本发明公开了一种混合动力总成系统,包括套装在一起的中心轴、第一空心轴和第二空心轴、双向制动器、第一电机、第二电机以及齿圈,中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮;第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮;双向制动器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动;第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴连接,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴连接;齿圈共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。该系统能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率。

混合动力总成系统
技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力领域,特别涉及一种混合动力总成系统。
背景技术
行星齿轮机构具有多自由度的特点,在混合动力总成系统中多利用两个电机来限制其自由度。通过两个电机分别对发动机的转速和转矩完全解耦,使发动机工作点可以自由控制,实现无极变速,并最大限度地提高混合动力总成系统燃油经济性。
目前,市场上多采用两个或两个以上行星轮系进行组合,虽然采用多个行星轮系使得混动力系统结构组合更加自由,但也造成混动系统构型复杂多样,并增加系统内功率流向以及系统效率的影响因素的复杂性和多样性。比如,现有的新能源城市公交客车,应用的行星排混合动力总成系统主要是双电机双行星排的同轴布置方案,主要存在以下几个问题:
1.两个驱动电机的最高转速较低,峰值扭矩较大,电机成本高;
2.该同轴布置方案造成动力总成轴向长度较大,对布置空间要求高,车型适应性差;
3.该系统多采用分体式密封方案,存在多个密封圈,不仅密封难度较大,容易漏油,而且维护维修难度大;
4.该系统仅能单独应用于城市公交客车,无法同时适配于长途客车,虽然能实现发动机直接驱动车辆,但发动机直接驱动车辆的应用概率很低,车型适配性较差;
5.该系统不具备跛行回家功能,一旦电驱系统失效,只能拖车。
公开于该背景技术部分的信息仅仅旨在增加对本发明的总体背景的理解,而不应当被视为承认或以任何形式暗示该信息构成已为本领域一般技术人员所公知的现有技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力总成系统,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种混合动力总成系统,包括:中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,中心轴用来输入发动机动力;第一空心轴,其套装在中心轴上,第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,后排太阳轮与后排行星轮啮合,第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;第二空心轴,其套装在第一空心轴上,靠近第二空心轴的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架,前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,前排太阳轮与前排行星轮啮合,第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;双向制动器,其设置在第一空心轴的前端位置,双向制动器用来对中心轴或第一空心轴进行制动;第一电机和第二电机,第一电机和第二电机平行布置在中心轴的两侧,第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与第一空心轴齿轮啮合,第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮啮合;以及齿圈,其共同与前排行星轮和后排行星轮啮合,齿圈连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
优选地,第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮和后排减速齿轮,第二电机同轴驱动前排减速齿轮和后排减速齿轮,前排减速齿轮或后排减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮的啮合通过第一齿轮套切换。
优选地,第一电机和第二电机集成在总成壳体内,输出轴伸出总成壳体的后端,总成壳体的前端伸出有输入轴,输入轴的外端用来与发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘连接,输入轴的里端通过跛行回家模块与中心轴连接,跛行回家模块的传动扭矩通过前排减速齿轮传递。
