背景技术
[0002] 定型机在生产过程中产生大量烟气,排放出来的烟气温度达到9(Tl60°C左右,且纺织品中附着的油质、蜡质及柔软剂、树脂等在高温条件下变为气态,含有粒状污染物(包括气溶胶、油雾)、有机物蒸汽,且所含油滴粒径大多小于I微米。这种废烟气既不环保,又浪费能源。定型机废气治理设备常见为水喷淋处理工艺,就是用水泵向圆筒状的浄化器内供水,经过筒内的喷嘴形成水雾,定型机的废气经排风机送入浄化器,烟气在筒内穿过水雾,这样烟气中的油烟尘就被水雾捕集,烟气得以净化。浄化器的回水将捕集到的油烟尘带入水箱进行油水尘分离。其缺点是:喷淋所产生的废水导致二次污染;如果设备产生质量问 题或调试运行不当,就会导致烘箱内漏水,影响织物的品质。
[0003]国内在定型机上使用的静电除油烟装置大多数为六角蜂巣式结构,容易堵塞,清洗很不方便,如果清洁、维护及保养不到位会影响除油烟效果;而且密封性不好,周边滴油现象相当严重,六角蜂巣式静电电压比较低,通常只有500(Γ20000伏特的高压电,烟气处理效果不尽理想。

[0005] 本实用新型是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:ー种定型机烟气余热利用及湿式烟气静电处理系统,其特征在于,它包括一余热回用装置,与定型机连接,内部结构由多条风槽组成ー个热交換器,将吸热后的新鲜空气送入定型机烘箱内;一喷淋雾化器,连接余热回用装置,第一道喷淋降温除烟尘的作用;一烟气静电净化器,与喷淋雾化器连通,其内设置有多目不锈钢过滤网和喷淋装置、多管不锈钢圆筒、多角高压静电发射针,不锈钢过滤网隔除毛绒和细小颗粒杂质,喷淋装置将经过第一道降温除烟尘的烟气进一步喷淋降温,通过喷淋自动冲洗,不用人工清洁,自动排除油污,然后将烟气分布排列均匀地进入多管不锈钢圆筒中,穿过多角高压静电发射针,经过強大的静电网除烟、除臭后达标排放,在単元静电净化钢筒的外面设置ー个夹套,在夹套中通入循环冷却水,当高温高湿的废气经过静电浄化器,与外面的冷凝水发生热量交換,这样使气体的温度迅速下降,气体中的水汽在内壁冷凝,形成ー层水膜,而静电浄化器的夹套中水连续流过,高温气体经过静电处理时,持续冷凝形成水膜,从而保持集尘极洁净,同时由于水汽的冷凝吸附油滴,形成更大颗粒,便于从废气中去除,提高了静电设备的去除效率;一与分别与烟气静电浄化器和喷淋雾化器连接的油水分离器:油水分离器的作用主要是将经过喷淋雾化、冲洗油污过程集中的水和油分离;将水继续循环利用,另外将油污收集后回收利用;油水分离器还起到降温冷却水的作用,在循环使用的喷淋水中加入少量的纯碱混合均匀后,冲洗喷淋雾化油烟清洁的效果将会更好。[0006] 作为上述方案的进ー步说明:所述余热回用装置安装有自动消防和清洗系统,余热回用装置与定型机烘箱之间通过管道连接,管道内设置有抽风机。
