Abstract
本发明公开一种尾气处理系统,系统包括尾气缓冲装置、水固分离器、双塔式旋转喷淋系统和烟气排放设备,所述的尾气缓冲器和初级烟气处理管道,当尾气通入空气缓冲器内,通过尾气缓冲装置输入到初级烟气处理管道内,经初级烟气处理管道排入至水固混合器内,水固混合器出口通入双塔式旋转喷淋系统内,经双塔式旋转喷淋系统处理后输入至烟气排放设备内,再经烟气排放设备处理后排出。本发明能够对餐厨垃圾资源化处理的各个工序中所产生的烟气、热烟气、粉尘、抽排口空气等集中处理,确保空气排放口无刺激气味排放、无有害有毒气体排放、无恶臭气体排放、无微颗粒物排放、无室温排放等。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明公开一种适用于多股不同压力、不同温度的尾气集中处理装置,更具体涉及餐厨垃圾资源化综合处理过程中的尾气处理系统。
背景技术
[0002] 废弃物资源化利用的科学技术,经过长时间的应用,已证明了一个道理,就是如果废弃物的资源化处理技术单一应用,其后果将会对人类生存环境带来更大的危机,尤其是产生二次污染的严重问题难以控制,所以废弃物的综合处理已经成为当前发展的趋势。餐厨垃圾的组成极其复杂,其中包含污水、塑料袋、塑料瓶、废布条、腐败性有机物、纸张、金属瓶罐、破碎玻璃、破碎陶瓷片、动物油脂、植物油脂、原生细菌体等物质。目前餐厨垃圾资源化处理技术在国内外的方法和工艺中已呈现“百花齐放”局面,但是基本都是单纯的单项处理,没有走向从单纯的处理转向综合处理、利用与处置的国际性环保处理趋势和方向,可能会造成餐厨垃圾中的必然附着物进行转移及乱填乱放,造成水土污染,或转移,不仅堵塞城市下水管道,散发恶臭气味,造成严重的二次污染。餐厨垃圾的单一处理工艺从资源化利用价值考虑是可行的,但从长期保护地球环境、人民宜居、保护大气环境的综合性角度来考虑,还是可能弊大于利。在餐厨垃圾资源化综合处理过程中,必然产生一些尾气,其中包括锅炉热源尾气、干燥设备尾气、生化设备温热尾气、饲料制造的热尘尾气等,这些尾气会对环境造成污染。目前,各式各样的尾气处理装置和尾气处理技术应有尽有,但是餐厨垃圾处理过程中产生的尾气中,其温差较大、成份复杂,现有技术中的尾气处理设备对其处理不够彻底,仍然存在着对大气的污染气体等。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述提到的现有技术中的尾气处理设备对多股不同成份的尾气进行集中处理不够彻底的缺点,本发明提供一种新的尾气处理系统,其采用初步净化装置、水固混合器、双塔式旋转喷淋系统、冷却塔和烟气排放设备等配合工作,达到对餐厨垃圾尾气的彻底处理。
[0004] 本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种尾气处理系统,系统包括初步净化装置、水固混合器、双塔式旋转喷淋系统和烟气排放设备,所述的初步净化装置包括空气缓冲器和初级烟气处理管道,尾气通入空气缓冲器内,通过空气缓冲器输入到初级烟气处理管道内,经初级烟气处理管道排入至水固混合器内,水固混合器出口通入双塔式旋转喷淋系统内,经双塔式旋转喷淋系统处理后输入至烟气排放设备内,再经烟气排放设备处理后排出,排出的尾气基本达到无尘、无味、无黑烟及常温排放的成效。
[0005] 本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案进一步还包括:
[0006] 所述的空气缓冲器包括圆筒形外壳,外壳内上方设有一个以上的水帘喷射口,外壳底部装有排污口,外壳中部周边开有一个以上的尾气进气口。
[0007] 所述的缓冲器外还配有循环水箱,循环水箱有一管道连接外壳底部的排污口,另一管道通过水泵连接于外壳上部一侧且进入缓冲室内部,循环水箱的底部一侧装有排污口,通过管道连接至沉淀池内。
[0008] 所述的空气缓冲器内部上方还安装有用于检测空气缓冲器内部液面高度的在线液面监控器。
[0009] 所述的初级烟气处理管道内设有一个以上的负离子荷电陶瓷,每个负离子荷电陶瓷后端对应安装有一个高速水雾区喷头。
[0010] 所述的每个高速水雾区喷头后端安装有一个导流板。
[0011] 所述的导流板米用凹纯角导流板。
[0012] 所述的负离子荷电陶瓷安装在初级烟气处理管道内的左、右、上三面上。
[0013] 所述的系统还包括冷却塔,冷却塔对烟气排放设备中的热交换器内的热水气进行冷却。