优选地,中心轴的前端设有中心轴齿轮,输入轴的里端设有总输入齿轮,跛行回家模块包括跛行回家模块齿轮组,总输入齿轮与中心轴齿轮或总输入齿轮与跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第二齿轮套切换连接。
优选地,跛行回家模块齿轮组和前排减速齿轮通过中间轴连接。
优选地,双向制动器包括第三齿轮套,第三齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体上的内花键连接,第三齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴的前端设有第一制动齿,中心轴上设有与第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,双向制动器通过移动第三齿轮套来与第一制动齿或第二制动齿连接进而对第一空心轴或中心轴制动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。采用跛行功能切换装置,可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

如图1所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种混合动力总成系统,包括中心轴4、第一空心轴5、第二空心轴6、双向制动器10、第一电机21、第二电机22以及齿圈71,其中该中心轴4的尾端设有后排行星架72,后排行星架72上设有后排行星轮54,中心轴4用来输入发动机1的动力。第一空心轴5套装在中心轴4上,第一空心轴5的后端设有后排太阳轮53,后排太阳轮53与后排行星轮54啮合,第一空心轴5的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮52。第二空心轴6套装在第一空心轴5上,靠近第二空心轴6的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架62,前排行星架上62设有前排行星轮63,第二空心轴6的后端设有前排太阳轮61,前排太阳轮61与前排行星轮63啮合,第二空心轴6的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮64,本方案中,中心轴4、第一空心轴5、第二空心轴6三轴同心,且依次由内向外套在一起。双向制动器10设置在第一空心轴5的前端位置,双向制动器10用来对中心轴4或第一空心轴5进行制动。第一电机21和第二电机22平行布置在中心轴4的两侧,第一电机21通过第一减速齿轮211与第一空心轴齿轮52啮合,第二电机22通过第二减速齿轮与第二空心轴齿轮64啮合。齿圈71共同与前排行星轮63和后排行星轮54啮合,也就是前排行星轮63和后排行星轮54共用齿圈71,齿圈71连接有输出轴,输出轴用来输出混合动力。
作为一种优选实施例,第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮221和后排减速齿轮222,第二电机22同轴驱动前排减速齿轮221和后排减速齿轮222,前排减速齿轮221或后排减速齿轮222与第二空心轴齿轮64的啮合通过第一齿轮套93切换。本方案中,第二电机22通过两档减速装置和第二空心轴齿轮64连接,两档减速装置的两对齿轮速比不同,通过第一齿轮套93进行切换。
作为一种优选实施例,第一电机21和第二电机22集成在总成壳体8内,输出轴伸出总成壳体8的后端,总成壳体8的前端伸出有输入轴,输入轴的外端用来与发动机1的曲轴通过柔性盘11连接,输入轴的里端通过跛行回家模块3与中心轴4连接,跛行回家模块3的传动扭矩通过前排减速齿轮221传递。本方案中,总成壳体8只有一个输入轴密封和一个输出轴密封,对电机、机械总成部件集中采用水冷方式,既减少密封件,提高密封的可靠性和密封件寿命,又能对轴承、齿轮进行同步润滑。
作为一种优选实施例,中心轴4的前端设有中心轴齿轮41,输入轴的里端设有总输入齿轮12,跛行回家模块3包括跛行回家模块齿轮组31,总输入齿轮12与中心轴齿轮41或总输入齿轮12与跛行回家模块齿轮组31通过第二齿轮套91切换连接。本方案中,跛行回家模块3具有动力传输路径切换功能,正常情况下,输入轴与总输入齿轮12连接,总输入齿轮12通过第二齿轮套91与中心轴齿轮41连接。作为一种实施方式,跛行回家模块齿轮组31设置在中心轴齿轮41右侧,当第二齿轮套91向右滑动时,总输入齿轮12通过第二齿轮套91与跛行回家模块齿轮组31连接,实现减速增扭跛行回家。
作为一种优选实施例,跛行回家模块齿轮组31和前排减速齿轮221通过中间轴32连接。
作为一种优选实施例,双向制动器10包括第三齿轮套92,第三齿轮套92的外圈通过外花键齿与总成壳体8上的内花键连接,第三齿轮套92的内圈设有内花键齿,第一空心轴5的前端设有第一制动齿51,中心轴4上设有与第一制动齿51并列的第二制动齿42,双向制动器10通过移动第三齿轮套10来与第一制动齿51或第二制动齿42连接进而对第一空心轴5或中心轴4制动。本方案中,双向制动器10的齿轮套可左右移动,但不可转动,齿轮套的外圈通过花键齿与壳体的内花键相连接,齿轮套的内圈有内花键齿,当齿轮套向左滑动时,齿轮套内花键齿与第二制动齿42连接,实现制动后排行星架72。当齿轮套向右滑动时,齿轮套的内花键齿与第一制动齿51连接,实现制动后排太阳轮。
