Abstract

技术领域
这里所公开的实施例涉及一种光学透镜系统和透镜套件,更具体来说涉及一种被包括在这样的系统中并且被使用在例如蜂窝电话之类的便携式电子产品中的小型长焦透镜套件。
背景技术
数字摄影机模块当前正被合并到多种寄主设备中。这样的寄主设备包括蜂窝电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、计算机等等。针对寄主设备中的数字摄影机模块的消费者需求正在持续增长。蜂窝电话设备中的摄影机特别需要紧凑的成像透镜系统以用于良好质量的成像并且具有较小的光学总长(TTL)。包括四个透镜元件的传统透镜套件对于此类设备中的良好质量成像已经不再足够。例如US 8,395,851中的最新的透镜套件设计使用五个透镜元件。但是US 8,395,851中的设计至少受困于以下事实,即TTL与有效焦距(EFL)之间的比值过大。
因此,在本领域内需要一种能够提供较小的TTL/EFL比值以及比现有透镜套件更好的图像质量的五透镜元件光学透镜套件。
发明内容
这里所公开的实施例涉及一种光学透镜套件,其按照从物侧到像侧的顺序包括:具有凸物侧表面并且具有正折射本领(refractive power)的第一透镜元件,在光轴上具有厚度d2并且与第一透镜元件通过第一气隙分开的具有负折射本领的第二透镜元件,具有负折射本领并且与第二透镜元件通过第二气隙分开的第三透镜元件,具有正折射本领并且与第三透镜元件通过第三气隙分开的第四透镜元件,以及具有负折射本领并且与第四透镜元件通过第四气隙分开的第五透镜元件,其中第五透镜元件在光轴上具有厚度d5
合并有所述透镜套件的光学透镜系统还可以包括位于第一透镜元件之前的光阑(stop)、布置在第五透镜元件的像侧表面与图像传感器之间的玻璃窗,所述图像传感器具有在其上形成对象的图像的像平面。
TTL被定义成光轴上的第一透镜元件的物侧表面与图像传感器之间的距离。“EFL”具有其常规含义。在所有实施例中,TTL小于EFL,也就是说TTL/EFL比值小于1.0。在一些实施例中,TTL/EFL比值小于0.9。在一个实施例中,TTL/EFL比值是大约0.85。在所有实施例中,所述透镜套件具有F#<3.2的F数。在一个实施例中,第一透镜元件的焦距f1小于TTL/2,第一、第三和第五透镜元件分别具有大于50的阿贝数(“Vd”),第二和第四透镜元件分别具有小于30的阿贝数,第一气隙小于d2/2,第三气隙大于TTL/5,并且第四气隙小于1.5d5。在一些实施例中,所述透镜元件的表面可以是非球面的。
在这里所公开的光学透镜套件中,具有正折射本领的第一透镜元件允许有益地减小透镜系统的TTL。第一、第二和第三透镜元件加上其间的相对较短距离的组合设计允许较长的EFL和较短的TTL。所述相同的组合连同对应于第二透镜元件的高色散(低Vd)以及对应于第一和第三透镜元件的低色散(高Vd)还有助于减小色像差(chromatic aberration)。具体来说,通过满足关系1.2x|f3|>|f2|>1.5xf1获得了比值TTL/EFL<1.0和最小色像差,其中“f”表示透镜元件有效焦距,并且数字1、2、3、4、5表示透镜元件编号。
第三和第四透镜元件之间的相对较大的距离加上第四和第五透镜元件的组合设计有助于把所有场的焦点都带到所述像平面。此外,由于第四和第五透镜元件具有不同的色散并且分别具有正、负折射本领,因此其有助于最小化色像差。

在实施例300中,所有透镜元件表面都是非球面的。在表5中给出了详细的光学数据,并且在表6中给出了非球面表面数据,其中的标记和单位分别与表1和2中相同。非球面表面轮廓的等式与实施例100和200相同。

实施例300提供了44度的FOV,其中EFL=6.84mm,F#=2.80,并且TTL=5.904mm。因此有利的是,比值TTL/EFL=0.863。有利的是,第一透镜元件的阿贝数是63.1,并且第三和第五透镜元件的阿贝数是57.09。透镜元件302与304之间的第一气隙的厚度(0.029mm)是厚度d2(0.254mm)的大约1/10。有利的是,第二和第四透镜元件的阿贝数是23.91。有利的是,透镜元件306与308之间的第三气隙的厚度(1.998mm)大于TTL/5(5.904/5mm)。有利的是,透镜元件308与310之间的第四气隙的厚度(0.121mm)小于1.5d5(0.6465mm)。
实施例300中的每一个透镜元件的焦距(以mm计)为如下:f1=2.687,f2=-6.016,f3=-6.777,f4=8.026,以及f5=-5.090。由于1.2x6.777>6.016>1.5x2.687,因此很明显满足条件1.2x|f3|>|f2|<1.5xf1。由于2.687<2.952,因此f1还满足条件f1<TTL/2。

Claims (5)

1.一种光学透镜系统,其按照从物侧到像侧的顺序包括:
a)具有正折射本领、具有焦距f1并且具有凸物侧表面和凸或凹像侧表面的第一透镜元件;
b)具有负折射本领并且具有弯月凸物侧表面、在光轴上具有厚度d2、具有焦距f2并且与第一透镜元件通过第一气隙分开的第二透镜元件;
c)具有负折射本领并且具有存在拐点的凹物侧表面和凹像侧表面、具有焦距f3并且与第二透镜元件通过第二气隙分开的第三透镜元件;
d)具有正折射本领并且为正弯月且具有凹物侧表面、并且与第三透镜元件通过第三气隙分开的第四透镜元件;以及
e)具有负折射本领并且为负弯月且具有凹物侧表面、并且与第四透镜元件通过第四气隙分开并且在光轴上具有厚度d5的第五透镜元件;
其中,1.2x|f3|>|f2|>1.5xf1,其中光学透镜系统的光学总长TTL与有效焦距EFL之间的比值小于1.0,f1小于TTL/2;第一、第三和第五透镜元件分别具有大于50的阿贝数,第二和第四透镜元件分别具有小于30的阿贝数,第一气隙小于d2/2,第三气隙大于TTL/5,并且第四气隙小于1.5d5
2.根据权利要求1所述的光学透镜系统,其中所述光学透镜系统还包括位于第五透镜元件的像侧表面和像平面之间的玻璃窗口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的光学透镜系统,其中,F数是2.8。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的光学透镜系统,其中,所述五个透镜元件由塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的光学透镜系统,其中,所述五个透镜元件由塑料制成。