[0014] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明根据CN101816874A所授权公告的发明内容的基础上,能够适应对餐厨垃圾资源化综合处理的各个工序中所产生不同压力、不同温度、不同成份的烟气、热烟气、粉尘、抽排口空气等集中处理,确保空气排放口无刺激气味排放、无有害有毒气体排放、无恶臭气体排放、无微颗粒物排放、无室温排放等。通过本发明能够对尾气进行脱硫、减轻二氧化碳排放的同时,还能将尾气中含有的碳尘粒进行清除,实现无污染几乎无白烟排放,有效的改变了以往燃气炉尾因尾气排放过程中所产生的弱酸腐蚀管道引起管道容易破损的缺陷,保障系统的使用寿命。本发明还能够将尾气的温度降低到与大气基本相同排放,从而同样保障了系统的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
[0022] 本实施例为本发明优选实施方式,其他凡其原理和基本结构与本实施例相同或近似的,均在本发明保护范围之内。
[0023] 本发明主要是用于对餐厨垃圾资源化处理的各个工序中所产生的烟气、热烟气、粉尘、抽排口空气等集中处理,确保空气排放口无刺激气味排放、无有害有毒气体排放、无恶臭气体排放、无微颗粒物排放、无室温排放等。
[0024] 请参看附图1,本发明中包括有尾气缓冲装置、进气口、初级气、水、固分离器11、初级净化管道7、双塔式旋转喷淋系统13、冷却塔23和烟气排放设备18,本实施例中,整套系统的起点为尾气缓冲器1,尾气缓冲器I外壳呈圆筒状,底部为圆锥形,尾气缓冲器I外壳内上方设有多个水帘喷射口 26,用于向尾气缓冲器I内喷撒水雾,尾气缓冲器I还设有多个进气口 2,空气缓冲室内装有水体,且水体形成的顶部端面为水体界面2A,空气缓冲器I外壳底部装有排污口 3,用于污水排出,排污口 3通过管段连通至循环水箱12内部,循环水箱连接有水体循环管道4,作用于对缓冲器内部的水体补充,确保水体设定的界面位置和水体降温。本实施例中,空气缓冲器I内还安装在线液面监控器5,用于实时监控空气缓冲器I内部的水体界面高度。尾气缓冲器I外侧设有循环水箱12,排污口 3通过管段连通至沉渣池24内,循环水箱12上部通过管段4连通,管段上设有水阀4A,循环水箱12出水管段与自动循环补水泵6连接,自动循环补水泵6出水口通过管道4连接至尾气缓冲器I内的中部,用于将循环水通过尾气缓冲器内的水帘喷淋嘴26后排入尾气缓冲器I内。尾气缓冲器I上部侧面装有初级烟气处理管道7,本实施例中,初级烟气处理管道7内的上、左、右三个面上错位装有若干个负离子荷电陶瓷8,该负离子荷电陶瓷无须电源启动、能自然释放负离子,在每个负离子荷电陶瓷8后面装有高速水雾区喷头9和钝角导流板10,高速水雾区喷头9在负离子荷电陶瓷8后端形成多层水帘,为负离子高速水雾区,而钝角导流板作用于对高速烟气产生瞬间气流轨迹方向改变,使密度大的尘粒运动方向不随气体方向流动。本实施例中,初级烟气处理管道7倾斜设置,初级烟气处理管道7前端连接在空气缓冲器I上,初级烟气处理管道7后端连接有气、水、固分离器11,气、水、固分离器11下方设有碳渣过滤器25,用于滤除水固分离器11中沉淀物里面的碳渣。水固混合器11通过水气混合管道连接至双塔式旋转喷淋系统13内。当烟气通过进气口 IA进入空气缓冲器I内时,直接通过管道通入至水封界面2下方1cm—一 15cm处,并由于进气口的正压作用,烟气再跃出水封界面2后进入初级烟气处理管道7内。当热气流夹带着碳微粒或其他固态微粒高速撞向负离子高速水雾区时,在钝角导流板10的作用下产生瞬间气流轨迹方向改变,尤其是利用负电离子与碳尘所带的阳离子中和以及高速水雾喷淋的冷水扰动,且尘粒具有密度大的特征,并不随气体方向流动,而是进入水固分离器11,再将带有碳微粒和其它固体微粒的水体送入下一级的水气混合管道,但气体由引风机设备被导入双塔式旋转喷淋系统13。本实施例中,双塔式旋转喷淋系统13包括两个并排设置的立式处理塔,烟气首先进入其中一个处理塔后,气体的走向为从上至下进入到另一个塔体的下部后,气体再于此塔下部从下至上的运行,同时设于双塔内围绕周边安装的旋转高压喷嘴14对气体喷水,对气体进行顺逆清洗,双塔底部均设有出水口 15,并由此出水口 15流入水、气混合管道17,而经过清洗的热烟气已形成热水气由安装于塔外的引风设备16作用下引入水、气混合管道17中,本实施例中,水、气混合管道17以卧式微倾斜安装,连接引风设备,水、气混合管道17 —端稍高,而另一端稍低,由双塔式旋转喷淋系统13下部的出水口所排出的水体和由引风机导出的热气直接进入水、气混合管道17,且流向稍低的一端并进入烟气排放设备18内。