;所述离合器的连接都为花键副连接;
本发明通过控制制动器7、第一离合器8和第二离合器9的接合与分离,实现纯电动驱动模式,并联驱动模式和混联模式的转换。
结合表1,下面将根据系统离合器、制动器7状态,内燃机1启动状态,对该混合动力传动驱动装置的工作模式与状态进行介绍:
1、停车模式:制动器7、第一离合器8和第二离合器9均处于接合状态,内燃机1、第一电动机/发电机2和第二电动机/发电机3均不工作,车辆处于静止状态。
2、纯电动驱动模式Ⅰ时:第一离合器8、第二离合器9均分离,制动器7接合。在此模式下,内燃机1不工作,第一电动机/发电机2空转,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,并形成固定传动比。此时,第二电动机/发电机3均为电动机工作模式,单独驱动车辆。
3、纯电动驱动模式Ⅱ时:制动器7、第一离合器8,第二离合器9均分离。在此模式下,内燃机1不工作,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,并形成固定传动比。此时,第二电动机/发电机3为电动机工作模式,单独驱动车辆。
4、纯电动驱动模式III时:第一离合器8接合、制动器7、第二离合器9均分离。在此模式下,内燃机1不工作,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,并形成固定传动比。此时,第二电动机/发电机3与第一电动机/发电机2均为电动机工作模式,共同驱动车辆。
5、纯电动驱动模式IV时:制动器7和第一离合器8均为接合状态,第二离合器9为分离状态。在此模式下,内燃机1不工作,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,并形成固定传动比。此时,第一电动机/发电机2与第二电动机/发电机3均为电动机工作模式,共同驱动车辆。

7、并联驱动模式时:制动器7分离,第一离合器8,第二离合器9均接合。在此模式下,第一齿圈53通过第二离合器9与第二行星架62相连,同时,与第一太阳轮51连接的第一电动机/发电机2通过第一离合器8与第二太阳轮61相连,因此第二电动机/发电机3与第一电动机/发电机2输出转速相同,第一齿圈53与第二行星架62输出转速相同。第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,形成固定传动比,即内燃机1与第一电动机/发电机2通过第一行星齿轮系5连接,形成固定传动比;故该状态下所有动力源均被耦合在了一起,并无功率分流驱动模式下的无级变速功能。此时,双电机仍可以作为动力辅助机构,当发动机能量大于需求功率时,双电动机/发电机将多余的发动机能量转换为电能给外部电池充电,而当发动机能量小于驾驶员需求功率时,双电动机/发电机作为电动机提供能量驱动车辆;而车辆在制动减速状态下,本模式可作为制动能量回收模式,此时,双电机能同时参加制动能量回收。
8、混联驱动模式时:第二离合器9接合,制动器7和第一离合器8均分离。在此模式下,第一齿圈53通过第二离合器9与第二行星架62相连,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴4通过第二行星齿轮系6互相连接,并形成固定传动比,内燃机1与第一电动机/发电机2通过第一行星齿轮系5连接,此时,整个第一排行星齿轮系5组作为功率分流机构;第二电动机/发电机3主要作用是通过调节其自身转速,使得内燃机1工作于其最佳燃油经济效率区域;而当发动机能量大于需求功率时,第一电动机/发电机2将多余的发动机能量转换为电能给电池充电,而当发动机能量小于需求功率时,第一电动机/发电机2作为电动机提供能量驱动车辆;而车辆在制动减速状态下,本模式可作为制动能量回收模式,此时,双电机能同时参加制动能量回收。

本发明的一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置采用双排行星齿轮系的驱动系统,模式多样,结构紧凑、系统效率均衡、加速性能好。

Claims (3)

1.一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,其特征在于,包括内燃机( 1) 、第一电动机/发电机( 2) 、第二电动机/发电机( 3) 、输出轴( 4) 、第一行星齿轮系( 5) 、第二行星齿轮系( 6) 、制动器( 7) 、第一离合器( 8) 和第二离合器( 9) ;
所述第一行星齿轮系( 5) 包括第一太阳轮( 51) 、第一行星架( 52) 和第一齿圈(53) ;所述第二行星齿轮系( 6) 包括第二太阳轮( 61) 、第二行星架( 62) 和第二齿圈(63) ;
所述第一太阳轮( 51) 通过齿啮合与第一行星架( 52) 相连;所述第一行星架( 52)的轴向与内燃机( 1) 的驱动轴固连,第一行星架( 52) 通过齿啮合与第一齿圈( 53) 相连;所述第一太阳轮( 51) 的轴向通过第一离合器( 8) 与第二太阳轮( 61) 轴向一端相连,且第一太阳轮( 51) 的轴向与第一电动机/发电机( 2) 固接;所述第二太阳轮( 61)通过齿啮合与第二行星架( 62) 相连;所述第二行星架( 62) 轴向一端通过第二离合器(9) 与第一齿圈( 53) 相连,第二行星架( 62) 轴向另一端与输出轴( 4) 相连;所述第二行星架( 62) 通过齿啮合与第二齿圈( 63) 相连;所述第二电动机/发电机( 3) 与第二太阳轮( 61) 固接;所述制动器( 7) 与内燃机( 1) 的驱动轴连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,其特征在于,所述第二电动机/发电机3的功率大于第一电动机/发电机( 2) 的功率。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车多模混合动力耦合装置,其特征在于,第一电动机/发电机( 2) 和第二电动机/发电机( 3) 均为永磁同步电机。
