Abstract
本发明涉及一种波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器。主要特征是;除尘器主体形状为圆柱体,主体顶部为排烟室,主体底部为托架;其主体内部由下向上分别为除尘区、消烟脱硫区、喷淋区和净化区。烟气由下往上依次除尘、消烟、脱硫,分级净化。运行时,沉降池中的水通过循环水泵进入喷淋管网,经喷嘴雾化后向下流经喷淋区、消烟脱硫区、除尘区,最后通过水封污水斗进入沉降池形成水循环;烟气从烟气进口管道进入除尘区除尘,经除尘后的烟气向上进入消烟脱硫区消烟脱硫,再通过喷淋区加湿后,进入净化区进一步烟气净化,经净化后的烟气由顶部锥形排烟室进入引风机排入烟囱。本发明适用于烟尘含量多、黑度大、硫份高的工业烟气的脱硫除尘,如工业锅炉、工业窑炉等领域的烟气净化。

[0001] 本发明涉及一种除尘器,特别是一种波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器。属于环保脱硫除尘技术领域。
背景技术
[0002]目前,在工业烟气除尘中使用较多的有干式除尘器,如袋式除尘器、静电除尘器,虽然除尘效果较好,但不能去除二氧化硫等有害成份。湿式除尘器,如麻石除尘器、波纹板式除尘器,虽然一定程度上都能去除烟气中的烟尘和二氧化硫,但脱硫除尘效果并不理想。在一些较大规模工业烟气处理中,往住采用先干式除尘再湿法脱硫,这种方案虽然效果不错,但一次性投资和占用空间大、运行费用高、维护保养难。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的在于克服现有工业烟气脱硫除尘设备的不足,而提供一种波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器。该除尘器集除尘、消烟、脱硫和净化功能于一体,结构紧凑、占用空间少,一次性投资省,运行及维护费用低,尤其是能取得很好的消烟脱硫除尘和烟气净化效果。
[0004] 本发明的技术方案是:一种波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器,其特征是:除尘器主体形状为圆柱体,顶部为排烟室,主体底部为托架;所述的主体内部由下往上分别为除尘区、消烟脫硫区、喷淋区和净化区;除尘区设有漏斗形锥体,锥体上部与消烟脱硫区相接,其外部侧向布置烟气入口管道,内置导向弯头,底部设有水封污水斗;消烟脱硫区位于主体中下部,下与除尘区相接,上与喷淋区相连,内部设有波纹填料层及固定装置;喷淋区位于主体中上部,下与消烟脱硫区相接,上与净化区相连;在喷淋区与净化区连接处设有喷淋管网及喷嘴;净化区位于主体上部,下与喷淋区相接,上与排烟室相连;净化区内设波纹填料层,并置于喷林管网上,上部设有固定装置与顶部的排烟室相连。
[0005] 本发明所述的消烟脱硫区的波纹填料层为多层陶瓷或塑料或不锈钢波纹材料构成。
[0006] 本发明所述的净化区的波纹填料层为多层陶瓷或塑料或不锈钢波纹材料构成。
[0007] 本发明所述的主体顶部的排烟室为锥形排烟室。
[0008] 本发明所述的主体中部一侧设有检修孔。
[0009] 本发明所述的喷淋管网外部循环入水口设有连接法兰。
[0010] 本发明所述的水膜消烟脱硫除尘器的除尘方法是:烟气由除尘器主体下方的烟气入口管道进入除尘区与除尘器主体上方的喷淋管网喷出的水流对碰使其沉降到水封污水斗而除尘。
[0011] 本发明所述的水膜消烟脱硫除尘器的脱硫方法是:将送入喷淋管网的水里加入碱液,使其与烟气中的二氧化硫进行反应后随水沉降到水封污水斗而除硫。
[0012] 本发明的加入喷淋管网的碱液为Na2CO3。[0013] 本发明运行时,循环水泵将沉降后的碱水送至喷淋管网,经喷嘴雾化后向下喷向喷淋区,然后经消烟脱硫区进入除尘区,最后经水封污水斗进入沉降池形成水循环。烟气则由下部漏斗形锥体一侧烟气入口管道进入,通过除尘区、消烟脱硫区、喷淋区和净化区后,烟气中的烟尘和二氧化硫等有害成分被依次去除、分级净化。净化后的烟气,由顶部锥形排烟室进入引风机并排入烟囱。
[0014] 本发明的有益效果是:1、结构紧凑,占用空间小;2、功能多,集除尘、消烟、脱硫和净化功能于一体;3、一次性投资少;4、运行稳定、维护简便;5、效果好,能有效去除和净化烟气中的烟尘、二氧化硫等有害成分,排放烟气的林格曼黑度、烟尘含量和二氧化硫含量均远远低于国家允许的排放标准。