请结合参看附图3,本实施例中,烟气排放设备18包括三部分,下部为罐体19,与罐体19顶部相连接的为热交换器20,设于热交换器上部的为气体排放管道21,其中下部罐体19与水、气混合管道17的出水口相连接,下罐体19的一侧设置湿渣排出口及出水口 22。另外,热交换器20中的循环水由冷却塔23提供,冷却塔23通过泵具吸取沉渣池24内的水,并通过管道输送至热交换器20内,对热交换器20内的热水气进行冷却,当热水气进入热交换器20后,蒸汽被冷却液化为水体落下,进入下部罐体19,并经出水口 22排出,不能液化的干洁气体由排放口排出,这时的气体排出温度不高于38°C。
[0025] 本发明主要点在于在尾气处理系统前端加入了初步净化装置,及其结构设计,本发明中其他部分的结构可参看申请的在先中国专利,申请号为201010168879.2,公开号为CNlO 1816874A,其专利的结构与本发明中的大体相同。
[0026] 本发明能够对餐厨垃圾资源化处理的各个工序中所产生的烟气、热烟气、粉尘、抽排口空气等集中处理,确保空气排放口无刺激气味排放、无有害有毒气体排放、无恶臭气体排放、无微颗粒物排放、无室温排放等。通过本发明能够对尾气进行脱硫、减轻二氧化碳排放的同时,还能将尾气中含有的碳尘粒进行清除,实现无污染几乎无白烟排放,有效的改变了以往燃气炉尾因尾气排放过程中所产生的弱酸腐蚀管道引起管道容易破损的缺陷,保障系统的使用寿命。本发明还能够将尾气的温度降低到与大气基本相同排放,从而同样保障了系统的使用寿命。
Claims (8)
1.一种尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的系统包括尾气缓冲装置、水固分离器(11)、双塔式旋转喷淋系统(13)和烟气排放设备(18),所述的尾气缓冲装置包括空气缓冲器(I)和初级烟气处理管道(7),尾气通入空气缓冲器(I)内,通过空气缓冲器(I)输入到初级烟气处理管道(7)内,经初级烟气处理管道(7)排入至水固分离器(11)内,水固分离器(11)出口通入双塔式旋转喷淋系统(13)内,经双塔式旋转喷淋系统(13)处理后输入至烟气排放设备(18)内,再经烟气排放设备(18)处理后排出,所述的空气缓冲器(I)还包括圆筒形外壳,外壳内上方设有一个以上的水帘喷射口(26),外壳底部装有排污口(3),尾气缓冲装置还包括有储水箱(12),排污口(3)通过循环水管段(4)连接至储水箱(12)内,所述的初级烟气处理管道(7)内设有一个以上的负离子荷电陶瓷(8)件,该陶瓷件无须电源,能自然释放负离子,每个负离子荷电陶瓷(8)后端对应安装有一个高速水雾区喷头(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的空气缓冲器(I)外壳周边开有一个以上的尾气进气口( 1A)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的循环水管段(4)通过水阀(4A)连接至储水箱(12)上部,储水箱(12)中、下部通过泵具和管段连接至空气缓冲器(I)内的水帘喷射口(26)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的空气缓冲器(I)内部上方还安装有用于检测空气缓冲器(I)内部液面高度的在线液面监控器(5 )。
5.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的每个高速水雾区喷头(9)后端安装有一个导流板(10)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的导流板(10)采用钝角导流板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的负离子荷电陶瓷(8)安装在初级烟气处理管道(7)内的左、右、上三面上。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的尾气处理系统,其特征是:所述的系统还包括冷却塔(23 ),冷却塔(23 )对烟气排放设备(18 )中的热交换器(20 )内的热水气进行冷却。
