Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴和第二空心轴、第一电机、第二电机、齿圈以及锁止器,中心轴的尾端设有前排行星架,前排行星架上设有前排行星轮;第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮;第一电机和第二电机同轴布置,第一电机以第一空心轴为动力输出轴,第二电机以第二空心轴为动力输出轴,锁止器设置在中心轴的前端位置对中心轴或第一空心轴进行锁止。该总成可以实现发动机、第一电机和第二电机三个输入转矩耦合后传递到输出端,提高动力总成系统的传动效率及对不同车型的适用范围。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及混合动力车领域,特别涉及一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力总成中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无级变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力总成燃油经济性。
目前,市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力总成结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动总成构型复杂多样,并增加总成内功率流向以及总成效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。
目前新能源城市公交客车市场上应用的行星排混合动力总成布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1.两个电机的最高转速较低,电机成本高;
2.该总成多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
3.该总成仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,可以提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,包括:中心轴,中心轴的一端设有前排行星架,前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,中心轴的另一端用来与发动机输出端连接;第一空心轴,第一空心轴套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合;第一输出轴,其与中心轴同轴布置;前排行星齿圈,前排行星齿圈与前排行星轮啮合,前排行星齿圈与第一输出轴的前端相连接;第二空心轴,第二空心轴套装在第一输出轴上,靠近第二空心轴的后端位置固定设置有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机以第一空心轴为动力输出轴,第二电机以第二空心轴为动力输出轴;后排行星齿圈,后排行星齿圈与后排行星轮啮合,后排行星齿圈与第一输出轴的后端连接,后排行星齿圈连接有第二输出轴,第二输出轴用来输出混合动力;以及锁止器,锁止器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行锁止。
优选地,锁止器包括齿轮套,齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴的前端设有第一锁止齿,中心轴上设有与第一锁止齿并列的第二锁止齿,锁止器通过移动齿轮套来与第一锁止齿或第二锁止齿连接进而对第一空心轴或中心轴进行锁止。
优选地,锁止器设置在中心轴的前端位置。
优选地,后排行星架为轴,轴通过过盈配合或螺栓连接方式固定在总成壳体上。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机集成在总成壳体内,第二输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,中心轴的前端从总成壳体的前端伸出,中心轴的前端用来与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1.采用双电机同轴布置,通过设计一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成的连接方式,大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成的传动效率更高。
2.双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供总成传动效率,多用发动机直接驱动车辆,通过两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高整车系统节油率。
3.通过两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该提案能减小电机1的扭矩、功率,减小总成成本。
4.该总成能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

如图1所示,根据本实用新型具体实施方式的一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,包括中心轴1、第一空心轴5、第一输出轴7、前排行星齿圈8、第二空心轴9,还包括第一电机13、第二电机14、后排行星齿圈 15以及锁止器18。其中,中心轴1的一端设有前排行星架2,前排行星架2 上设有前排行星轮3,中心轴1的另一端用来与发动机4输出端连接。
第一空心轴5套装在中心轴1上,第一空心轴5的后端设有前排太阳轮6,前排太阳轮6与前排行星轮3啮合。
第一输出轴7与中心轴1同轴布置,前排行星齿圈8与前排行星轮3啮合,前排行星齿圈8与第一输出轴7的前端相连接。
第二空心轴9套装在第一输出轴7上,第二空心轴9的后端位置设置有与总成壳体20固定连接的后排行星架10,后排行星架10上设有后排行星轮 11,第二空心轴9的后端设有后排太阳轮12,后排太阳轮12与后排行星轮11啮合。
第一电机13以第一空心轴5为动力输出轴,第二电机14以第二空心轴9 为动力输出轴。
后排行星齿圈15与后排行星轮11啮合,后排行星齿圈15连接第一输出轴7的后端,后排行星齿圈15还连接有第二输出轴16,第二输出轴16用来输出混合动力,第二输出轴16用来与后桥17相连接。
锁止器18用来对中心轴1或第一空心轴5进行锁止。