5、锥形排烟室6、烟气入口管道7、导向弯头8、消烟脱硫波纹填料层9、消烟脱硫波纹填料层固定装置10、喷淋管网11、喷嘴12、净化波纹填料层13、净化波纹填料层固定装置14和循环水入口法兰15组成。本发明在下部漏斗形锥体2的一侧有烟气入口管道7,内置导向弯头8,底部有水封污水斗3 ;圆柱体I的下部有消烟脱硫波纹填料层9、消烟脱硫波纹填料层固定装置10,中部侧面设有检修孔5,上部布置喷林管网11、喷嘴12,与外部循环水入口法兰15相通,再往上布置有净化波纹填料层13、净化波纹填料层固定装置14 ;顶部为锥形排烟室6。整个设备置于托架4上。
[0017] 设备运行时,其工作流程如下:1、沉降池中的碱水通过循环水泵从循环水入口法兰15进入喷淋管网11,通过若干喷嘴12将循环水雾化并向下喷洒,经喷淋区后均匀喷至消烟脱硫波纹填料层9,在填料层壁面形成大面积向下流动的水膜,经漏斗形除尘室2、水封污水斗3进入沉降池形成水循环。2.烟气则从漏斗形锥体下部一侧的烟气入口管道7进入除尘室2内,经导向弯头8导向正下方,在离心力和重力的作用下,烟气急剧向上旋转切向冲刷除尘室2内壁从上向下流动的水膜,烟气中稍大颗粒的烟尘被水膜吸附后随水流经污水斗3进入沉降池。达到充分除尘效果。经除尘后的烟气穿过除尘室内水帘继续向上进入消烟脱硫波纹填料层9,这时烟气被细分成无数个细小单元,在填料层的波纹水膜缝隙中旋转向上,冲刷由上向下流动的水膜,烟气中的细小烟尘和二氧化硫等有害成分充分被大面积水膜吸附、溶解中和,并随循环水流经除尘区进入沉降池,达到良好的消烟脱硫效果。除尘消烟脱硫后的烟气继续向上穿过喷淋区,部分烟尘和硫份被水雾吸附后向下流走,余下的烟气加湿后汇同喷嘴喷出的部分细小水雾进入净化波纹填料层13,这时烟气再次被细分成无数个细小単元,在填料层的波纹缝隙中旋转向上,烟气中的水雾和水汽被分离至波纹填料层的壁面上形成向下流动的水膜,烟气中余下的烟尘和二氧化硫等有害成分再次被水膜吸附并向下流走,进而使烟气得到进一步净化。净化后的烟气经顶部锥形排烟室6进入引风机,最后排入烟

1.一种波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器,其特征是:除尘器主体形状为圆柱体,顶部为排烟室,主体底部为托架;所述的主体内部由下往上分别为除尘区、消烟脫硫区、喷淋区和净化区;除尘区设有漏斗形锥体,锥体上部与消烟脱硫区相接,其外部侧向布置烟气入口管道,内置导向弯头,底部设有水封污水斗;消烟脱硫区位于主体中下部,下与除尘区相接,上与喷淋区相连,内部设有波纹填料层及固定装置;喷淋区位于主体中上部,下与消烟脱硫区相接,上与净化区相连;在喷淋区与净化区连接处设有喷淋管网及喷嘴;净化区位于主体上部,下与喷淋区相接,上与排烟室相连;净化区内设波纹填料层,并置于喷林管网上,上部设有固定装置与顶部的排烟室相连。

4.根据权利要求1所述的波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器,其特征在于:所述的主体顶部的排烟室为锥形排烟室。
5.根据权利要求1所述的波纹填料式分级水膜消烟脱硫除尘器,其特征在于:所述的主体中部一侧设有检修孔。