上述方案中,第一电机21和第二电机22采用高速低扭矩永磁同步电机,电机最高转速不低于15000rpm,双驱动电机的峰值扭矩至少可减少50%,电机尺寸明显减小,驱动电机的成本可减少约45%,可从成本上提升核心竞争力。双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围,扩大适配车型范围,比如在有限的公交客车安装空间内,布置方式更灵活,且能适用于不同车型,还可以用于公路客车、长途客车、新能源卡车、新能源汽车等领域。
通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,可以实现如下四种运行模式
1.纯电动模式,将双向制动器10向左移动将中心轴4锁住,能实现双电机共同以纯电驱动方式驱动车辆,相比其他行星排方案的纯电动驱动时只能单电机工作而言,该方案能减小第一电机21的扭矩、功率,减小系统成本。
2.纯发动机模式,将双向制动器10向右移动将第一空心轴5锁住,可实现发动机直接驱动,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗,提高整车系统节油率,该系统能同时使用到城市公交客车和长途高速客车。
3.混合驱动模式:将双向制动器10移动至中间位置,可实现发动机1和第二电机22混合驱动,第一电机21进行发电。
4.回馈制动:当进行刹车制动时,可通过第二电机22,或第一电机和第二电机同时回收制动能量。
另外,该系统采用跛行功能切换装置,可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车。
综上,本实施例的混合动力总成系统,双电机采用平行轴布置,且分别通过减速机构与不同的行星排太阳轮连接,能大幅减少动力总成的轴向长度,减少动力总成的布置空间,提高动力总成对不同车型的适用范围。通过设计双行星排与发动机的连接方式,提高发动机直接驱动整车运行的使用概率,使动力总成系统的传动效率更高,降低系统的燃油消耗。采用跛行功能切换装置,可在电驱动系统失效的情况,跛行回家,避免拖车。

1.一种混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,包括:
中心轴,该中心轴的尾端设有后排行星架,所述后排行星架上设有后排行星轮,所述中心轴用来输入发动机动力;
第一空心轴,其套装在所述中心轴上,所述第一空心轴的后端设有后排太阳轮,所述后排太阳轮与所述后排行星轮啮合,所述第一空心轴的前端外壁上设有第一空心轴齿轮;
第二空心轴,其套装在所述第一空心轴上,靠近所述第二空心轴的后端位置固定设置有前排行星架,所述前排行星架上设有前排行星轮,所述第二空心轴的后端设有前排太阳轮,所述前排太阳轮与所述前排行星轮啮合,所述第二空心轴的前端外壁上设有第二空心轴齿轮;
双向制动器,其设置在所述第一空心轴的前端位置,所述双向制动器用来对所述中心轴或所述第一空心轴进行制动;
第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机和所述第二电机平行布置在所述中心轴的两侧,所述第一电机通过第一减速齿轮与所述第一空心轴齿轮啮合,所述第二电机通过第二减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮啮合;以及
齿圈,其共同与所述前排行星轮和所述后排行星轮啮合,所述齿圈连接有输出轴,所述输出轴用来输出混合动力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,所述第二减速齿轮包括前排减速齿轮和后排减速齿轮,所述第二电机同轴驱动所述前排减速齿轮和所述后排减速齿轮,所述前排减速齿轮或所述后排减速齿轮与所述第二空心轴齿轮的啮合通过第一齿轮套切换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,所述第一电机和所述第二电机集成在总成壳体内,所述输出轴伸出所述总成壳体的后端,所述总成壳体的前端伸出有输入轴,所述输入轴的外端用来与所述发动机的曲轴通过柔性盘连接,所述输入轴的里端通过跛行回家模块与所述中心轴连接,所述跛行回家模块的传动扭矩通过所述前排减速齿轮传递。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,所述中心轴的前端设有中心轴齿轮,所述输入轴的里端设有总输入齿轮,所述跛行回家模块包括跛行回家模块齿轮组,所述总输入齿轮与所述中心轴齿轮或所述总输入齿轮与所述跛行回家模块齿轮组通过第二齿轮套切换连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,所述跛行回家模块齿轮组和所述前排减速齿轮通过中间轴连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的混合动力总成系统,其特征在于,所述双向制动器包括第三齿轮套,所述第三齿轮套的外圈通过外花键齿与所述总成壳体上的内花键连接,所述第三齿轮套的内圈设有内花键齿,所述第一空心轴的前端设有第一制动齿,所述中心轴上设有与所述第一制动齿并列的第二制动齿,所述双向制动器通过移动所述第三齿轮套来与所述第一制动齿或所述第二制动齿连接进而对所述第一空心轴或所述中心轴制动。