作为一种优选实施例,锁止器18包括齿轮套19,齿轮套19的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体20上的内花键连接,齿轮套19的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴5的前端设有第一锁止齿23,中心轴1上设有与第一锁止齿23并列的第二锁止齿24,锁止器18通过移动齿轮套19来与第一锁止齿23或第二锁止齿24连接,进而实现对第一空心轴5或中心轴1进行锁止。本方案中,锁止器18的齿轮套19可左右移动,齿轮套19的外圈通过花键齿与总成壳体 20的内花键相连接,齿轮套19的内圈有内花键齿,当齿轮套19向左滑动时,齿轮套19内花键齿与第二锁止齿24连接,实现锁止第一空心轴5。当齿轮套19向右滑动时,齿轮套19的内花键齿与第一锁止齿23连接,实现锁止中心轴1。
作为一种优选实施例,锁止器18设置在中心轴1的前端位置。
作为一种优选实施例,后排行星架直接设置成为轴,该轴通过过盈配合或螺栓连接方式固定在总成壳体20上,后排行星轮11安装在该轴上即可。
作为一种优选实施例,第一电机13和第二电机14集成在总成壳体20内,第二输出轴16伸出总成壳体20的后端,中心轴1的前端从总成壳体20的前端伸出,中心轴1的前端用来与发动机4的曲轴21通过柔性盘或离合器22 连接。
上述方案中,通过设计一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成的连接方式,可实现发动机4、第一电机13和第二电机14三个输入的转矩耦合后传递到输出端,并通过锁止装置实现如下四种不同的行驶模式:
1.纯电动模式,将锁止器18向左移动将中心轴1锁住,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小第一电机13的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。将锁止器18移动至中间位置,能实现第二电机14以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆。
2.纯发动机模式,将锁止器18向右移动将第一空心轴5锁住,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该总成能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车。
3.混合驱动模式:将锁止器18移动至中间位置,可实现发动机4和第二电机14混合驱动,第一电机13进行发电。
4.回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第二电机14,或第一电机13和第二电机14同时回收制动能量。
综上,本实施例的带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,采用双电机同轴布置,通过设计一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成的连接方式,大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成的传动效率更高。双行星排混联方案各驱动模式中,传动效率最高的模式是发动机直接驱动车辆,为提供总成传动效率,多用发动机直接驱动车辆,通过两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高整车系统节油率。而且通过两个行星排对发动机动力进行解耦,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该提案能减小电机1 的扭矩、功率,减小总成成本。该总成能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,可用于城市公交客车、公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。

1.一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,所述中心轴的一端设有前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述中心轴的另一端用来与发动机输出端连接;
第一空心轴,所述第一空心轴套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合;
第一输出轴,其与所述中心轴同轴布置;
前排行星齿圈,所述前排行星齿圈与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述前排行星齿圈与所述第一输出轴的前端相连接;
第二空心轴,所述第二空心轴套装在所述第一输出轴上,靠近所述第二空心轴的后端位置固定设置有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机以所述第一空心轴为动力输出轴,所述第二电机以所述第二空心轴为动力输出轴;
后排行星齿圈,所述后排行星齿圈与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述后排行星齿圈与所述第一输出轴的后端连接,所述后排行星齿圈连接有第二输出轴,所述第二输出轴用来输出混合动力;以及
锁止器,所述锁止器用来对所述中心轴或所述第一空心轴进行锁止。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述锁止器包括齿轮套,所述齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,所述齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴的前端设有第一锁止齿,所述中心轴上设有与所述第一锁止齿并列的第二锁止齿,所述锁止器通过移动所述齿轮套来与所述第一锁止齿或所述第二锁止齿连接进而对所述第一空心轴或所述中心轴进行锁止。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述锁止器设置在所述中心轴的前端位置。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述后排行星架为轴,所述轴通过过盈配合或螺栓连接方式固定在总成壳体上。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种带锁止器的双电机双行星排混合动力总成,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述第二输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述中心轴的前端从所述总成壳体的前端伸出,所述中心轴的前端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘或离合器连接。
